We have had a great experience with Jeff and his team in the Technology department! He just came out yesterday for a Quickbooks issue we were having and he had it fixed within 20 minutes. They are very responsive and their customer service is excellent. Thank you!!
A total rip-off. We were at the Tucson Home Show on 4/8/16 and bought a vibrating exercise machine for a total of $972. The salesman, Daniel, swiped our card twice by accident and then said he fixed it. We took home the machine, opened the box and what a broken, incomplete mess! The next day, we took it back and Daniel swiped our card for the return. However, we are now being billed for the entire amount. Citi-bank cards cannot resolve this dispute and I am out $972.00!
