Irresponsible pet owners. Dogs doing their business on peoples property and dogs off leashes running up on you not knowing whether theyre going to attack you or your dog. No accountability or consideration from anyone.

Nice little community. Small... I was told they only have satellite TV and internet so if you plan on using streaming services or gaming probably not the best choice. Very pretty says and only a few miles from Shasta lake which is very beautiful.

So my Cuz went to look at a mobile home here because we were going to buy . What caught my attention was that they work with credit come to find out when she went and talked with them they do not work with credit at all . They sit here and advertise on Craigslist that they work with credit with a higher down payment which is not true super disappointed because my family could use a 3 bedroom. Just wanted to put that out there that they told her she had to have great credit and to qualify and when she told them her score they told her she wouldn’t qualify.

Super happy to see this area revitalised, if you knew what it used to look like you would be shocked. This would be the perfect location for an investment property to rent out for people that visit the lake. Or even a summer home for a family. Or of course for a person just looking to live their F/T. Either way its a great development that this area has needed for a long time now. Glad to see its doing its job of bringing in good quality people.
