The customer service is absolutely wonderful. Very helpful but not pushy like some stores. The selection and quality of the fabrics is amazing! My sister visits from Washington and always wants to visit the store. It is definitely my go to place for quilting fabrics and supplies.

I have been here a few times now. I do not knit, crochet, sew or quilt. I do however bring my moms sewing machines in for service and repair. The folks are very friendly and courteous. And my mother hasnt had any problems with their work.

Beautiful fabrics, wide selection of cosmos embroidery threads, numerous patterns and a bright and cheerful shop. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Cant go wrong with a visit to this shop!

Never knew this store was here until about a year ago. Every time I go in I find new ways of being inspired and I find fabric that I fall in love with and want to use. It is a money trap for me because if I am not careful I can spend hundreds of dollars.

I would not recommend having your sewing machine serviced or repaired at Sew Simple. My buttonholer stopped working properly and I took my machine to them to repair. The repair man told me he had to order a calibrator to do the work because he could not find his and that it would take 10 days for that part to come in. He asked me to bring in my buttonholer foot with the machine, which I did, showing them when I delivered the machine that it was in the side pocket along with a sample piece of fabric to show them how the machine was messing up. He repaired the machine but when I got the machine home and went to set it up I found that Bob had left the buttonholer foot on the machine but my regular foot was missing. I called and talked to the repair man and he said he did not have it and that I needed to look through my parts bag or sewing stuff and find it. I have asked the shop to either find my foot or replace it. They have not done either of these and have not responded to my communication with them.MarleneShingletown
