I had a very good experience at this location! Lovely was very nice, very helpful, and very patient! She knows her job well. A customer came in very rude and disrespectful over something she did that was no fault of Lovely or the company. Like she was having a bad day and took it out on the first person she contacted. Lovely handled the customer with professionalism and remained very polite and respectable. She is awesome! She helped me a lot.

Robert was Amazing! He got my daughter and I hooked up with our new phones! Highly recommend going to this store! We will definitely be back if we ever need anything else!

Davon was really helpful. I loved his customer service skills. He so patient as i was trying to pick the right phone for my brother in the nisring home. Even thou the phone was not avaiable in the store he worked with me to fine out if the phone could me ordered in. He put in on hold until i could get back in to pick it up. The manager (Robert) and staff is really what has me coming back to this location. Raytown off 350 has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard!!! It is also very busy at this location and the employees are just so darn nice and great!!! Thank you!!! The manager (Robert) goes above and beyond when he sees his staff busy with other customers and steps in and helps them out. Great atmosphere, Great customer service.

Hands down best customer service. AJ was very personable, knowledgeable and kind. Honestly, I dread walking into any phone store just because I know I am about to become very frustrated and confused to say the least. But man, Robert the store manager along with his crew (AJ and another gentleman whose name begins with a D) are the definition of an A team! A Pleasant ExperienceWhen i went into the store i just knew they was going to try and sale me a new phone. Instead the manager Robert walked me through the steps to adding storage to my phone. Saved me money i didnt want to spend. This store is about caring about the customers needs.

There’s a metro 3 mins away from my house but I’d rather drive the 15 for great customer service. Robert was very nice and friendly and helped me get a new phone set up quick and easy. Thank you!!!

I had the most plesant visit ever at this location. The manager Robert treated me like family. Answered all of my questions and made sure that I left happy and with a smile on my face.

It was the worst that could happen. Id dropped my new phone and it was smashed. I went to Metro by T-Mobile with an old phone. Within 7 minutes the kind young store manager had me up and going with the same phone number. Thanks again. Great place, good people and better service.

I have been a metropcs by t-mobile customer for ten plus years and this has been my home store for as long as i have had the service. They used to go through people like wildfire but have finally been able to keep the same staff for a while and the man gives great customer service. The only thing i could live without is the off and on plumbing issues they have during the hot seasons

Robert is the BEST...

Negative 5 stars - worst experience ever from service to coverage area. Carrissa the employee hung up on me during my complaint about her behavior towards my partner when she cussed at him, lied and said she was the manager, and escorted him from the store. There is a slight scratch on the phone when purchased, we owned the K20 for 24hours prior to it shutting down and not powering back up. Worst customer experience ever had. Now when calling back they wont answer.

This is the only place I go...love the friendliness and the great customer service!!!

I have had good success with MetroPCS . But I went to the store today and was very very unhappy. I went in last month to request my payment be due on the 4th because I dont get my disability check until the 3rd and that was my due date. I even paid $7 to change the date to the 4th. But my phone was CUT OFF at midnight on the 4th. ARGH!!!!!!!

Worst place to get a phone at!!!!! Went on Saturday after breaking my phone to get a new one.They didnt have the phone I wanted in stock.The cashier TK TOLD ME SINCE WE DONT HAVE IT I CAN GIVE YOU ONE UNTIL IT COMES IN.WHEN IT COMES INN ON WEDNESDAY ILL GIVE YOU THE ONE YOU WANTED INSTEADWell i go in there THINKING IM GETTING my NEW PHONE I WANTED TO HEAR I CANT HAVE IT!!!!!!!! I switched phones from a v10 to a iPhone 6 Plus and I payed the fee to switch the phone also I payed my phone bill in cash they have no record of me paying my phone bill and I am now getting the run around by the store manager and the employee had to 48 hour Extensions from customer service Im under the impression that the employees have stolen my $60 cash payment do not go to the metro pcs on 350 hwy raytown mo I have since hired a lawyer to help me get to the bottom of this issue because I have had no help from management and customer service

Real bad customer service, been having issues with this Kyocera phone since I got less than three months and they tell me its nothing they can go until Im up for an upgrade, Im a kidney transplant patient on the list and I need a dependable phone so I wont miss that call, Im not very happy with the service so far, and customer service is no help either, they selling junk phones.
