Not too many people, so I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Granted, I only purchased 4 items but still my experience was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location, as it is a very nice area and your safety does not feel at risk.

Convenient location. Too many pickup parking spots are unused, during busiest times in prime locations. The place to park is available, but there isnt any customer need or want so stalls remain empty and guests have to walk further

By far the best grocery shopping experience around. Clean store, well stocked and friendly employees. The manager Kegen is very kind. The pharmacy is top notch. Bakery is too. Love the salads they put together. Really good fresh foods to go too.

The store is clean and well organised. There was an item I wished and when I saw a gentleman restocking that area I asked him about it. He went to the back found it and brought it to me immediately while interrupting his work. When I checked out the people were also pleasant and knowledgeable.

Way cheaper on certain drugs than CVS and is just down the street.Had a perscription that cost $96 using my insurance at CVS, costs $47 at Vons without using my insurance.

This Vons always has fast and friendly service. I am a typical evening visitor and it is always clean, quiet, and stocked. This Vons is conveniently located and is perfect for any occasion of shopping as they have a great selection of products. Vons also has great value at good prices.

This review is based off of the floral department only, specifically on the morning of June 30. After waiting 15 mins I was finally helped but girl was incredibly rude and unhelpful as if asking questions about balloons was an inconvenience.

Open earlier than any other local markets, this is sometimes necessary. It was also very empty in the early morning to avoid crowds. They have a great organic selection too!

Each time I come to this store its a disappointment.Im a club member. Came to this store the day before my girlfriends birthday to get her favorite, lamb chops. The meat department told me to come back tomorrow cuz they were out of stock.I came back the next day (girlfriends birthday) and they were out of stock again.I tried a month later came for chicken thighs....you guessed it, out of stock. I told the supervisor on duty and Marianna shrugged her shoulders with a fake smile.I called the corporate number to inform them of my consistent disappointment and waste of time as well as the flaw in their inventory system. Ive been waiting for 19 minutes now and no one to answer my call.Fail in many aspects. I will save my time and go to Starter Brothers instead.I got home and I was able to write this review while on hold. Fail, fail, fail.Now that Ive spent 22 minutes waiting I think Ill hang up now. Thank you for wasting my drive, my time only to get nothing I came for.

I’m surprised with the price. I got less expensive medication here. Compared with other pharmacy is away too much.So, Decided to transfer my rX to this pharmacy. And walaThe Service is good weather u talk by phone or face to face.Little suggestion just put sign for pick up medication coz I didn’t see any signThe only visible is for dropping off.

Trying new locations for Vons and Albertsons. Vons in Yucaipa offers frozen Veal. Vons in Redlands on Orange St, does not offer Veal, fresh or frozen. They just dont carry it. Albertsons in Redlands on Redlands Blvd, was a pleasant surprise. Good quality.

I gave it three stars because at the time that I went (7:30pm) there was a checkout line that went to the rear of the building. Only two checkers that I could see and the people in line did not look happy. I ended up leaving my groceries because I only had three items and did not want to wait in that long of a line. On the positive side I did find what I was looking for.

I come here every month to get an injection at the pharmacy! If it wasnt for this Vons locale, I would not be even coherent!

Clean store, but everything is way overpriced.

While the store was clean, I was not impressed by the prices or the selection of staple goods. Also, for a Friday afternoon having only 2 registers open (one manned by the manager) is unacceptable. The first register was 15 items or less and no wait. The register manned by the manager had 5 people including me waiting to checkout - one after another, each person having a fairly full cart. The employee at the first register stood doing nothing, not even offering to take a customer or two from the manager to ensure guest satisfaction. At the same time, the manager didnt suggest his employee help him by ringing out customers.

Covid has improved this location! I would avoid coming here because of the long wait to pay for groceries. This time recently (July 2020) they had one line and someone directing that line to the cashiers. It went so fast! Please adopt this new way from now on Vons!!!⭐

We actually were at Traders Joe next to Vons my wife wanted to stop and get some treats. (Cookies) both stores are good in my opinion.

They make the best cakes there! Vicki helped me, she was amazing. I couldnt thank you enough for helping me with a cake I purchased for my fathers memorial service. I got so many compliments on it I had them make me one for a celebration, more than 5 people asked me where I got it. Just ask for the Boston Cream Cake, filled with custard, with whipped cream icing, a border of fresh fruit and edged with a chocolate truffle drizzle along the border. I promise you it will be the best cake youve ever eaten. Run to this store! 12 Stars!!

Staff is very friendly and price and selection are much better since the last time I shopped (nearly 4 years ago) . The reason I usually abstain from shopping here is that it is one of the few grocery stores in my neighborhood without locking carts. We find Vons carts all over our neighborhood and the pose a safety hazard on the road and for children. Please consider getting locking carts for the Redlands location 🙏

Vons is my shopping staple. Always clean and well stocked. Produce is the best in town. Checkers and baggers have panache, charisma and courteous demeanor.

This Vons turned off to be very disappointing for me but customer service wasn’t all that great. Vons prides itself on great produce and meat poultry and yes....I can truly say they have it but the some staff members watched me wandering around their store and decided not to ask me did I need help. This community is very nice so I thought they would be better than others stores, plus their prices are bit high so when you’re paying high prices you expect great service. Last but not least the bathrooms need help. They look like they never been cleaned and they should be ashamed of themselves. Do better please!!

Great store. Clean, friendly, safe. Selection isnt the widest for some items, but massive for others.

Dissapointed some patrons at this Redlands location chose not to wear protective face coverings. I felt uncomfortable and left without shopping. Covid is still very evident across the country according to latest stats. San Bernardino county should reconsider allowing the public to jeopardize the health of others.

Great store clean the employees are very nice. Their meat and produce are great everything looks fresh. The bakery is wonderful a variety of sweets to chose from.

Its not the closest grocer but they stock a broader variety of things. Picked almost everything I needed. I had them check the back stock on one of my favorite items and it turns out that the manufacturer has discontinued the product. I was able to save a few dollars with my membership card and coupons. Their premade salad selection is the largest in town and they had them on sale.

Felt I was shopping in war torn Europe. Produce was sparse and old. Many areas were really low on products and many on-sale items simply gone. Just felt sad in store...
