When they were doing my oil change hey noticed I had a leak that needed repair. hey called me and explained all costs associated with the repair and when my car would be ready. They complete the work that day, as promised and the cost was as they estimated. They were professional and did great work. I will definitely be using them as my regular mechanics!

If you’re looking for a new repair shop these guys are it. I found them when my old car ended up needing a transmission after my dash board lit up like a Christmas tree. Their communication was took notch during the repair process. Since then I’ve taken our other car there for routine service and new tires. The entire staff at Auto Pro are top shelf. Extremely friendly and honest. Five stars across the board.

Fast, courteous service. The mission was basic, (reattaching a partially disconnected engine cover, as a new cover was not needed), but they didnt make more of it than they needed to. In and out quickly, and I was treated like a return customer, not a new one whom they had no concern for. This bodes well for their ability to handle more involvedchallenges.

Went in for oil change, 2 bulbs including turn signal, and intermittent start problem. Long story short, they padded the bill, didnt replace the turn signal though they assured me they did, and misled be about my starter problem. Im left with a still unsafe vehicle and having to lose another day to service elsewhere. Offered compensation was $16 for a bulb they did not replace. Beware of condescension toward females and bill padding and work not done. : (

Came in for inspection. I was told I needed new front barakes. I was Quoted $250 for front brakes, when I went home to change them, (wich only took about 20 min. total and parts cost $37). The old pads were not as bad as I was told (should not have failed.)Seems dishonest to me.

Also had state inspections performed. Had an appointment, arrived on time and waited while car was serviced. In and out in about an hour. Ive been using Auto Pro for over 10 years and will do so for another 10 or more.

This place is great.I would drive by it almost daily, as its close to my home.As a rule; I can fix most things in my garage but have found that life demands more time than it used to. This made me wary of mechanic shops for some reason.I was tired of my wife reminding me that her check engine light was on after clearing it several times and replacing all all O2 sensors and I didnt have time to deal with 10yo exhaust studs/bolts. Mervines actually turned it down out of concern of complexity (not faulting him, just painting the full picture)Brandon at Auto Pro was happy to handler it. He and his team take a very well balanced approach to diagnosing issues. They dont just throw parts at problems but dont get into analysis paralysis either. As a mechanically inclined person I obviously love all of the updates I get. The Jeep came out, runs good, no light happy wife!This inclined me to take my SAAB TX to have the rear diff replaced (wasnt doing any good in the factory package on my work bench...) and suspension overhauled (got air to pick it up so I dont plow snow). They handled that mess of work with grace and ingenuity.I wont be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

Went for an inspection, was told I needed an ungodly amount of work for $1600 and change. Went else where and passed inspection no work needed. What a joke

Took car in for inspection. Quoted one price on one day and agreed to the work that needed to be done. When I called to see if I could pick up the car three days later, the price had doubled. Then, they told me I had to drive the car 50 miles so they could reset the check engine light, so I did, took it back and they said they hooked up the machine wrong and I would have to come back the next day....still no inspection sticker. I came back the next day and they said a new code showed up that would require more work on the car. I still have no inspection sticker and was not offered any type of a refund as I paid the bill and for the inspection sticker but am taking my car elsewhere to get my car inspected. Expensive mistake to come to this auto shop. Will not be returning.

Called around all morning other shops looking for an appointment for a wheel alignment within 3 day range, after damaging and replacing a tire on front end.Everyone was booked for 2 weeks in advance. Kept going down the list and called Auto Pro.To my surprise they took me in same day.Very professional and friendly. John explained to me that although symptoms on vehicle might suggest needing a wheel alignment, best approach was to test vehicle. Even offer me the option to drop off the car and take one of their lenders. I had the day off so I declined his offer, still appreciated.Results. Balancing tires was needed, and only the rear end alignment (Not the front as I initially though).Total cost was fair.They just earned a new costumer.Would recommend.

I had to take my truck here for a code that came up and horrible misfire. They actually have a great system of making analysis and Diagnostic system. Though it may not be what you need at the moment they will let you know any issue, or concerns for later. They replaced a few things I needed and had my truck running the next day. Very pleased with the Tech service and the customer service. Great communication between the shop and myself. Never left me out of the loop. Great work! Great Staff! Thanks for everything.

I recently purchased new wheels for my car and contacted Auto Pro for installation services. They gave me an appointment for only two days later and completed the installation within only a few hours. Auto Pro does most of the regular servicing and maintenance on my two vehicles and has always provided fast and friendly service at reasonable prices.

Took my car today to get the oil change and 27 point check up deal that they have going on. In the process they found some issues. Some major, some minor. Took care of the ones that needed attention right away for safety and to pass inspection. They took care of everything for me in one day and even did the front end alignment as I requested and the did the inspection early. Plus gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was done. The owner and his wife were sitting there as I walked in to pick up my car and greeted me with a smile and ask me how my day was. they are truly involved with their customers which is what you want. I told one person I was going to Disneyland and I needed my car in Tip-Top shape and when I went to get my car everyone there knew I was going to Disney and told me to have a safe trip and be careful. Great work but a bit pricey

I had brought my 1985 mr2 to auto pro due to my transmission not shifting into any other gear. John was very professional and walked me through the process as he was working on the transmission. Auto pro puts their customers first and treats your vehicle as if it’s their very own project. I would recommend anyone to this shop if they want quality repairs to their vehicles done

Pictures were sent to me in order to show the parts that were broke or wearing down. I got a phone call from John after the pics were sent so he could explain everything plus to see which route I wanted to go in order to fix my car. I will definitely take my car back and continue to go back for maintenance, inspections, etc...

Despite the glowing reviews for Auto Pro, I have had two consecutive negative experiences here. The first was about two years ago when my car needed repairs. I was initially quoted about $750.00 for repairs I knew the car needed, but some of which I was skeptical about. When I went to pick the car up, John (who is always nice), told me the price was only $450.00. When I inquired, he said he personally checked the supposed issues and they were actually fine. Because of this, I did not go back until this past week, when I needed a tire plug because of a screw. After the repair was made, I was told that while the tire was off, the mechanic noticed that my break pads were dangerously thin on all the wheels. In fact, I was told that it was dire and needed to be looked at within the next few days. I was also told that there was another issue with the rotor not aligning properly with the break pad. This felt suspicious to me. I took my car into the dealership where I have always taken it, and they thoroughly inspected all the wheels, pads, and rotors, noting that there was dust build-up but no dire repairs needed. In fact, the 2 out of 10 break pad rating that AutoPro quoted me was rated at 8-10 by my dealership, a significant discrepancy.These two, consecutive instances of being told I needed repairs, which I actually did not need, have left me distrusting of this business. Either Auto Pro is unethical or just simply incompetent.

Auto pro is fantastic! Alex fixed my cars problem as soon as he heard I was having issues! The owner was AMAZING with my four year old hyperactive son while we waited for our car to be done as well! Other people have gotten annoyed by him in situations where we had to wait, and she kept him entertained and productive so that I didnt have to worry about him bothering anyone. Went there for an inspection. Dropped the car off in the afternoon before the appointment and they actually did the inspection that day. Only negative was tripping on the way through the door. I was told I was the 2nd to fall that day. Hopefully they do something to make the step up more evident. But watch out!

Auto Pro has been the only company that takes care of my auto as if it was their personal auto.My experience with auto Pro has been great.My dashboard coming apart in my 2012 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder and I took to two Mitsubishi dealers even the one I bought it from could not help me.What kind of service was that.I have no plans ever to take it back to them for anything.Auto Pro has my service.I recommend them you wont be sorry.
