I scheduled an oil change today for 8:30 and it took over two hours for it to be completed. When I asked if this was normal and why it took so long the people explained they didnt have enough people to fulfill all the appointments. They book 20 appointments when they only can have 8 cars to work on at a time, which I think, defeats the whole purpose of making an appointment. I would recommend going to another dealership to get your car serviced until number of appointments matches the number of service personal unless you want to wait four times the length it should take.
The last time we purchased a car was in 2014 and we couldnt be happier with our 2018 Toyota Highlander! Nick was a fantastic sales agent, very knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with and made sure both my husband and I were happy from the minute we entered the dealership to the following day picking up our new plates. I brought my friend Beverly to have her truck air conditioner looked at, oil change, and tire rotation. She is unable to drive. The staff were very accommodating and curtious. The shuttle they provided for us to shop up the street while waiting was terrific. We were very grateful. The wait was less then estimated and turned out perfect timing. The cost reasonable. The trip in itself was very meaningful as the truck was originally purchased by her son from that dealership. He worked there for many years. Her son lost his battle with leukemia several years ago. Dishonest crooks, my mother in- law took her car here to have it fixed because I didnβt have time. The car was making noise, I told her it was coming from the driverβs side fan. She brought it in asking to have the fan replaced and told them she wasnβt going to pay a diagnostic fee as we knew the source of the noise. She picked her car up and it was still making the noise, I popped the hood to learn that they replaced the fan blade and not the motor. This was a real jerk move because she didnβt want to pay a diagnostic fee, the fan blade is never going to make noise they obviously knew she wanted the motor replaced but were determined to get their money
No thanks. Recent price hike on everything makes this place not worth It. Even an oil change is crazy expensive. I love my Toyota but not this place.

I was the only customer in the service area and I sited for one guy behind the counter to finish something and two bosses up on a platform chatting away while looking at me waiting. Eventually I was checked in by one of the 3 when they got around to me. Asked a question about programing the car. Was told to talk to a salesman, ok thanks pal, excellent customer service.I never had the feeling they wanted or appreciated my business.
The guy at the front desk was great, had everything ready for me when I arrived. Called me by my name. He was very personable (wish i remembered his name) but he was delightful to talk to
Went in because my tire was leaking air. I have rim & tire protection. I asked if Connor could please contact them to see if the tire was covered. Connor told me it wouldnβt even be worth it to check with them because my tire isnβt leaking air. And the tread is low. Strange.. since thatβs why I came in in the first place. The day before, my tire light was on- I filled it up. Next morning, it was back on. Leaking air. So I took it upon myself to call the warranty place after I was told it βwouldnβt be worth itβ for Connor to check and see about the tread measurement cut off and leaking air. After a quick phone call and 3 minutes... Surprise surprise. Itβs covered. Wouldnβt yβall want to help your customers instead of have them do a run around asking questions because you canβt just do what they asked without arguing and speaking over them? I was highly annoyed with this and felt I was being played. And I was. (Ya tried) Customer service was god awful. Paige, Russ, and one other woman were fabulous, polite, and professional. I canβt remember the last womanβs name which is surprising because I spoke to her like 15 times. I will continue going to East Providence Toyota where they care about their customers & donβt lie to their faces
Bought my car had a great experience, until I came back to buy another one. I test drove yesterday and I found a car I like, gave me numbers and I wanted to think it over. I look at my credit report and they ran my credit after I told them not to. I didnβt sign anything saying they could run my credit, they ran my grandfathers credit who wasnt there. I called and they manager told me βitβs impossible for them to run a credit check without a app and the credit app expires after 30 daysβ which is false. I know they have to keep the information on file and falsely ran my credit. If I was the owner of this dealership I would be ashamed of this management.Rude and unprofessional.
Tough time for buying a car post-Covid. Not a lot on the lots, supply down, demand up, production shortages..etc.That said, Route 44 Toyota made the whole new car buying experience relatively painless, and I had a new RAV 4 in about two weeks. My husband and I had initially had an amazing experience at Rt. 44 Toyota. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient during the buying process. We worked mainly with Edgar R. and at the time I couldnβt have asked for a better experience. Jarett the manager was extremely helpful making sure things ran smoothly and we were happy. Garry in finance also made sure we got the best coverage and explained things so we fully understood them. But then, today my husband got a call to pick up the registration and when we got there we were in for a surprise. We were told WE told Edgar R. the wrong payoff amount for the vehicle we were trading in even after we wrote it down for Edgar on a piece of paper exactly from my Toyota app. So today we had to pay the 800 dollar difference. Garry could have told us on the phone but waited till we got there which made me even more angry. Even though it was completely their mistake we still suffered and now had to pay out of pocket before we could move on with the process. We are extremely unhappy. The only person I would go back now and work with is Dan Campbell who didnβt even work with us selling a car he just talked to us while we were waiting and was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for. For Dan Campbell I would give 5 stars, the rest barley a 2. I wish I listened to the reviews I read before going there.

Might be just right price wise I need to check other dealers I was offered 500 lower but u yet to see it in writing.
This was the 3rd Toyota dealership I called I needed a service oil change tire rotation and I had driven over a nail n got a flat otw to work. The other 2 places told me Bc I did not purchase my vehicle there they did t honor my warranty?? Friendly people that donβt seem like sketchy slimeballs compared to other dealerships, and they donβt add on additional bs βmarket adjustmentβ fees like I saw at other dealerships.However communication on there end has been very poor which has caused a lot of addition unnecessary stress, extra trips to the dealership and is delaying me taking possession of my new vehicle by up to 3+ weeks

Went to Rte.44 Toyota because I was dissatisfied with my former dealer that I had bought 4 previous vehicles from.I was greeted warmly by Veronica who was more than happy to guide me through the buying process.She had me test drive both a V6 and Hybrid Highlander and I decided on the hybrid.She really knows her products and went over the different trim levels and what each level offered.I chose the highlander hybrid xle package and really wanted a magnetic gray metallic with black interior and She went out of her way to find one available at a dealership in RI.She kept me apprised of her search when she was going to pick it up and when it was ready for my pickup.She thoroughly explained a of the bells and whistles and I cannot say enough good things about her and the dealership.

I went into Toyota in a really bad position. I had a 2016 Hyundai Veloster that needed a new engine and the company was refusing to help me. I wanted to get into something I could depend on and something I loved. Even with fair credit and not a lot down they worked to get me into my dream car. Now I have a dependable vehicle and a company I can trust.
I was assured that my oil change & cabin filter were included in my extended maintenance contract when I booked the appointment. I mentioned this again when in checked in. I also mentioned there was a warning light needing attention. When the work was completed I had a bill for $127 and the warning light was not addressed. When I went back 10 minutes later, the doors were locked and no one home. If I can help it, after about 20 years of going there, Iβll never go back.
What an AMAZING place!!! We had custom wheels & tires put on, with complete check up for our trip. We had problems with the wheels but they didnβt hesitate to let us leave our RAV4 until they got the replacement. Great service & VERY reasonable prices!!

Bought a Toyota Prius there a few years ago. Absolutely rude and horrible. I would of went somewhere else if I was older and wiser. They upped my monthly payment by $30 when we went to sign the papers. When I complained they said its only $30 a month whats the big deal. To which I replied if its not a big deal then you guys should pay it. I will never buy a car there ever again.When the battery pack died in the Prius I went there to have it fixed. When I got the car back it was covered in bird poop and pollen. They wouldnt even wash it for me. The reason I went to them for repair is because its the closest around. Not any more though. Bristol Toyota in Swansea is much nicer, cleaner, and just good people all around.

Went in and asked for an oil change and a tire rotation.The best part of my experience was the fact that they took me right away as a walk in.The worst was the fact that there was oil spilled inside of my engine bay and never wiped up. Also oil on my driver side arm rest that was at least attempted to be cleaned. And my tire rotation was skipped altogether.Probably wont go back!

Buying a car when inventory is low everywhere is NOT a good plan, I wasnβt able to get the deal I wanted. But, the salespeople were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Once I had decided on a car and done a test drive, the finance person was easily the worst part of my experience. He was pushy, unpleasant and used the same marketing tactics as MLM product pushers. He continuously changed his vernacular and time periods in order to confuse us (ex: $10/week instead of $40/month, and then would continue to reference $10 instead of the full amount). I had to interrupt him so I could tell my mother that he was deliberately trying to confuse her. The sales associates told me to drop off my previous title the next day (where it was the SAβs day off) and I could deal directly with the finance person. I opted to come in the day after so I wouldnβt have to interact with the finance person again. If I could rate my experiences separately, I would give the sales associates five stars and the finance person zero stars.
Dont shop here at all costs. They dont do business legally. Make promises then when they get your money they dont care about you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I bought a 2021 Toyota C-HR limited from them and picked it up last Monday 4/12/2021. They did not have the color/model I wanted in stock but was able to get one for me from a neighboring dealership within a week. I did not like the fact that it was actually driven 75 miles from the other dealership. They should have used a loader as to not put ANY miles on my brand new vehicle. Other than that, the salesperson Alivia and sales manager Derek and rest of staff were very friendly and accomodating at route 44 Toyota.
Great service. Fast. I got my interior detailed and it went from smelling like seaweed and french fries to brand new car smell! Thank you! My only complaint is that several staff were not wearing their masks properly (nose out, super loose etc). Please get proper masks for your staff and require them to be worn properly. Staff are spending time inside peopleβs vehicles.

This visit was for the first service of my brand new Camry which was only the tire rotation topping off fluids checking air pressure on the tires simple enough I could have done in 20 minutes at home but they offer the service so I used it. It took them 45 minutes so if I was waiting for the car I probably would have been upset for that to take that long considering they took it in and started working on it right away but this did not bother me because while the car was being serviced I went shopping with my wife and they waited an hour for me after the car was ready everyone was friendly and informative in my opinion the service departments is well polished but the sales department needs work.

He even went and checked to make sure my oil change was on schedule to be completed in a timely fashion. Ask for Russell Grant if you need service on your Toyota and you will be more than pleased. I always enjoy my time at Route 44 Toyota. Everyone is nice and they care for their customers. My only complaint is specific to the pandemic in which they were a fair number of customers (and even one employee) that was not wearing a mask in the building, and I felt uncomfortable being there.
Service Department is great. Scheduling is easy, fast and they complete service as promised. Service Advisor Steve and his team are customer-focused. Great people.Regarding sales, walk away . Not high on my list. My past salesman sees me monthly in the service department and has yet to say hello so set your expectations very low that you are valued as a sales customer. Maybe it is just that one guy but it makes you wonder.Regardless, if you own a Toyota, bring it to them for honest and knowledgeable service and repairs. Service Department is all about the customer . Five stars for service and zip for sales.

I was getting recall work done on my RAV 4. I got an appointment when I wanted it, got there a little early and they took it in right away. The repair didnβt take very long snd I was on my way.
This was my first time at this dealership (oil change on my new-to-me Sequoia) and I was very impressed. Easy to schedule the appointment online, a confirmation call the next day, and great service. I was in and out in 50 minutes (10 minutes quicker than they estimated). By far the best service Iβve experienced at a dealership of late. Great work, thank you!!

I had told the service rep who called to inform me my repair was complete that I would pick up my vehicle on Monday afternoon. When I arrived to pick it up, I was shocked to find that they had closed at noon due to impending weather. Clearly they had my number, but I guess it wasnt important enough to them to provide the simple courtesy of notifying their customers of the early closing.

I was in pretty urgent need of a new car. I went to Toyota on rt 44 and was greeted by my salesman Marlon. He was so helpful, professional and friendly from start to finish. He definitely put me at ease and made the car buying process a breeze.I bought a Highlander and so far I am ecstatic with it.Ill update my review after Ive been driving the car for a bit but 5 stars so far for the customer service!I recommend that you ask for Marlon if youre in need of a new car at Toyota!
I dont typically enjoy the long, high pressure dealership experience. The folks at Rte 44 were low pressure and willing to work with me on what I was looking for to keep me on budget. My salesman Roger was very low key, great sense of humor and made the process quick and painless to get into my lease.
