The Piazza Honda of Reading service staff always find a way to make even the most unpleasant car repair situations stress-free. For example, I hit a pothole over the weekend and had to have my 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid towed to the shop. I was contacted first thing Monday morning by Stan with a detailed explanation of the required repair and its cost. He eased my concerns regarding all my questions and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Harry checked me out when I came to pick up the car and personally walked me over to the Parts Department to help me order the tire repair kit refill. Gary at the Parts Department was patient and helpful. Then, when I came to pick up the part today, one of the service staff members installed the refill for me. I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name, but he too went the extra mile. That’s the key thing that sets Piazza Honda of Reading’s staff apart. Every single person I encounter from Sales to Service to Parts goes above and beyond. They are professional, kind, and patient. Dealers sometimes get a bad reputation for overcharging and not having the best customer service, but Piazza Honda of Reading completely debunks that stereotype.
