Hurray for smart & final. I swear I have been to every store in a 25 mile radius. They are the only place I was able to purchase A & W zero sugar root beer!

Great selection for bulk and some non-bulk items.Its like a miniature Costco without the membership requirement 😉

This is a holiday weekend and it was completely ready for everyone to come in and buy it many items that are generally used for the 4th of July. It was clean even the staff was very attentive and cheerful. I really enjoyed this trip because its the first time I went to this location.

Able to easily find everything I needed. Checkout was competent and quick. A+ shopping experience.

Smart & Final is like going to a smaller version of Sam’s Club. You don’t need a membership & the quantities of items purchased isn’t quite as bulky but it’s a decent place to pick up the odds & ends at.

My go to store when I need commercial restaurant products like Heavy Cream which you cannot find in grocery stores. I am not talking about heavy whipping cream either, they are two totally different products.When I have catering gig I go to Smart and Final.

Im happy with smart and final but only give five stars if I experience something exceptional. What bothered me at this store today was the rude pushy woman who had no courtesy while I pushed my father around in his wheelchair. She kept coming and trying to get past me as if it wasnt difficult enough for me to get a wheelchair and myself through the aisles that were narrow enough. I realize this has nothing to do with the store but wanted to mention it so people will realize how difficult it is already for disabled people without having to deal with the lack of patience and rudeness from able bodied people.

This place has Higher prices for the groceries as compared to other stores now.Earlier Smart & Final was truly my Final destination, but not anymore.

Dear Owner,Our experience with Smart and Final Redlands today is not acceptable. They were mostly women in the store, some of them have good customer service and some of them are not with so good customer service. The ladies who are with not so good customer services are nasty and shouting at customers in front of the other customers. We already are stressed with coved 19 pandemic situation at home and need not be treated disrespectfully in Smart and Final Redlands store to cause additional tensions during this difficult time for everyone.Please train your staff ladies for good customer service so that you will have repeated business from our group and motivation for referring our friend and family to this store.Thank you and have a safe blessed day

The store is old and small. They have 2 large modern stores in Moreno valley, why not in Redlands or banning?

Dear Redlands Smart & Final...I guess in the horridness of shopping, someone actually busted one of you large laundry detergent bottles, and left it. We picked it up, not knowing it was damaged until we got home. Unfortunately, it leaked in our truck, and we dont live in your area. Hope the store in my area will exchange it, or allow me to purchase something else.

On 7/12/2020 before noon, we went there to get some chicken, fruits, and yoghurt. The parking lot was pretty empty, compared to pre-COVID visit. Some of the shelves for chicken and eggs were empty, but the rest were fully stocked. From toilet paper, hand sanitizer, veggies, and fruits, I recommend this place for wide selection of products and their availability. To check out, we had to wait in line to maintain physical distancing.

They have good prices there

Saw the weekly ad, I called to see if they had the item Available. The girl had me on hold forever came back and said the sale was last week!! It was dated correctly!! I called the Banning store, man was nice, helpful, told me it was a valid sale!! He saved what I needed and I picked up that day!! The Redlands store I shop weekly and spend quite a bit of money there. Well, no more!! Going to the opposite side of town. Longer but I dont care. Service at Redlands always act like youre bothering them from whatever they are doing (usually talking).

Great experience. They have their act together regarding Covid-19 spread prevention. Sanitiz.ing spray outside. Physical distancing at the check out line. All with customer safety and convenience in mind.

So organized in check out line! Now they also carry some Organic items I. Large sizes too!!

My visit went well. Your prices are reasonable.

The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. All the items were stocked well. Speedy checkout since they noticed a rushed influx of people so they opened another lane. Prices are comparable and decent selection compared to the big whole sellers (Costco, Sams) but without the membership fees.

Very bright clean very easy to find what your looking for, items very well displayed. Cashiers at check out very friendly. I enjoyed the experience will shop there more often.

When I walked in the young lady at the register said good morning I was a little surprised they never say morning or hello to me..but the men do .. i dont know if that they thought i was going to take things ..however...bought like a handful of things..spent over 70.00 bucks...I normally go to the smart n final on baseline in highland all the workers there always say hi and ask if I need any help ...not making me feel uncomfortable...please note..theres good hard working people in this world STOP looking at us like we are all bad...

They were out of refried beans and chunky soup..

They wont allow me return a defective item, I bought 2 large jug of Caesar salad dressing and its go bad before expiration date and they wont take it back

The things that they sell in the quantities I want are a good price. But most of their products are in large amounts for food service. I go there 2 or 3 times a year especially for stuff needed for parties.

We went to check out a sale on meats, but the store was all out of the items on sale. What a waste of time.

It had what i was looking for i couldnt find it but one of the workers helped me so fast made my day somebody actually still work

Typical Smart & Final. Well stocked and clean. Parking lot is small but additional bigger stalls to the left of the store.

Its amazing I come to shop here I bring reusable bags and the cashier apparently has no other obligation than to take my money. Does not put anything in the bags completely ignores me and moves on to the next customer while my things are sitting on the counter. Its rude and I dont understand why the management of this store does not do something to change it. Apparently theyre not interested in having customers.

The place was kinda compact but the service people were nice and plenty of parking. Although they were out of advertised chicken. Everything worked out well.

Keep forgetting Smart n Final such a great place to go. Great pricing, great old name items lots to choose from.

I am a cook for seniors so this is where i buy our paper goods and large items. They are friendly snd effecient and the prices are good.

Love this place. I save a lot on everyday things they have a lot of bulk items like resbull pickles etc. They also have a lot of things for partys cotton candy mix snow cone flavors etc. There ice is really cheap they also have dry ice.

Beware......!!!! Got 10lb ground beef paquege from this store, it was expired and smelled horrible. Called the store and got no apologies and employee acted like I was bothering them. No customer service and it looks like they dont care for their customers health
