They knowingly sold me the wrong case for my phone, and refused to refund me. If you dont know your products, dont pretend like youre an expert. The case was overpriced, and it was supposed to be a gift. The man reassured me it would fit the model of phone I needed it for, and then lied to my face when I came back to return it. I wouldnt recommend coming here.

I brought my iPhone 8 Plus in and they did an amazing job. I told them I had to be at work at one and if they could have it done before and they did . So that’s why they deserve these 5 stars thank you ! I recommend this place for everyone with a broken phone !

DO NOT use this company for any cell repairs. I took my phone in to have the battery replaced. When I went to pick it up the whole edge of the metal on the phone was bent and scratched. They obviously did not know how to properly remove the battery. The manager was unapologetic and full of excuses and lies. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have used iCracked multiple times, but was in a pinch and needed it done sooner. Big mistake---from now on I will only use iCracked.
