I was there for many home checkups for my grandma and I am so amazed by how wonderful the staff is, especially Logan he was always so kind to my grandma and very attentive and was overall a joy to be around. Gabe was also super kind as well as the receptionist. They always made us feel very welcome.

Gabe is thorough and explains the results of the testing. Found out that they are not an approved provider for my insurance. There is only one in the area that is approved. I contacted the provider to compare costs. Their charges were more for one ear than for a pair at Shasta Hearing Aids! Even with insurance paying their portion, Shasta Hearing Aids was less money. I purchased a pair from Gabe. He added a device for my TV at no cost. Batteries are always free. Gabe is very pleasant and no hard selling. I liked that. He will receive many recommendations from me.

Gabe Kossol has been servicing my hearing aids since I got them and has always been efficient, friendly and helpful. On October 17, I informed Gabe that I had lost one earring. I had not remembered that I had any kind of insurance and had no idea how I would handle this situation. Fortunately Gabe had taken care of all of those details and, yes I did have insurance and my new hearing aid will be here on Thursday, Oct 19. It doesnt get any better then that !

The products and service I have received from Gabriel at Shasta Hearing Aids are outstanding. I actually live on the coast, a three hour drive from Redding, but for me it is worth the trip, and Gabriel is able to provide most of what I need through the mail. Im am currently on my second set of Unitron hearing aids, and while nothing can totally replace natural hearing, I am delighted with the performance of these devices. Gabriel has been very accommodating regarding my appointments, and I appreciate his professionalism and no pressure style. If you are in need of hearing aids, do yourself a favor and set up an appointment with Gabe at Shasta Hearing Aids, you wont be disappointed. Jason Buck
