Ordered a pair of Vans IN STORE after waiting 3 days I decided to check shipping status which showed CANCELLED, I called customer service the gave me some story about how the item is no longer in stock an I would have to wait at least 3 weeks for a REFUND CHECK!!! Completely absurd customer service, if the item wasnt in stock in the first place then they should not have charged my account, and get with the times they should be able to immediately refund my account if I will not be receiving the product. Very disappointed!!!
Journeys is the only shoe place I go to in Redding. The customer service is fantastic and welcoming, Chanel and her team are upbeat and ready to help. I explained to them what I was looking for and they knew exactly what I needed. I usually hate shopping but I will definitely be going back in when I need another pair of shoes this was the easiest and most comfortable experience Ive had shopping in a very long time. Thanks guys!
The store is always upbeat and fun. The employees are always happy! Best spot to go get shoes and enjoy your time shopping
The selection is great, but the return policy could use some updates. In an online ordering world, the in-person store need a little more to stay progressive.
I will never go to a journeys again after my experience here! The workers are rude and the manager Chanel should not be a manager. Rude and completely unprofessional! So if you need shoes or anything go someplace else! It would be the best decision you make for that day.

Told my daughter over the phone she could exchange the shoes that didnt fit her for the exact same color without a receipt or box as long as they looked new, when we got there they said no. I was very upset considering she was just told she could. I wasted gas driving all the way there for nothing. The manager said she was sorry for the confusion, yeah thanks that helps!!!!! NOT!!!!
