So I want to preface this by saying this was the fastest work that I have ever seen done by a mechanic. I came in about 3-4 months ago with an issue with my muffler and needed my brakes changed. Little did I know that the muffler was bent!! Let the guys do their job and went next door to eat and pass some time. Just as I got my food, I received a call saying everything was fixed: my muffler was sawed and re-welded and brakes were put back on in less than 45 minutes. The prices here cannot be beat. Everyone here is helpful, understanding and above all efficient.

Charged over $300 for labor for a fuel pump replaced. and still the check engine light was on. They even took off the battery terminal to get the check engine light off. Suspect, Why? To make it seem like it was all good and as soon as we got home the engine light came right back on. Air hoses was loose. No attention to detail. Not recommend this place

The perfect place to go to have your car worked on courteous very courteous people there working on a car they do the job right and Ive been there now for over a year and Ive never felt that I was taken by price gouging or anything like that and like I said all the people there are very courteous and the work is very very good

Used Prime Auto for my personal cars and was so satisfied that we began using them for our work trucks. They have been great mechanics, never having an issue with any of the repairs, they are honest and courteous. I hope that unlike other shops they get thirsty and rude. just very happy to have them in my car life.

Frank and his brother-in-law did an amazing job fixing my engine on a 2013 gmc terrain. Breaking down after visiting my mom i was towed to a dealership and got a very high quote. My mom recommended Frank to me and I gave it a shot since Im not from reading Im from new jersey. It was the best thing I have ever done. He gave me an extremely fair price and had my car done quickly. Everyone is very polite and Frank will explain everything in detail and not rush you put of his shop. Stopped in from my sons recommendation, because my headlight was out and had them check engine light.. less then an hour later, was back on the road with headlights and no check engine light on... Very friendly and reasonable!

Dont know how the place is. I called and talked to frank, he said get here early. No appointment time...nothing. I pulled in the parking lot, it was packed. So I turned around and went somewhere else.
