Dr. Peters was very professional and knowledgeable. She spent the time to fulfill my hearing needs by conducting a number of tests and customizing my hearing aids. She actively listened my questions and answered them with ample explanations.

We were referred to Audiology Associates by a friend and had a wonderful experience! The staff is caring and professional. The atmosphere is calming but serious and office is clean and painted like a villa! Overall great experience and look forward to our next visit! I brought my mother to this office to see if they could help her hear better and Dr. Brenna was very knowledgeable and did a thorough test and spent the time explaining the results to us. My mother has a hearing loss and needs hearing aids and we were able to try them out before we got them. I appreciated the time they took with us. The experience did not feel rushed and my mother is doing much better now that she can hear. I recommend them to anyone who needs hearing help.

My husband was seen 4 months ago and we were told he would be sent to an Ent for recommendation as to what he needed done. This referral to the doctor of our choice was never done after repeated phone calls to them. When I called today to get it done again I was told that were needed to pay our co-pay of 66$ before they would send referral! He has significant hearing loss and continues to get worse. So dissatisfied that it has taken this long I would have paid immediately if referral was done immediately like we were told! So 4 months later we are still waiting!! Please be careful going here.

Dr. Rita McWilliam has been my audiologist, when I was just about two or three years old. She has done a fantastic job with fitting my hearing aids, (before I was born I’ve been diagnosed with Mild Cerebral Palsy, rightside paralyzed—due to premature birth injury). I have had hearing lost most of my life (growing up), as I gotten older I’ve been more getting used of the hearing aids. Rita and her staff are highly good for their clients and patients (young and older generations), my insurance has now started to cover the costs for both aids and I love them. The technology of hearing aids have been more effective than ever before. Rita, how could I ever say more than “thank you”? I would love referring new people to you.
