I was in Redlands doing a job concerning some air conditioning and I came up short some fittings. Could not find any of the local parts houses in stock with that part. I went to Napa Auto parts and got residential air conditioning component to finish the job. Napa rocks

Be careful using your credit card. This is the only place that make a copy of your credit card, and get the pin, and get your address. So whats the concern. Mysterious charge appears on my credit card. I call some of the vendor and they have my address and the pin down. Just the items were sent to different address. I back track and this was the only place that took down all that info and made a copy. It also matched that 4 days after ordering, those mysterious charges appear. Im not saying the company is at fault, but you cant have an antiquated system to still copy the credit card.

They dont keep receipts until they have to warranty a product they sold, then all of a sudden they keep records of everything.

I tried to return a pair of tire cables, brand new in the box, never opened. Art at the counter told me that they are a non-returnable item. There is no mention of them being non-refundable on the invoice. They never mentioned to me that they cant be returned when I bought them. When I spoke to the manager he basically just told me that if I walk into any auto store and I would get the same response as if I shouldve known. The only suggestion they could give me was to try to sell them on Craigslist. Are you kidding me?? I am now stuck with a pair of tire cables that cost $170 and have no use for them.

Didnt have break lamp or head lamp for my truck. The guy told me it would be the next business day before he could get it. 2010 S-10
