I give this store 10 star if I could. They know what good CS service really is. I received my replacement phone from Att & needed help so I went to the Att in Grandview Mo &they turned me away. So I went to Raytown MO. Zanthia help with a smile. Im sending all my friends with ATT buy from Raytown MO.Do not go to Grandview MO

Both Store reps were professional and enjoyably to work with as we worked through the task if picking a phone and upgrading our services. Our rep seemed eager to find us savings, and the best package for us. I enjoyed getting to shop with a person who was thoughtful, friendly, and helpful.The store was clean as well, with plenty of seating.

I just left this store after cracking my phone and Alana is awesome! She helped me get a new phone, lowered my bill, and got me set up with some great accessories! Her customer service was awesome!

Weve been having issues with our services and costumer service wasnt that professional and they set upour account very complicated keep saying theyll fix it on and on until now thats our second bill and regretted having moved to att

Alana was amazing! So nice and patient and even though there was an issue which was NOT her fault she stayed way after closing and got it resolved all with a smile on her face! 100% recommend!

Alana gave wonderful customer service and helped me get a new phone. Because I had a older phone she took the time to take the extra steps to transfer all my information to my new phone.

I’m leaving this review for Alana. She made my problems disappear. She knew exactly what to do and literally took so much weight off my shoulders. She also did well helping another customer while she helped me. This is a necessary review because the experience I had with att customer service turned into me having to buy a new phone and service because they couldn’t help me but she did!! I tried talking to her managers to give her a raise but they were busy. Give this lady a raise, she goes above and beyond. Thanks again!

Payment process was quick after waiting in line.Customer ahead of me kept his mask pulled down to talk and cough, the associates didnt once ask him to keep mask on.Extremely offensive cartoons were on tv while I was waiting to make payment, both associates were watching on and off whole time I was there. I will not use this store again.

Great store to do business with. The representatives were very helpful and got me in and out in a timely manor. Very fast and friendly service. It was nice to have the convince of walking into a store, and leaving with a new, fully set up device rather than deal with the hassle of ordering online. These people know how to do business and I will definitely be making a trip back in the future.

Came in for a new phone and was quickly helped by the amazing staff here. They were able to answer all of my questions and made sure I was 100% happy before leaving the store. Will definitely be returning

I visited the Raytown AT&T store and was very impressed with the professionalism, fast, friendly and knowledgeable service I received from both Charles and Marcy provided me. I was kind of in a rush on my lunch break and they worked quickly to update my new used phone. I appreciate them very much.

I went into the phone store and Marciana was so friendly, and I needed to add a pre-paid phone to my account. System issues and 30 minutes later she got me all squared away. She was so professional and nice. I am so glad I stopped into this store.

Change order a flip phone for my sister in law and she never recieved it. The staff did not know anything about it when we questioned them after it never arrived at the store as they had said.

It was the best experience I ever had there and the guy that help me name was Cody cant really remember his last name but his beard was awesome great customer service skills I will be back...

Former Store Manager. Very honest. Also, the last 20-30 or so of these reviews are all by employees from other stores/districts. This company requires their stores to be above a 4.5 google review so they scam the system.Please be aware of this company. It is not owned by ATT. This is an authorized dealer: Prime Comminications.I ended up quitting because this company is completely unethical.It got to the point where our area leader and upper management was telling us to blatantly lie to you customers.For example, one of the lies was regarding the free Maven prepaid phone. This company told us to tell you, customers, instead of the phone being free to say it is $10 and sign you up for DTV Now which is a $10 service with a RECURRING CHARGE.The leadership in this company will not own their mistakes. I can’t remember how many times I knew of employees making mistakes and customers coming to me for answers. When I went to my upper management, they would literally tell me they don’t care and blow you customers off. They would laugh at the fact that you, customers, were “dumb enough” to believe things our employees would tell you.I had a lot of customers that would not talk to anyone except for me, for the reason being I was honest and thorough. I’m not one to screw people over; my whole mission in life is to help and lead others.This company caused me so much stress and discomfort that I abruptly moved on. Honestly, ATT as a whole is very, very shady; however, these third party retailers, especially Prime which about 100 stores were Custom Communications prior are downright scums.They will do any and everything to hit their quotas. There were numerous instances that top sellers would be relieved from consequences for giving false information just because their sales were good. I seen the most shady of salespersons get promoted within this company. Some doing things unimaginable.Trust me, if you have to go to an ATT store, please spend the extra 10 minutes to go down to the Lee’s Summit Store. They are definitely more sales minded, but they don’t lie by omission as we were told to do at this store.
