The customer service from Woodcrest Homes was amazing! The sales staff, Chris, bent over backward to assist me with finding a mobile home for my nephew and getting him approved for the park. His service was outstanding, compassionate, understanding, trustworthy, informed. Woodcrest Homes rehabilitated an older mobile home for my nephew, it was completed right on time and the workmanship was superb. Chris also spent extra time during the walk through explaining the use and care of the furnace, water heater and swamp cooler to him as he was a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend checking out Woodcrest Homes if your in the market for a mobile or modular home.

Excited since we just bought a new house from Chris. We have big hopes for the park were going to move in to. The company took a little longer than it have hoped, however Chris Podesta did go above and beyond with helping us find a home that matched our individual needs. The homes are super pretty on the inside too, great guy and a great company. Will update after Ive lived in the home after 6 months.

The park in Mountain Gate is kept clean and is well managed. The quality of materials used in the homes was great and I especially enjoyed the different options available with new construction.

Look up pyblic record horrid place to live fires xops horrible medical or sheriff respond x horrible re sale corrupt communicable environment horrid septic issues above n below hill if u call plumber will b taken out yr rent they use wallners plumbing yellow truck/van they live right up road r buddies so if u must dont call that plumber...always sides w park besides that not so bad but horrible playground and play space for kids burned trash burned on park site gts in yr home ash etc... My son has asthma my daughter 3/4one lung ive gt photos they burn matresses hazards woods n plastics . Rent goes up every yr ten bux My advice read yr lease fine print n all keep your receipts for proof of pymnt and dont drink the kool aid all thats nice isnt good luck just my opinion ... We also hv two pedophiles living in our park w crimes involving children public record ...
