Customer service was terrible. We had to go back several times to get the right phone cover even though it was their products. Finally got the detailed receipt after third time

We switched and got a great deal. Chris was very helpful and friendly. Their receipt printer malfunctioned and or final total was $50 more than we were originally told. Chris was able to verify that our payment was the correct amount.

Ive had that service for years.. always get a signal and the price is comparable and fair.

Its okay if you are not able to get a plan with the major cellular companies. The prices are pretty reasonable. They are hard to reach by phone. Doesnt seem to have a Customer Service dept.
