This is the best experience I’ve EVER had while purchasing a car. My partner and I both worked with Lax while at Ken Grody. He actually bought a Ford Maverick truck first and because Lax was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, I came back to purchase my own Bronco Sport with a payment that I was aiming for an an amazing interest rate, all through Ford Credit. Other dealerships nearby were unable to qualify me for Ford, let alone any other credit company. Aside from Lax’s amazing customer service that makes you feel like family (take that R&B Auto Center,) Christian in finance was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the signing process a breeze while conversing about baseball and Disney stuff. He even waited until after 10 PM for us to complete paperwork! (The dealership closes at 8PM). If you need an amazing, sturdy vehicle, PLEASE come to Ken Grody Ford Redlands!

To be honest the worst service I’ve ever had at a dealership I came in because my engine had rod knock and I insisted that the cause was on the inside of the engine even took it upon myself to find the issue (spun a bearing on cylinder 4) but my service advisor told me it was only a lubrication malfunction and did and oil change and gave it back to me with the same sound I brought it back to them on September 28th and have not seen my car since I never get an update on it only if I call and get the same lame excuse that all the parts haven’t came in yet or they all of a sudden have to order a new part that didn’t come in the kit it’s suppose to but my cars “priority” when they barely started last week but had the parts there for 4 weeks already I still have yet to see my car and they are also telling me I’m gonna have to pay extra due to the amount of “extra” labor they have to do when he told me himself it’s mostly been stored in the back. I even had to miss work a few times because they would give me dates it would be finished just for me to be kept on hold and called after the service department has closed to tell me the update for my car is that it’s gonna be another week before they have any progress I assure you I am NEVER taking my car here again for any reason and hopefully people follow suit.

For the most part i always have a good experience here, they have a clean facility, the staff is nice,and they do a good job, my only complaint is not this last oil change but the previous one they left the hardware on my skidplate loose and it ended up dragging and getting messed up, my only advice is tighten everything up properly and there wont be any problems, but today one of ur techs went above and beyond, and noticed my After market wheels was missing the center caps and he gave me some from his old wheels set up so thank u to that tech...this is my car I took in

Rene was great to work with. We handled everything remotely via text, phone, and email. He communicated well, sent me photos, etc. Then once the deal was done (which was quick) he drove the car 1.5 hours to personally deliver it to me!

Regardless of what they think the current market climate should be....their mark up on all their cars is insane. Its manipulation of their perspective customers. I walked in this afternoon with intentions to drive out a new Explorer. When the sales person told me the mark up was non negotiable I walked out. If ford wanted to sell the car for that much they would have set the MSRP that high.

This Ford dealership is the best. IVY served me and I am not gonna lie to you she has the best customer service ever. She is very calm to listen to you and does not rush you to anything. She gave me the best deal to trade in my Ford transit van 2017. I dont even know how to thank her. I have done oil change here three times and they are very thorough even checked and refilled my other fluids that were low.I highly recommend Redlands Ford to everyone, ask for Ivy. Good place for a 2.5hrs oil change at your quick lane. I just dont care for the extra charge for the Rep stating that tire rotation that normally is part of the package will carry a $20 extra c charge. Making it .$79 plus tax. Lucky there is a online coupon for $49.99. But the guy still charged me $59 for the extra surcharges and extra oil

Wish I could give zero stars. Dealing with the service department has been a nightmare, Malachi specifically is rude and not helpful. Talked over me, and kept me on hold for an hour while his supervisor was “in a meeting”We’ve been told that our car has a transmission issue, and that they need to keep it for up to two weeks, but can’t get us a rental... he told my husband he would look, and call back in 20 minutes, we allowed 2 hour to pass, still nothing, checked online and did a full checkout to find that Hertz and Enterprise together have over 35 cars available. Malachi claims there are none, after my hour on hold he told me that he found me one I could have in two days, but they only cover $35/day and I’d have to cover the difference. Mind you my cars a ready been there two full days.After speaking with Malachi, alone I will not return, and considering my lemon Ford is a lease, I will be turning that in and going somewhere else.

My purchase is one of the more unusual ones. Living in Oregon, I was searching for the perfect Transit- and none could be found locally. I finally found one that fit the bill at Ken Grodys in San Bernadino. I was super lucky to be put in touch with Lax in their internet sales department. She made the process super easy - and I completed almost everything online. The price was outstanding and the customer service even better. Been here twice, both times for oil changes. You cant make an appointment, its 1st come, first serve. With that said, both times was in and out in less than 30 minutes. May be luck but they were professional each time, gave me heads up on things I will likely need in the future: air filter and new battery but that no action was needed at this time. Nice when a place isnt pushing up-sells until needed. If something major goes down with my Ford, Im really inclined to trust them for a big thing since they have been solid with the basics.

Thank you Ford App. Wife was stranded with back tire blowout. Fwy courtesy tow I can get a flatbed here in 15 that never showed and she was stuck in the 10dwy to 210 connecter, DANGEROUS.Me waiting roadside gave up and used the Ford App.They arranged every single thing. 1st time ever using the app.This dealer continues to provide the best service ever. We ended up changing all 4 tires because stock was Cooper and they have been nothing but problems,slow leaks,2nd blow out. Mess. Tried call the service department to get my vehicle service and received nothing but attitude from the man who answered. I explained issues I was having with the car and he shut down every issue saying they would not cover anything under the warranty due to someone else’s craftsmanship shift? Please explain how getting an oil change two months ago would affect a paneling under melting off two weeks ago. He was extremely rude and and almost accusatory when I was explaining the issues with my car. I tried several times to explain the issues and he just gave so much attitude. What’s the point of having a warranty if you just get treated like garbage when you try to receive a service you paid for? Avoid their service department at all cost. I think they’re just sexist and try to take advantage of women.

Words can’t express how grateful I am to Trever the service manager. My sister and I were driving through Redlands from out of the area to pick up my sisters wedding dress for her final fitting. We had a plenty of time to make it, until we our back tire completely blew out. After being stranded on the freeway for an hour we called Redlands Ford to ask for their help. They put us in contact with City Towing who showed up and was so helpful. While we were waiting for our tow Trever and his team found us a new tire we needed and were ready upon our arrival to switch it out to get up back on the road! It took 15 mins! Talk about a NASCAR quick change! We were so impressed and grateful that they took care of us so quickly so we could get to my sisters dress in time before they closed!!! They cross threaded a spark plug and destroyed the cylinder head to the tune of $4,500 in damages. This is the opinion of a corporate ford engineer that another dealer called in. He said the evidence is irrefutable. The spark plug, according to the ford enginer, clearly never fully seated as evidenced by the pristine upper threads and mangled lower threads as well as no wear on the piece of the plug that should have rubed up on the top of the cylinder head. After a week of trying to get ford redlands to do the right thing I seem no closer to resolution. Redlands refuses to acknowledge they could have made a mistake and claim the damage is from a blown head gasket. The ford engineer reportedly laughed at that theory and said it was impossible. Also, the vehicle passed a test to rule out a blown head gasket. In the face of overwhelming evidence redlands ford will not accept the conclusions of the other ford dealership or of fords corporate engineer who is above and independent of both dealerships. Avoid redlands ford service at all costs as a simple tune up can cost you a whole engine. Ive included the photos of the plugs, the mangled one is from the cylinder in question, the one with normal wear is from another cylinder and was installed at the same time by redlands ford. I dont know that much about cars but it seems pretty clear Ford redlands simply has no integrity. Trevor at ford redlands says the mangled one shows no signs of damage and was clearly not cross threaded sorry Trevor, Ford says your either ignorant or lying. The conclusion of the other dealer is that Trevor (Redlands fords service manager) is pressuring us to make a false warenty claim to avoid liability for what is clearly damage caused by a miss installed and cross threaded spark plug. I have spent a week trying to get resolution of this issue and the owner has said they will not make it right and Trevor is now dodging my calls and not returning my messages. I have reported this incident to the bureau of automotive repair and want to warn others. Everyone makes mistakes, when you do you need to own up to them and make it right, redlands ford has no interest in doing that and no integrity. If you have a similar experience make sure to contact the bureau of automotive repair and the better buisness bureau as well as document it on yelp and Google so others dont suffer the same fate. This car is my wifes and she has literally only owned fords her whole life and always takes them to the dealer, this incident is making her question ever owning a ford again, if you cant trust the dealer to take care of your car why buy their car at all. Anyways, sorry for the long post...hope it helps someone not have their engine destroyed by these guys.

This dealer has had 3 times to fix my overheating problem and now 4 times to fix axle seals which they keep damaging I have pictures from every time they touched it and now instead of fixing what they obviously cant do. The service manager Trevor told me in front of advisors not in an office that he will void my warranty when dealers physically cant do that. They just work for the ford company. Anything warranty related goes through the ford corporation not individual dealers themselves. Now theyre saying the vehicle is modified when nothing Ive done to the car affects the parts they cant fix. And the fact they bring up being modified will void out my warranty after they damaged the seals but never brought up my modifications the first 3 time is really beyond shady. Wanting my car fixed correctly with no damage done to the parts being installed should not be threatened with voiding my warranty. Do not trust this dealer as they try to be aggressive to make you give in. They dont know how warranty works they can not void any warranty without proving the parts added caused the issues when the issues are techs that cant fix basic problems. I thought this dealer would actually hold accountable whoever seems to not be able to fix my car but I guess not.These photos were taken after each service after a few days of driving to see if they still leaked. the first 2 pictures were the first time they replaced the seals. As you can see they are not sitting flush at all causing gear oil to leak out. the 3rd photo through the 8th photo was the second time i had to bring it back to be fixed. This time you can see the seals were leaking even worse and chips are along the transmission most likely from the tech slipping with his tool or a pry bar to get them out resulting in my transmission being chipped away at. The gear oil is leaking heavier over the rear motor mount. Leaking gear oil is very dangerous for the transmission as the transmission is not being lubricated as much. In the final 2 photos you can see they were damaged being installed most likely from the tech forcing the axle back in causing them to be damaged. the last photo shows the seal bent inward not sitting flush where the blue flashlight is sitting. The service manager trevor told me they had to contact a ford specialist to fix it the 3rd time if this is the specialists work im worried. The service manager Trevor went on to blame my vehicle modifications as reason to not fix it a 4th time. When the issue is the seals being installed incorrectly or damaged upon instillation. Remember my vehicle modifications were perfectly okay the first 3 times they attempted to replace my axle seals but now that they are damaged after the 3rd time It is my fault. The advisor Malakai has also been rude to me on this reoccurring issue. Being told this is my fault is obscure and uncalled for. I am not the tech installing these seals incorrectly. All i want is my vehicle fixed correctly with no damage to the parts. I highly think if this was happening to other ford owners they would want it fixed correctly as well rather than be told its your fault the 4th time after they still cant fix the problem

Overall experience was poor because sales reps don’t care about what customer wants instead pushes their current inventory on to the customer. Even though I informed the salesperson numerous times I will not purchase an ecoboost I would only purchase a v8, he still kept trying to push the ecoboost on me. Not to mention, when discussing other car brands the salesman would talk down on the other brands. Coming from a previous car salesman this is completely unprofessional to disregard a customer’s favorite car brand. Take the longer drive and go to Fontana Sunrise Ford instead.

When I purchased a car from This dealer in 2019 they were very helpful and responsive. I had to do an early termination due to a military deployment and the minute I had to connect with someone, my phone calls were never transferred to finance, I left messages that went unreturned. I emailed finance and got 1 response, it was finally when I called Ford Corporate that I was assisted after a month of trying to get a response from Ken Grody-orange county.I turned my car in in Las Vegas and corporate told me I had to cancel my premium maintenance plan with the originating dealership (great.) It is 1/1/21 now and I have been trying to do this since 12/5/20. I have left several messages for finance (Jesse), have sent at least 4 emails, 2 texts to his personal line, and continue to try and establish contact with him and still no resolution. This is very frustrating as I cannot physically go into the location due to being out of state military.Beware if you have to return something early, the reps who work with me clearly don’t find my concerns a pro profit or even worthy of their time.

Took my vehicle here for a rough idle, they told me I needed an engine but couldnt tell me why. I asked several times what was failed and the only answer I received was (due to mileage we recommend an engine) even the final invoice doesnt mention what failed. I took it home and after talking to some other ford owners decided to replace the timing chain kit and cam phasers myself in my driveway. That was over a year ago and over 20k miles still running fine. Why couldnt the mechanic or service advisor just tell me what failed?? I was a service advisor for 11 years, no way I would have let a customer leave with no explanation.

I was put in touch with Lax, she is the Fleet Manager. I went in knowing what kind of Truck I wanted and what my budget was. This is the first purchase made entirely on my own, so she knew what I wanted and how special it was to me. LAX was so personal, she got me approved through Ford Financing, and most importantly got me the Truck I went in looking for. She did not deviate for what I was wanting or my budget. My car had to go in for an air conditioning issue!!! Malachi made my appointment and followed through with my car and with the warranty!!! My car was ready before he said it would be and everything works and he even had it washed!!! She runs and shines like a new car!!!! Malachi has my vote for a job well done!!!!! Best experience ever! My husband and i were pleasantly greeted by the great Woody lol. We let him know what our goal was & what vehicle we had in mind. He showed us options, we took the one we loved for a test drive. Now, on our test drive was where the real relationship began! Woody was extremely amazing, so down to earth, so relatable. He made us feel comfortable and treated us like we were valued customers. We decided to see what we can do “paperwork wise” and YAY! We ended up driving away with the vehicle we loved! What went wrong? Been taking my Fords, now 16 F250 and 18 Escape there for years Always good. Now, not so much. Asked for tire quote three times and never received one. Air filter needed changing. I saw the dirty one. Looked almost new. No oil changer reminder on the truck. Called for appointment for electrical problem on the car. No response. I now have a new set of tires on the truck and an service appointment with Raceway

If I could give negative I would... how are you not going to keep records of where you send peoples cars and allow any tow truck pick up any car without question.... they couldn’t tell me where they sent my car but they happily signed the tow truck drivers papers without my permission and didn’t even call to tell me they signed. Absolutely unacceptableDon’t come here.

Called to see about an oil change for my motor home. they said they do them and quoted a great price. Too k it in and was impressed from the get go. got me right in and the staff couldnt have been better. after this experience I plan on bringing all my cars to Redlands Ford for all my future service. Good job, good service and good price.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Chris the manager helped me source information relating to a used car which wasn’t listed on carfax which I appreciate.Rene was very courteous and friendly and Tina the finance manager had me in and out of her office in probably 20 minutes. There was a warranty on offer but she never pushed me to buy it yet gladly offered more info when I requested it.I drove 6 hours from Bay Area which can be a gamble for a used car but after bringing it back here and having it inspected I’m pleased to say the car seems in really good shape and the 6 hour drive was worth it.I’ve had some bad experiences with car dealerships over the past few months looking for a used car but I’ll gladly recommend Ken Grody Ford Redlands.
