My experience with Bob Fisher Chevrolet was not what I expected. I asked the sales man, Tom Cotter, to provide me a quote for a fully outfitted landscape dump truck including Western plow and salt spreader. He assured me all was done. However, what I received was not provided.The dump body never came with a roll up tarp which is required by DOT. This should be nothing new for a commercial dealership to provide. In addition, the trailer package was shorted as well.... Their was no hitch. Not sure how a trailer package for towing doesnt come with a hitch.After bringing all these issues to the dealerships attention, they said we would get back to me. What that meant was I had to follow up a week later only to be told Sorry, but we cannot provide this to you.For all future personal and commercial consumers, please make your way around this dealership and go to a more trusted and fulfilling experience somewhere else.
I was informed about what I needed to get my car inspected and the price.
Had the traverse in for the first visit a month ago. Ac light would blink but AC would not blow cold. The tech cleaned the blend door and did a electronics update $128.68. Went on our trip to NY having not used the AC yet.. No AC in 92 degree heat. Brought the car back $805 for rear evaporator (which my husband had to tell them was a known issue for this model), AC Charge, oil change. Drove from bob fisher to home to cableas... Warning lights came on AC Shutdown engine hot. Called to bring the car back for a third time. My wife was told over a week until they could get it in again?????? Bought the car from you, you worked on it, but its my issue to not have it again for a week because of not fixing it? The only positive so far has been the Sales person was nice and the service writer Will was nice.

Derek, Gailen, Frank, and Robert were all great when working a deal for my Bolt. Derek was particularly helpful, kind, funny, and most importantly transparent during the entire process. It was the first time I used a dealership to buy a vehicle, but I never felt too in the weeds because of the great work that Derek was doing.I will also say that out of the four dealerships I was reaching out to, only Bob Fisher provided an out-the-door price for the car when first quoting.
I experienced some noise in my front end and told the service advisor Steve about it during my inspection. The vehicle passed inspection and nothing was addressed. This also was while my vehicles bumper to bumper warranty was in effect. Two months past and the noise was louder. I asked for it to be evaluated again. Now at 40,000.miles So within 4,000 miles of a STATE INSPECTION, my vehicle needed a complete strut replacement. The warranty had expired due to mileage and a part on back order due to high demand was now all on me. $600.00 later, I am looking for other GM dealers for any future service for my vehicle

Difficult to schedule routine service. Finally used my GM app on phone to schedule. Did not receive a response. Left mssg at service No. & finally received return call and they confirmed (after a long delay of that person searching) that yes, I did have an appt. I made it 3 weeks in advance and stated we would wait. Arrived precisely on time at 1:30. Routine oil change and inspection. We were in waiting area and saw others come and leave. We waited 2-1/2 hours. NOT one single person (we saw many office staff in the service area) came to inform us why the delay. When the person finally brought our invoice and key I asked why so long? He said they had trouble with the emission control machine, took 3 tries. It would have been nice if someone would have came and informed us why the delay. I went to see service manager in person the next day. She apologized, gave her direct no. to schedule service in the future, and proceeded to give us a $50 gift card. I wasnt after the $...I simply prefer that the service office personnel function more efficiently. Usually very pleased, this time not so much.

I worked with Dave and Chuck...I had alot of restrictions and necessities to work around and my situation changed over the course of the time I worked with them on finding me a car, which made my situation difficult. At no time did they act frustrated with me. They took time, and used creativity to think outside the box and find a solution and got me into a truck I love! Couldnt be happier...
The service was great. The waiting room Seats were comfortable. I like that the emissions are included with the inspection price and didnt have to pay extra for it like some local garages do. It saves money. Staff was friendly. I will keep coming back, for sure, with both my chevys from now on. Thanks for a great experience.
Well I have always been pleased with the body shop and it’s personal. However this time not so. The workmen ship and repairs all good.The delivery and quotes, not so much.1. They gave me a quote if like $1200 to do the job. Except when the other insurance company gave them their estimate, they fixed it for $782?Not sure how this happens and I’m sure you will be able to excuse the issue.2. They told me 3 days for the repairs and I had no reason to doubt them as they always delivered before. So I dropped the car off at 9am on Monday and figured 3 days and maybe an issue day would bring me too thursday pm. I made plans on a trip to Delaware on that Friday on my Motorcycle leaving early. Well no call no nothing We’d. Saying it will be done Thursday and no call Thursday saying it was not finished.When I called they said Friday???? What could I say? So Friday rolls around and no call!!! I call at noon and the girl says they need to put it together???? Really …. I said I had to not go on my trip because of this and I want my car, I went over around 4pm to get it. No car it was done no call. Not happy

Went in to get my cars oil chenged and tires rotated. I was impressed at how fast it was done and the honesty that my tires didnt have to be rotated. In other places they probably could’ve charged me for the whole thing but they charged me only for the service provided! Would definitely stay with them for my car needs

My service rep was very friendly and helpful. I was there for an inspection and oil change and while my car didnt need tires to pass inspection they were going to need replaced soon, which I was aware of before coming in, she recommended they be changed and I agreed given the weather we have been having. Unfortunately the tire machine broke down while they were working on my car so she offered me a loaner car and my car was completed once they got the tire machine repaired the next day. The results were good and the service was excellent. Unexpected things happen, I appreciated the loaner vehicle to get home.
Update 1: I really appreciate that they took the below issue seriously and have worked diligently to correct the issue. Linda has been great and an order for exactly what I want at a great/fair price is done. Increased the overall rating. Ill continue to update as I go through the process.Previous: I found a truck I wanted online. Put in a price watch and reached out through the web(July 18th) and got Gailen who responded quickly. Truck was reported as in Transit so no biggee..Ill wait. I was ready to pay outright cash for it. Reached out again Jul 19, 20, 28 and on Jul 29 at 747Am was told its still in transit. At 3pm that same day...price watch notified me the truck had already sold.I gave one star because they responded quickly but not too impressed so far since the truck was sold that I have been asking aboutfor the last 2 weeks..and was told its still in transit. Idont know how the rest of the process would have gone...but Im very disappointed...especially as a guy who has only owned Chevy trucks since the 90s.

I had my vehicle serviced. I had one issue and the service manager was very accommodating in resolving it. Sometimes things dont go perfect, but having people that have your back is key.
Jeanette worked very hard to get us the vehicles we wanted. She went above and beyond taking calls and texts even on her day off. She made the proccess of buying easy and was very patient with us as first time (dealership) buyers. She was so pleasent after buying my truck 2 months later we came back for a new car for my wife. I did not want to go to Bob Fisher because I had numerous negative experiences in the past, but I went to two other shops, and they said that they could not fix my problem because there was something wrong with the body so I should take it to the dealer. The good thing about the experience was they were able to pick up and drop off my car, which was amazing because I have a 2-month-old and I do not like taking him out of the house. The bad thing about the experience was they refused to report it to the warranty program I purchased through them because they would not cover water leakage, which makes no sense to me. Water leakage is not something that can be repaired; it is a sign that there is a problem with the car. If my window shattered during a rainstorm, would my window not be covered under warranty due to “water leakage”? I was very angry, but all they would say was, You signed a contract. It was infuriating but not surprising based on past experiences. THEN, a month later, water started getting in my car again. I called them back, and they told me in an extremely condescending tone that if it were a different issue, they would need to charge me again to fix the car. Do they just keep finding things to fix but not actually fix the problem so they can keep taking my money? I cancelled the appointment and found another dealer 45 minutes away. I do not want to make the drive, but I never want to deal with Bob Fisher again.
I am a single recently retired individual who only owns one motor vehicle, namely my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox. Unfortunately, in the midst of the winter weather affecting our part of the country, I was involved in a one vehicle accident that caused significant damage to my vehicle. After it was towed to the dealership shortly after the accident, personnel at the Bob Fisher dealership provided rapid and outstanding customer service and repair service from the outset, providing me with a rental vehicle on the date of the accident, obtaining the necessary parts even in these times of the pandemic, and then promptly completing the repairs. For the second time just in the past six months, they really helped to bail me out of a terrible situation.
I called twice to speak to a tech about the reason my vehicle was brought in for service. The first time I left a voice message, and the second time my name/number was taken down and I was told someone would call me back. I never received a phone call.
Robert was very good not pushy and answered all questions, overall everyone was very helpful and nice made the process very easy and pleasant

First off, the body shop work was excellent. However, it took three phone calls to get an appointment. I entered the body shop at appointment time and was ignored by three employees who were doing nothing for over 20 minutes. Finally, when I said something, the service provider that I had an appointment with wasnt even there. He showed up 40 minutes after the appointment time. He walked in, was told his appointment was waiting, looked at me and then walked out of the room.Again, if you can work through this ridiculous lack of customer service, the actual work is great!
Our salesperson yogi was the best ever. Very accommodating and personal. The dealership is lucky to have him!!!! The service dept has also been fabulous!
They did a great job with the service. There was a failure of communication when my cell phone was muted and I had not realized that the service department was trying to reach me. Maybe next time they should take both work and cell numbers. Otherwise, excellent service.

I had the worst experience with this dealer ever. Nationwide directed me to them for body work. After booking an estimate appointment in Sat., Monday my insurer siad they said they had no record of the appointment. I called the office, the service department, and the body shop and got no answer. So, I drove over to see what was going on. The person that received me at the shop confirmed that they had no record and proceeded to explain to me the forms he needed from the insurance company. And his colleague quipped that they had all the estimates they could deal with. So, I told them I would just take my business somewhere else. Caliber scheduled me immediately and courteously.

From the start Anita took good care of us. She got us in the schedule quicker than expected. They turned the repair around in a great time frame . Very pleased from start to finish job well done!

Very professional service and answered questions when I had them
I schedule an appointment to repair or replace the radio or touch screen, but instead was told about a low battery voltage. No one even addressed my issue and i left without a repair made to original problem. Truck runs on an alternator not a battery when running.
Reggie was great! Five stars for him, but only him. We both felt as if he was the only person in the building that cared about our needs. We knew what we wanted, and we already had financing. Should have been easy. It wasnt. I called to check availability of the car and told the very polite woman I live about 100 miles away. She assured me our visit would be appreciated and the car was available. It wasnt. It had not been through the shop and we didnt find that out until we said wed take it.Management seems to be disconnected from the customer experience and solely concerned with the bottom line. Ive been in sales for 15 years and know how hard this can make things for the salesman to overcome. Reggie did an awesome job, despite having a staff that seemed to be working against him and his customers.After all the chaos, a few days, and another 5 hour round trip, Reggie went way above and beyond and actually met us after-hours to deliver the car. We love it.Reggie, thank you for everything you did for us. I hope you soon have a crew that will actually help you make a sale. I know how frustrating it is to work for management with the just get them in the door and sell them something attitude.

Steve hill is the only reason I come to bob fisher he takes care of what needs to be done and cares. My car came in for warranty work and left in worse shape than it showed up in with more things broke. Everything was dirty and there was a few scratches on my paint. Steve Hill is still taking care of this I am waiting to hear back.

Took my recently purchased 2018 Chevy Traverse in die to a message on my screen stating to put the car in park when I turned it off which was already in park and I had to constantly turn on the car, take it off of park and back into park until it went away.Had to wait for the part that was picked up at another dealership to get replaced.The only thing that bothered me is that I told them that I would wait for the vehicle that way I wouldnt have to bother anyone to take me home and bring me back.
Had to drop off truck and leave it there all day for inspection. That was fine. Wasnt quite ready at time I requested, ok. Grease smudge on my A-pillar....easily wiped off with cleaner.

Service Department was good. When my husband talked with a sales person, I think his name was Tim was really terrible. He did not offer any specials or information on the cars. He told my husband to look at the label on the window. I probably will not buy a car from Bob Fisher any longer with this experience. There is 2 other Chevy dealerships in Berks County that I can deal with. This is the second time I was working on line with another dealer earlier in the year and he kept calling me and when I gave him definite numbers he never called me back. I always thought that the dealer could tell you any problem you having with there products but I was wrong I took Chevy suburban to the dealer to find out what’s wrong with it and they told me they couldn’t find a problem they would have to charge me by the hour to tell me what the problem was and couldn’t give me a definite estimate of what the problem was very disappointing I had to take my truck to another auto service place in Douglasville which has the equipment to find out the root of my problem I would much rather have done business with Bob Fisher Chevrolet Inc Chevrolet but they couldn’tFind out my problem that’s what’s most upsetting
