Please dont walk away because the door is locked. Theyre only allowed to have so many people in the store at a time. Someone will come to the door and try to assist you. My Google has been controlling my phone and locking me out of everything for the last 3 days. And then when It came back online it added some new feature that covered my screen that I couldnt do things. So they were very kind to remove it. Excellent customer service

Ive gone in to this location many times and still every month I have no service at home and cannot call or receive calls or messages at home. Ive spent hours on the phone with customer service to get no fix.Ive tried speaking to a real person with no luck at the Redding location. Im beyond frustrated.This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST at customer service and satisfaction.

Long time customer, went in to see about adding a line with one of their promotions. Found out it is only for new customers. The kid that helped me (kenneth) was a jerk and not helpful at all. He was very condescending and argumentative. Dont know if Ill stay with them to long.

Corporate does not care about its customersSwitched service on a Monday _went back Tuesday to exchange phones, told to come back Wednesday for manager, came back Wednesday told manager again gone _came back Thursday told cant exchange new phones because now that weve had to return four days in a row one of 3 phones has gone over 60 mins of use so their unwilling to return any of the three malfunctioning phones because unbeknownst to me they used a BOGO which they dont share with you at time of transaction only when you try to void service. Worst customer service in a very long time, such humiliating experiences at their store from being told I was a liar to being lied to four days on a row. Weve filed a complaint with FCC and BBB a well as store complsint but because its an Auth dealer their allowed to use METRO PCS name and go rogue doing whatever they want and making it up as the customer rebuttesSave yourself much aggregation and go anywhere but hereAnywhere. Oregon doesnt have a nearby corporate store to reign in and hold their Authorized Dealers accountable. No accountability _no respect just POS to steal your money

Worst service provider out there think twice before using Metro or TMobile. They dont answer when theres a problem. Ive tried all day to call email no response. I have a business phone and I cant make a call or answer. Just got a new phone so its Metro. Its aweful dont get TMobile or Metro PCS.

Andrew is completely useless. I went into look at phones and he could not answer questions about the specs of the phone and gave us wrong info. Came back 3 days later and Chris helped us Chris informed us that the info Andrew gave us was wrong. Andrew was standing right there and I told Chris, Andrew was the one that gave us the info that was wrong. Andrew lied to his supervisor about the info from 3 days ago calling my lady and I liers. Chris the tried to charge us $50 more for Andrews miss information. I will not go back as long as these 2 jokers are working there.

Been with Metro for many years love it

There seems to be a large staff turnover at that store all the time. Most of them are young and want to think their experience but really theyre not. And there are conveniently always out of stock of the products that are on sale. And can never fix a problem for answer to all the problems is to factory reset your phone.

We have been with Metro PCS for over 10 years we started at the beginning of 2008 when are Verizon bill was $499 a month for the family of four we were paying for. We transferred over to Metro weve never dropped a call the service is alwaysWeve gotten service even when other people had no serviceWe will never go to another phone company Metro has always worked for us and I dont think well ever change. We pay $100 and thats for 3 phones for 5gb each phone of Lte and then the rest is unlimited 2G and 3-g.

Very expensive for the service. Downtown citys good service. Not rural areas.not the best all around not the cheapest.

They are helpful but impatient and their place you call for help with your phone the people cant speak or understand English very well. You have to argue with them for at least a half hour before they will let you talk to a supervisor. They just repeat the same thing over and over again.

Disgusting. Went in today to switch our phone (since it was conpletely broken) to another and they said it wouls be a 15 dollar seevice fee. Waited until i got home and they did it for free. All i had to do was switch the sim card. 15 dollars to tell me to try and seitch the sim card

Never buy from the store bought a lg g stylo from there 3 weeks ago. On day 2 my phone started acting funny. I took the store the lady put it on some machine it told her the phone was having problems it told her to factory reset the phone. She did not put my sd card back in my phone. I got to LA and seen my sd card was missing long story short one of the guys that said they never seen me in the store walk to it and said i think this is it😕. So as i am talking to the so called manger CHRIS he tells me he cant replace my phone becuse it will cost him $150 to get a new one. I paid close to $200 for this phone. I just felt highly disrespected. I have been on the internet and metro pcs LG G Stylo has a bunch of issues. I just felt so out of place the manager chris who was very unprofessional set there and that to me like i was stupid even if i do get my phone replaced i been a loyal costermer 8 years. I am going to a diffrent provider

I had the most horrible experience in this store in June of this year I went in with my wife and kids after driving hours to get to a corporate store, the manager was rude to my wife and I told him he didnt have to be I asked to speak with his mannerment and he then told me he was refusing me service and that nobody in his store was gonna help me I then proceeded to call there corporate office as he proceeded to call the cops on me the cops showed up talked to me outside well another cop was inside the store threatening my wife to take her to jail and take my kids to child welfare in front of my kids...I have made several attempts to contact the main office and not once has anyone contacted me back so Ill be sharing my story wherever I can
