Ryan R. who works there was very patient with my older gentleman friend and I. He helped maybe 4 or 5 different individuals or groups while we were in there for an hour helping us . We were a special case. Lol. Anyhow store very clean. As much as a surgical room . No dust anywhere. This has to be my most favorite Verizon store Ive ever and Ive been in bunch of them.

The level of incompetence at this store is astounding. They are an “authorized retailer”, not a true Verizon location, so be prepared for them to lie to you in order to upsell you. My mother in law was told she had to buy a new phone because her old phone wouldn’t work on her new plan (!), that she had to buy a new charger because the car charger she hadn’t wouldn’t work with the new iPhone (!), and they charged her a $20 fee to transfer her info from the old phone to the new phone but sent her home without doing that for her - I did it. Avoid coming here at all costs. If you can’t figure out how to take care of your situation on the Verizon website, recruit a younger person to help you and give them the hours of time and money you would have given this place instead.

Our experience at Verizon was fantastic. Billy, the associate who helped us order our new upgrades as well as activate them was very professional. Not only did he exceed our expectations on service he is also a very entertaining person. Instead of the typical dull account setup, like when we first set up our accounts. He definitely turned it into an experience and not just another sale. The whole process was quick, entertaining and overall felt rewarding.

Jennifer deserves a five star rate! She is friendly and very helpful. There was a glitch in the system which took an hour yesterday that they were not able to fix until today which was annoying to have to go in twice but through it all she was delightful to work with.

It was black friday. So the wait was long. About 50 minutes. But once we got in the store. The rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. The fees for processes and out the door were more expensive then 3 smart phone. That and the wait were not good. Service was an A!

Hello, this is Mrs Wallace. I was the one taking care of our phone needs today. I have to say Jennifer was extremely helpful, pleasant. She was right there to help with the phone. And to say she had another customer, which was not pleasant at all. While Jennifer was trying to help her the lady just ignored her, the didnt like the fact she had to pay her bill to get an up grade. Wow the lady got very Venable cussing your associate Jennifer out. Jenn was very calm . Honestly I w I understand have told the lady to leave. You have a wonderful employee, you should be grateful for her. I did feel very bad for here. She should get a huge pat o. Smart & savy; they arent the same thing but Bodie M is both. He didnt sell me what I asked for, he sold me something for less money that better met my needs. Thats something that gets my highest praise.Until now Ive done all my business with Verizon through Costco and been perfectly satisfied. However they dont have everything Verizon offers. I went to the Corporate store on Hilltop this afternoon and they offered to put me on a standby list and MAYBE they could squeeze ONE of us in, but not both my wife & I. The next time I need to do business with Verizon, I will do it here.

He went out of his way, even staying late after hours, to make sure that my new phone was all set up, and that ALL my questions were answered. I felt he provided all the support I needed, and had the customers best interest at heart, ensuring I was getting the best deal possible on all my purchases. After a terrible experience with the location on Hilltop working with Billy at this location was refreshing. The other location sent my father home with a new phone, case, and screen protector and offered no other service other than the sale of the items. Billy righted all the wrongs we experienced at the other location. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We will be sure to go to him first next time.

I walked in to look into getting a phone. The person who helped me was Bodie. We talked about what I needed in a phone and then he showed me a few options and gave me the pros, cons and deals running on all the options. Once I picked the LG Velvet and stepped away from apple I had some issues come up with opening the new line. Bodie was there to go above and beyond to fix the issue. He was in communication with me multiple times over a few days to make sure things were made right and it got the extra discounts available. I work in customer service and have done many training classes and Bodie showed great service to me and I also saw him help someone that was not a kind person. He apologized for the wait and helped her with her check out and by the end she said thank you. I know that during Covid businesses are short staffed because people have to take procautions with the long list of symptoms. Seeing him interact positivly with a negative person reminded me that human kindness is more important now then ever! Great job Bodie! You made my visit to your location a positive one.

I had numerous issues with my phone so decided to come into the store for help vs on the phone. I was lucky enough to be able to work with a gentleman named Todd. He very patiently worked with me to not only fix my issues, but to also teach me how to fix these things myself in the future. He also cleaned up and organized items in my phone which will help me greatly from here on. It is wonderful to have a salesman not rush you and actually really care about making you happy and satisfied with the service you receive. That is so rare these days. Thank you Verizon for hiring such knowledgeable, efficient, kind and caring employees.. You have one extremely satisfied and loyal senior citizen customer in me!

I was really having a problem getting into my email account on both myiPhone and I pad. Struggled for two days, drove drove an hour to ReddingVerizon. Expected to wait in line for awhile, but with in minutes Mark called me up. They are super nice and willing to be helpful in store when you’re buying something, which is a given. However, they fail to be fully transparent. I bought an iPhone and was also up-sold a glass screen protector with the understanding that if anything were to happen to the screen protector that I could “easily” just bring my phone down and they’ll put a new one on no problem, as is comes with a warranty. Now that I’ve contacted about this their response is, “Yeah, no we don’t do that.” Not very professional in my opinion, and I would definitely not recommend going here for the simple fact that my second inquiry was nothing less than a rude experience. They weren’t helpful in any way and surprisingly didn’t even give me enough time of day to try and sell me a whole new screen protector, shockingly. Just a quick brush off.

Instead of the tempered glass cover this is new technology that protects your device without having an extra layer.I will not go to the corporate Verizon store on Hilltop. I went to this store tonight with a s pen problem on my Galaxy Note 9! I told the employee that my s pen has suddenly lost connection and is not pairing with my phone!!! And the first thing he said was what do you mean not pairing? So I explained to him that the s pen is a blue tooth device that needs to pair with the phone in order to work!! Then he said l have no idea about that and those phones! I mean come on a phone sales rep that just told me he has no idea about these phones!! The main problem was he didnt even look at the phone in my hand or even ask a fellow employee that might be more knowledgeable to take a look at it, and all he asked was do I have insurance on it!!! Its a brand new phone for God sake!!! No help at all!!! I hope management will retrain or rehire Knowledgeable and experienced employees in customer service and relations!! Ive been with Verizon for a long time now and it looks like their going down hill, at least in that store!! I will avoid that store and advise others to do the same until they get their priorities straight!!!

I dont know if this place is okay most people dont know every single person there is a sales associate and there is a wall in the back that literally tells the margins for every single thing do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store by Best Buy they actually have people with different job titles I had to go there with the customer to try to get his account unlocked and they can do anything about it I guess thats what you get for being a company that is a second party vendor and we ended up going to the corporate store and it was faster even though it was packed for the new iPhone 11 guess what they also have people there that are designated as technicians not just sells Associates to where they fix all the problems Im off to his account and I was able to achieve my sale as well as theyre so expensive and will not tell you but Ill share this they will match any price including Amazon so the next time you go in there come prepared and be ready to be lied to about a lot of things I literally got my Verizon bill and Im an AT&T and Verizon rep they told my girlfriend there were no activation fees when she bought two Galaxy watches lo and behold we received the bill and theres two activation fees on it simple call to Verizon waived dont get me the wrong I love their service and their customer service but I dont like greasy POS sales people

I feel completely scammed.LONG STORY SHORT- They conned me out of $140. I bought something here for $170, and a few hours after I bought it I realized there was a mistake and I didnt buy what I thought I had. When I went to return it, due to sketchy contract rules they get you to sign off on, I was actually going to be CHARGED $140 to return my stuff. Thats right, the company that runs this place wont even give you all your money back if something goes wrong.---I went in to sort some problems out with my phone, and after about 3 hours, the sales rep had talked me into getting this special deal for a new phone and a few extra random devices, and if I did it I could save some money. Now, I may have misunderstood something, and this guy was really nice and I could tell he was trying so I dont blame him at all.But that night I checked on my account and these changes that I was under the impression would LOWER my monthly bill actually made it go up.So, without having even unboxed everything, the next morning I went in to return it because obviously there was a miscommunication.The sales rep understood and explained what happened, but it wasnt something that I wanted. So I asked if I could return the stuff I had bought yesterday, because it was going to cost more than I thought it would.Thats when he told me that the company that runs this place has a bunch of policies that were in the contract they get you to sign that say that they charge $40 to return each device. That they dont refund any activation fees, and on and on.Because they sold me a deal that only worked with also grabbing these extra devices, I technically had to return three things and with the stupid contract it was going to cost me around $140 to return it.$140 to return something I mistakenly purchased the night before.The contract they get you to sign has a lot of sketchy and seemingly predatory stuff in it.Instead of being able to just return the stuff and fix the mistake, I literally had to sit there and figure out the math of which option I would lose the least amount of money. It was awful.Again, the guys in here are nice, but the company that runs it is awful and the contracts they get you to sign have a lot of sketchy stuff that honestly seem like its trying to force you to never return anything ever.I feel like Ive been robbed and wont be going back. Ill also be informing my friends and family about it.Honestly, just deal with your stuff online, where youre in control of it and dont have to sign contracts written by companies that arent Verizon.

Nothing but the worst customer service I ever received I arrived at the store way before closing on Friday and the man working refuse to help me saying nothing he can do to get my phone working and he didn’t have access to help prepaid customers said he wasn’t even able to swap my SIM card then ask me to just come back the next day not to mention he is higher then a kite while at work he smelled like nothing but weed. Went to corporate Verizon on Saturday, yesterday they switched my SIM card and my service was running great! People working for a company to meet customer needs shouldn’t push them out and refuse to help
