Prices are a little higher but your paying for the atmosphere its not overly crowded, star bucks, and staff is very pleasant. The produce isnt great fruit has to be consumed within 2-3 days or you have to trash it veggies same .

I love this place floral is amazing

It looked like they had the ground beef I wanted to buy at BOGO FOR FREE. But when I got to the register it didnt ring up that way🤔 maybe I grab the wrong package, but I dont think I did. I just didnt feel like making a fuss and waiting while they checked. Its nice when they mark sale merchandise to match signage posted. 😕

I truly love this store. 1 BIG problem, to expensive. If I could afford to shop here I most definitely would. I just picked up Arrowhead water in the case because for some reason Hemet California isnt getting any shipped to Stater Bro.

The cashier (male with long hair) doesn’t know how to greet customers. I’ve shopped at Stater Bros all the time. This is my first at this place, staffs are not friendly.

I went to pick up a 1/8 sheet cake that my wife ordered yesterday. I was told that it was not paid for. I called my wife and she said she had the receipt showing that she paid $12.99 for the cake. The bakery person did not believe her. She wanted my wife to send her a photo of the receipt. The attendants attitude was very negative. As it turns out my wife was actually charged too much for the cake as the price should have been $11.99. The attendant reluctantly allowed me to take my cake. Needless to say I returned the other items I was going to purchase to the shelves and went to Stater Bros. to purchase the additional items. Im done with Albertsons.

One of the staff thought i was stealing at self checkout she stopped my transaction made me wait and then checked my bags! One of my items didn’t scan. I didn’t like how she handled situation

I actually did not ahoo here today even though I do. I decided to go with there online pick up. I waited about 2 minutes and my item were brought to my car. They do put them in the car for you. But I did it myself since I didnt know they do it for you lol. Make sure if you do order online to out replace item if not available I had to go inside to grab a different item. That was my fault I didnt know that when ordering online. Other than that the store is very cleN employees are helpful and they usually jabe everything in stock.

Horrible customer service waited over 10 minutes for help in the bakery asked that someone be called twice. Both times by two different employees I was told I had to wait for the bakery employee. A couple mins after, the produce lady finally decided she could in fact call the manager after I specifically asked that a manager be called. The manager didn’t come after the call but the girl finally came out of the bathroom and gave me the cake but couldn’t concern herself with writing happy birthday. These union works have no drive and are way to protected. Everyone who works in customer service should have customer service skills and just be able to be fired or written up. I did call and complain. That was a joke, called 4 times got hang up on put on hold for over 5 minutes and hung up on again. The manger did finally get the call, and offered a free cake on my next visit. No thanks I’ll go to Vons from now on.

The store is clean, pleasant, and well-stocked with a nice amount of variety.The bakery sales rack is fun to check out, for delicious treats. Price is nice and you can get occasional free items if you sign up for their rewards program. Theres also a Starbucks conviently located inside. I greatly appreciate it that the entrance consists of the produce section, as opposed to isles of alcohol.

This stores employees has always been very nice to me and my wife ..there is a ladie there named sherry that is very rude the way she spoke to me and my wife she was kind of angry not sure if she was having a bad day but I hope we do not see her when shopping .. my wife wants to shop somewhere else from the experience she had but this is right across the street from our home

Used to be a regular @ Albertsons, but left when BofA closed years ago. We tried Albertsons again and really enjoyed how the associates were very friendly and talked up the $5 specials throughout the store. We shall return!!

I was in the plaza so stopped and bought a few items. 1 being a 3 pack of dessert breakfast loaves...one pumpkin, one carrot and one cranberry walnut. It was a great price and the family enjoyed all three. Btw, it was the day before Thanksgiving and the store was busy yet checkout went quickly as they had several lanes open. I appreciate that and applaud. 👏

Some folks say that Albertsons is more expensive than stater brothers, but while that may be true, I believe in the phrase, you get what you pay for.Generally, the wait in their lines are about the same, if not faster, parking can be a bit better, and choices of produce, which I normally go for, are a bit better. They also have a greater selection of true generics or store brands in some things, such as sparkling waters, and similar.I find that for things like produce, I actually pay less for better quality, overall.Their meat counter sometimes has a little more to be desired, but what they have is always priced quite reasonably.

I would like to thank the fantastic employee who gave my granddaughter a little stuffed dog for being a good girl while shopping with me and her dad. What she didnt know at the time is that their beloved Boxer named Tugg passed away earlier that morning. Incredible coincidence. This employee is always very kind and helpful! I shop there at least 3-4 times per week and always have been treated with courtesy by everyone there! Thank you for your kindness!

The store was well-stocked and clean in appearance. I decided against purchasing my intended Fried Chicken Dinner, due to the foul odor, in the Deli. There are clearly some sanitary issues, that need to be addressed in the Deli. I will not purchase any Ready-to-eat products here.
