I just want give this store a huge shout out for helping get hooked up with a new phone. It was very well in time for an upgrade as well as a better service provider. The young lady that helped me. Her name was Fallon, not only did she manage to get me set up with service and a new phone through T-mobile. She was able to help the long line of customers with only one employee on shift. Great job and Kickass job Fallon!

There a bit pricey. I like my device so far. At the time of purchase that werent real revealing on what they were charging and what the charges were for. Like, we were given 3 lines when we only wanted 2. Then, they charge us $30 to set up each line yet we didnt even get a phone for the extra line. They also added protection plans to our account without telling us. But, they quickly replaced a phone we broke on our account. We asked them when we started the account if we could get a lower quote and they said that was the lowest. Yet, they had all these add-ons that we didnt ask for. Seems a bit shady.

I had a certain issue that could only be dealt with by a manager. I was told he had stepped out and should be back in 15 minutes. After waiting for over an hour for the manager to return, I was again told he had stepped out and that they werent sure when he would return. I dont understand how this is acceptable behavior for a manager during business hours outside of an emergency.

Customer service is so bad. They charged me for a fourth line that I did not even asked for. Called them so many times and the lady that is suppose to double check our account and receipt never called back. Same thing happen the next day. She never called back.

We called asking if they had SIM cards and they said that they did. We went in and they wanted to see ID, which they didn’t tell us that we would need. I didn’t have it because I didn’t drive there. That rule is ridiculous and they would not budge. I had two phones and my debit card with me, I knew my sign in information and my password. I asked to buy a SIM card that I could activate later by phone since the phone system doesn’t require an ID. They wouldnt sell a solo SIM card. I will never go there again.

I haven’t wanted to give a bad review since my last interaction with Kikee. Do not get me wrong before reading this know the associates for the most part here are wonderful. If you can avoid Joshua at any cost though I suggest to. He was impeccable as an associate as he would always help my family and I out along with some skinny red haired girl. We have been coming here for years and have seen the rapid changes in this store and now we take our business to Anderson following Josiah from when he was at the mall because he has always given outstanding service. The arrogance and “better than thou” cocky attitude Joshua now portrays fills the room and I can see it affects the associates and even the customers. I will continue to spend the money in gas on a 15 minute trip down to Anderson to get good service until they make a management change at the mall location. I suggest bringing Josiah over or bring back Bob, he was the man! Or Shane and the colorful girl Heather were outstanding. Hell even the guy that left and went to Africa I forgot his name but he was awesome at Anderson. Too many changes at this location and Joshua was not the right move with his never ending power trip always on display. Came in just for a bill pay to see if it got any better to save myself some time, that was a joke.

Very happy with the customer service I got when I went in to buy my new phone. I had a lot of things to juggle, upgrading phones and plans, having a line close, bringing in a new version member and changing my number. Oh my goodness, my life has been saved. I was totally getting screwed over at Verizon, so I went to t mobile at the Mt shasta mall, and this employee, Derek, helped me out and was able to help me out. He gave me a great plan and really made my day, Ive never met such a helpful enthusiastic person. I feel like he actually cared about my phone and my needs, like, he was there for me. My grandmother recently passed and Derek held me in the store that day, and told me about how we will pick out the best phone to play music for her funeral. Great guy!!!10/10 Id recommend Derek again!

I went into T-Mobile today due to an unfortunate event that broke my other phone. There was absolutely no screen display and no buttons would work. I needed a new phone but most importantly I needed my calendar transferred to my new phone. Jordan was able to transfer everything but my calendar for me. I was devastated due to my life is on my calendar. I was for sure going to have to accept the fact that it was gone. Yet Jordan brainstormed and all of a sudden BOOM there was my calendar! Keirnan was amazing at customer service for me today. I had spent about a total of 3 hours on the phone with customer service, and 1 hour with a different associate, still the issue was unresolved, yesterday. When I walked into the store today, I finally was exhausted from the issue, Kieran fixed my problem in 10 minutes, with a full explanation on what had been going on. Kiki is the store manager and has done an excellent job of helping our family transition to T- Mobile. The whole store has been kind and know what they are doing. After almost 8 years with another carrier we were forced to transition after our previous carrier who wouldnt work with us in the midst of a personal bank fraud situation. We are so thankful for T-mobile and their honesty and willingness to work with us in a difficult situation. In fact we are happy to be with T-Mobile now because the customer service is impeccable. All I can say is WOW! Friday night we started our journey to get a lower bill and after a hour at our old phone company (AT&T) we decided we couldnt put up with such bad service. We knew we were changing service providers the second we walked out of AT&T. We walked into T-mobile and were overwhelmed with the customer service. Shane was the sales guy we had and he blew us away. He really broke down everything so well and really wanted us to get the best deal we could. He never tried to over sell us on stuff we didnt need. He even personally walked us down to AT&T when we needed some information to get switched over. We are so appreciative of the service we got! Anahi at Mt shasta mall gave me the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced at a phone store!!! Usually what is a very irritating experience was actually super pleasant with her quick and knowledgeable service as well as hooking me up with great deals on a new tablet and phone!! Recieved Horrible customer service over the phone today. My girlfriend and I live in the Bay Area but some of her family live in Redding, including her grandmother. We have her on our phone plan and wanted to know how to make her an authorized users so she could replace her broken phone. We also wanted to pay off the balance of the broken one. All the man that answered kept repeating was we cant help you unless youre in the store. Even if thats true, repeating it over and over to every question we ask is a very rude way to handle the situation. I hope the staff works with their team and addresses this issue. I have his name but an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

I dont write reviews, but my experience at T-Mobile at Shasta Mall with Erick compels me to do so now.I walked in to T-Mobile with a friend who is on my family plan and we spoke to Erick - the issue being my family member had a broken screen. Erick helped us with the process to get the screen replaced. While doing so, he reviewed my account and asked if I wanted to change to T-Mobiles new T-Mobile One plan. I said no, I had an unlimited data plan and hotspot plan that I acquired through a corporate account when I used to work at a large corporate firm. I had previously tried to add more lines to my account to get the same unlimited data and hotspot plan, but was unable to do so because that promotion was no longer available. Over the years I had occasionally done a cost comparison and realized I was getting a great deal with my unlimited plan. So, I thought he was trying to get me to sign-up for something that was not beneficial. He asked me to reconsider as I would save money and I was - not proud of this - rude. He took it in stride and continued to help us professionally and when my friend asked to upgrade his data plan, he said I would save more money by switching as opposed to just adding a set data plan to my friends line.I decided to crunch the numbers right there and we did a line by line cost comparison, and throughout the process I was sure the result would be that my grandfathered plan was preferable, it was not. After walking through the math, I realized I would be saving $50 a month and adding unlimited data to all 5 phones on my plan... I felt rather foolish after having been impolite throughout the process. To top it off, once I asked him to switch my plan, he spent 15 minutes with his corporate office on the phone attempting to have the switch be immediate without incurring overlap fees (the system double bills if you switch in-between pay cycles). He could not, but suggested I make the switch at the end of my pay cycle to avoid those fees.Bottom line, Erick was incredibly helpful, professional and explained things to me while I was being antagonistic the entire time. I may steal him in the future from T-Mobile, it is hard to find personable individuals who can stay helpful in adverse situations. T-Mobile locked down all my future business because of Erick.

Kiernan was stellar! I didnt write a review last time He helped us but I made sure to do it this time. We had to transfer our daughters number from Virgin Mobile to our T-mobile account and activate her new iPhone 6s. If you dont know Virgin mobile is a nightmare company to deal with. Kiernan handled our case over the phone because I was out of town and still did a wonderful job. He texted me back when he was finished and all I had to do was stop into a local T-Mobile store to have them install a SIM card. This is why T-Mobile is back on top because of guys like Kiernan. My go to Tech Guy now.

Bad!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not Pay your ETFS!!!!!!!!! they say they will reimburse you. I have been calling them on and off for a YEAR trying to get my reimbursement. Now they are telling me I never sent in my paperwork and Its past the time line to get reimbursed.!!!!!!!!!!!! UGHHHHH!!!!!! My old Verizon bill went to collections ruined my credit because I couldnt afford to pay all the fees (thats why T mobile was suppose to pay them so we dont have to right) They suck!!!!!!! wish I never would have changed

So frustrated by the return policy at this store. I bought an iphone 5se at the T mobile store in Shasta Mall in Redding CA operated by MobileOne LLC and after 7 days returned it to the store in the box with all the packaging and ask for a refund. I was told that if I had ported my number back to the previous carrier that they could not refund me the money and it had to be shipped to a Texas address and that I would be refunded by T Mobile corporate. So they created a ups shipping label and packaged it up and I took it to the local ups store in Redding. It shipped and was recieved in TX which was confirmed by UPS tracking. So I call when it was recieved and ask about my refund, the T Mobile customer rep at a call center said I had to wait 17 days to ask about it and they could not call and check on it. I called repeatedly and never got my refund, so I returned to the local T Mobile store and ask that they escalate this to upper management. They gave me Steve Perry the north California Market director. He escalated the issue and I recieved notice by email that the warehouse had not recieved the phone and to go to the local store where I purchased the phone. So I still dont have a refund after returning the phone and its been over 90 days since I tried to return the phone at the local T Mobile store. I paid $488.26 for the phone, security deposit, and sim kit.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. These guys arent your average just outa school teens who have a first job selling phones and pushing tech on cutomers to make quotas. This group is hands down, the best in Redding. JOSHUA, my associate, is about as quick as a nascar pitstop. Helped me make a couple major purchases and did not try to upsell me, or even make suggestions. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. When you are as good as these guys, you dont need to sell anything, you just get what the customers want and give it to them. These guys are gona go far in life, they seem to realize that a great salesperson, never sales a thing (think about that for min). If you have half a brain, come check out this store and tell Josh hes fricken awesome for me! I do not write bad reviews typically, I just end up nno doing business with that place of business if feeling treated badly. This place how ever deserves a 0 star review.I moved into town with 4 years of retail sales experience, hoping thay they would be hiring.So, I walked anout 3 miles to get there then, talked directly with the store manager about employment finding out that they were hiring.So, being on top of my end, I walked ( by choice because of not having a car at the moment) a few miles to redding Library to print out a cover letter and Resume to semd in. The manager left me with the impression and told me that they would be calling me back for a phone interview. But, that did not end up happening. NOTHING was conveyed or spoken, and rather them following up WHAT SO EVER, I walked about 7 miles 2 times to check up on the store because I wanted to see where we stood. Ended up never getting a phone interview((s promised)) or any follow up from anyone other than an automated email saying that they found a better canidate. And that I was not needed.THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE, DOES NOT HOLD THIER WORD, AND LACK THE SOCIAL SKILLS OF A MERE 4 YEAR OLD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE
