Love looking at the homes but their lender was very rude and no help

I purchased a manufactured home in 2000 after a devastating wild fire tore through my community. Rob was great! He walked me through the entire process. He gave me the used model price so I could design the home I wanted. He even paid for the upgrade to the carpeting out of his own pocket! Im going to buy another manufactured home within the year and there is no other place to go in my opinion!

Staff is nice. But unable to give me what I needed because they hadn’t been to the property and I didn’t have $500 to give them to go out. Didn’t need exact information just a general idea. Wasn’t able to give me either. Sad.

They didnt have very many homes to look at. But had some very nice ones there.
