These guys are incredible. I dont normally leave reviews but this guy earned it. Super nice guy very personable and professional! He had to deal with so much nonsense and still gave me a good price.He got hassled by security at my job when he came to pick up my car, we went through heavy traffic and an accident, and to top it all off pulled a slick maneuver backing my car and the tow truck into my driveway thats a pretty sharp turn. This place is not even worth calling, they tried to charge me 175 to take my truck 3 blocks away but MATOS towing only charged me 73 dollars, I only use Matos for towing any other company in reading is garbage.

I highly recommend Nene Towing fast and reliable my car got towed today and it totally was my fault I ignored the signs that were posted all throughout the private lot I called the police because I thought my car was stolen but I was informed that my car was reported that Nene Towing had removed my car from the lot they gave me the number I called them the secretary explained to me thoroughly why they towed it I was upset but again I understood because I was in the wrong she told me what I needed to do to pick my car up she sent me the location I paid got a receipt gave them proof that it was my car and the gentleman drove my car out the lot.... I have used Nene Towing previously and always thought they were great but I have to say this time around I am severely disappointed in them. They towed my Jeep, which was my fault, no problem, I admit that but Im in the middle of places, staying at a friends and all of my stuff is in my Jeep, including my money, blankets, my clothes and everything that I need and they would not let me in the Jeep. They would not let me in the yard. Im going to have to sleep on the street, all night and with shorts on and its cold out, until they open the next morning. They said I had until 11 to come and get some stuff out if the jeep or to get my Jeep and when I got there, around 10:45, the lady on the phone said they went on a tow that was really far away and they wouldnt be back for a long time, but no specifics. It just sounded like a complete lie so they could keep the jeep over night and charge me another ten dollars. I said I would wait until they came back, that I need at least my money so i can get a hotel room. No can do, theyre not allowed to take anything out of the Jeep and youre not allowed in the yard. They didnt give a care at all that I had to sleep on the street.So as a follow-up to this experience the next day I went back to get my Jeep and they informed me that the jeep was not located on neversink Street that it was somewhere else. I was walking so I asked them okay well let me know where its at and Ill meet you there. They refuse to give me the address they refuse to give me a street, so basically I asked her what direction? Oh North they told me. So as Im walking North they called me and told me to meet them at Turkey Hill at 5th and spring streets in Reading. I said okay thats a little weird but okay. I get to the turkey hill and I call them and they said okay well were on our way and Im like, well do you want to tell me where Im going here and they would not tell me. They made me wait at Turkey Hill for 15 minutes so they came from their other location and once they were at the second location then they told me the address but they told me 1526 North 5th Street highway. that ended up being right between the car wash and a car dealership. Theres nothing there but a strip of woods. I was very confused. So I called them and they said oh no its on 6th Street down over the hill. I am 100% sure she said 5th Street highway. Theres a big difference between 5th Street highway and 6th Street; theres no highway on 6th street. so I have to walk all the way around the block to get down there because theres no way to cut through there, all the while shes calling me and asking me how much longer till I get there. And when I got there they were nice. Im not going to say they were rude or anything like that but I think they were playing a game with me. For whatever reason I dont know but it was ridiculous. I dont think anybody should use their towing service. And I actually looked at the lot where I got towed from and they claim to have an agreement with the church that they tow from that lot. There is a sign there that says that the police will ticket anyone parking there but there are no signs about a tow. I will be talking to the church about this and I probably will file a civil suit, not only for the needless tow but also for the lack of consideration that forced me to sleep on the street for a night. They had no concern about my health or well-being at all. This is not the kind of business I will ever take my money to. And I hope you wont either.

Unlocked my car but did not tell me before hand that all they accept is CASH! They dont accept checks or venmo! They do not say this on the website or on the phone when I called or I never would have had them come out! Lesson learned!

My car was towed from a parking lot . I am a visiting nurse seeing a patient in need and they charged me $110 to get my car back . Then insisted on taking a picture of my license and registration after I paid before they would let me leave. Shady practice for sure! Verging on extortion!!The only positive I will say is Juan did allow me see Him delete the photo he took, delete the deleted and delete picture from the text .

Doesn’t care about customer, charged me extra $75 for delivery address change within few miles. Had a bad experience with them and I won’t recommend.

I cannot thank the people of Nene Towing.I was in an accident in my work van yesterday. They saw the accident happen, called the police and made sure that everyone was taken care of. I was very shaken up and he was reassuring and kind.My work van has all my tools to do my job and he assured me that they were safe in his lot. The next day I was able to drive to his lot and transfer all my tools out. I was there until almost 9pm! He showed me the camera system that they have to ensure the safety of the vehicles in his lot.He is good people and I am thankful that he was nearby when I had the accident.I wont forget them!

Near my home went in to pick up my work id came out to find same tow truck i just passed 3 mins ago putting my car on truck. Have detailed proof of going inside not even 5 mins.
