UpState Hearing has been wonderful to my dad. Their service has been outstanding! They helped him fine tune his first pair of hearing aids until they worked the way he wanted with music and talk. Then when disaster struck and the puppy got the “ears”, Joshua outfitted him with an updated pair. Joshua even came out to the house to show my dad how to pair to his phone and computer so he can listen to music or watch a movie. As I said, the service is outstanding and I can’t give a higher recommendation. I’d give 10*** if I could! Thank you!

While traveling my mother in laws hearing aids stopped working. The staff was absolutely the best. They let us drop in and wait a short amount of time. Had her hearing aids fixed and we were on the road again back to Washington. Best staff award!!! Highly recommend!!

My husband, Nick, has been getting his hearing aids from Upstate Hearing Instruments since 1996, and I bought my hearing aids there when it was determined that I needed them, too. Our most recent experience was with Christa Atwood. We asked for her help in setting up our RING doorbell system (which we had purchased elsewhere) so that it would work with Nick’s Oticon Opn hearing aids. Christa spent hours with us and she was unbelievably patient. She is really sharp, and her powers of deduction are incredible. Besides that, she is warm and friendly. I have been to 3 other hearing aid businesses in 10 years and Finely I have found a place where they CARE :) I really felt comfortable with the audiologist Shelly she took the time to help me and she really cared about my hearing :) I would probably have not got the hearing aids if it wasnt for Shelly and of course Page her receptionist who also went out of her way with my insurance company to help me!!!!!!!Id say the have Quality with the personal Touch !!
