Unfriendly! Unhelpful! Nobody was in the office! Just the mechanic in the garage

The mechanic was straight up honest with everything from the start, even had me walk to the back to see it myself. He also called pep boys for the parts and prices as I was standing there, fyi some shops wont do this, most shops will get the parts but wont tell you how much was actually paid so they can charge you more. In my own experience, I really have nothing bad to say and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you!

IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE DONT COME HERE.Ive always made the repairs on my vehicle, but since is a little cold out i decided to try this place out and trust my vehicle to the mechanics at this shop.To start the place has a different name, when you walk in they dont even acknowledge you (really poor customer service) the mechanic took my Vehicle in to replace the valve cover and i was told that the main radiator hose needed to be replaced so i gave the go ahead... when i received my car back everything was loose underneath there was coolant and grease all over and my car was smoking! i had to go back and speak to a manager to have them finish the job. when the job was completed i asked for a receipt and the manager said the printing machine is not working.i feel scammed and would not recommend this place...

Awful with service we never new it took 3 weeks to put a whole timing belt kit with no receipt of parts ppl they are bunch of Hicks who is thirsty for money
