Good prices and a good selection of products. Store is clean and for the most part well stocked. People are friendly and helpful.

This is one of my favorite places to shop! Prices are great and products are unique. I love that they dont have more than 3 types of any one product because they only offer the best. You have to bag up your own stuff though so bring bags or buy some there.

This store is nice. Very clean and super CHEAP!!!I know for a fact that everything I bought would have cost me $60.00 in a regular store and I spent half of that. Good food too. The veggies are the best. I will never stop coming here.

Aldi is one of our “staple” stores. My wife & I love the quality as well as the savings!

I love Aldi stores but this has got to be the dirtiest and rudest of all their stores and Ive been to quite a few. Lets start with the garbage in the carts. Yes garbage and not trash. There was food, utensils and trash in my cart that I had to clean out before bringing the cart into the store. Next, when it came to standing in a one only open check-out line that was backed all the way to the fruit area, I thought it cant get any worst but yes yes it did. When putting my food on the conveyor belt I noticed that was also disgusting so I told the cashier and he wiped it with dry paper towels. So I go towards the long table to bag my groceries and the table was so nasty. I wish I would have taken pictures (it was only 1030am)...so I bagged my food items within the cart and the next guy started following my lead and not use the table either. Ps. To the female employee stocking frozen foods in the open freezer area towards the front. Saying Thank You is just proper manners when someone helps you out by picking up something YOU dropped on the floor. Ugh!! Ill stick to the one closest to my house. I dont care if I need groceries and Im in the Redlands area. I hope a supervisor or a GM sees this.

Aldi is pretty consistent and this one is no exception. Quality goods at great prices.

I love that Aldi is so close to my work. This store is specially great, it seems to be well stocked, and the cashiers are great. Dont forget your quarter for the cart. Although out of all the Aldis Ive been to, this one seems to have plenty carts left outside.

The one in East highland is very good store it has everything I need and finally service but there was a power failure and I had to go to the one in Redlands the cashier was not very friendly and my experience there was not very good with help with their personnel so I will continue to shop in highland

Aldi is definitely one of my favorite grocery stores, its in my top 3!It doesnt carry much common name brand or too much variety brand however it has brands that arent available anywhere else and items that are healthier options, fully stocked, fresh, great quality and cheaper prices that are must haves and keeps me coming back!This Aldi I like to get here quickly without weaving through the entire shopping center. I go down Citrus Plaza Blvd and theres a turn lane right next to the store between the two lights of Mountain Grove Shopping Center and San Bernardino Ave. The store faces Alabama street and its quick and conveniently located in the large parking/shopping center as well as right next to the 10 and 210 freeways. Its hours of operation is 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. During this pandemic, they are practicing safety measures, such as posted info of required mask, less customers in the store and on Tuesdays and Thursdays they are open 830am to 9am for our vulnerable shoppers.Thanks Aldi, much appreciate the quality care and customer service each time!

Best place for less moneys

Everything seems to be ok, just the cashier today she was on register 3 was rude she closed her register after I allowed a customer to go in front of me to ask a question she is a black I dont know her name.. so I just move to another register available it was a nice asian person who helped me great customer service.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. Whenever I shop here I always have to make a secondary stop for the rest of my groceries. This particular location itself is fine for the most part. Its just hard to find someone to help and even harder to find someone who knows where anything is.

Aldis is fantastic. Their prices are pretty much the best in town. Aldis employees are extremely helpful, professional, and kind. The store is always clean. Produce is more than reasonably priced. They also carry a good variety of items. There is an unusual system for the shopping carts . The customer pays $0.25 for a shopping cart, and receives the quarterback when the cart is returned. Overall Id have to say Im very satisfied with my experience every time I shop at Aldis.

If you love Trader Joes, youll love aldi. Same company just more standard items with lower prices. .

Cashier Arianna refused to let me use the restroom claiming they were going to close the store. I ask around 8:35 pm store closes at 9 pm. This is bad customer service. I still did my shopping regardless of the bad customer service and management of this store.

This Aldi is more crowded than the one in San Bernardino. Food products are well stocked. The store is clean. Its easy to find parking since its inside a shopping plaza. Variety of food is pretty good. Cashiers worked fast.

This is my favorite grocer for everything except fresh produce. It only lasts a couple of days at best. Everything else is fantastic. I love the Aldi finds!

Business hours on google are 8:30 am! I got there and had to wait 30 minutes they open at 9am.:/

Store personal are awesome

Love shopping at Aldi for several reasons but my number one reason is the chocolate is the best chocolate and it is at a very good price. It is either German chocolate or Belgian chocolate. My biggest complaint is I have to come to California to shop here when Im from Utah

Much better than weekend shopping here. Every one was in compliance with face mask policy. In the weekend thier is a different kind of shopper not all just a few . But it just takes one to spoil shopping experience. And it helps when the staff encourages the shoppers to comply.

Why pay 3 times as much for similar items at your typical grocery stores we grew up with the past 30+ years. Aldi has anything for a 1/3 of the price. May not be name brand but I bet it’s made no different then those big brands we grew up with. Your not spending time trying to pick out if 19 different bread brands and 15 brands of eggs. Your gonna get what you need in 30 mins and be out.

This is my first go-to for groceries. Our new Aldi here in Redlands is the nicest of all Ive been to in the area. They have EVERYTHING for so much less$ and Im in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Since I am the first paying customer at this new Aldi, I wanted to be one of the first to leave a review. It really looks great, and the grand opening was alot fun. The staff was really excited and helpful.

The employees were on their phones recording videos of throwing boxes and trying to be funny. They kept blocking aisles and running around screaming. There seems to be too many immature employees here.

I really like this Aldi. It ups the caliber for the chain, in my opinion, when I compare it to the other local Aldi stores. It doesnt seem like a discount grocer--the prices are low, but the experience doesnt feel cheap. The layout is comfortable, its more visually appealing than the others, and Ive been very impressed by the professional attitudes of the employees so far. The location is also conveniently located in a retail hub (because lets be honest, Aldi doesnt have EVERYTHING and sometimes you need a little extra at Target) and the parking is easy. Ive been a fan of Aldi for a while, but I avoided going to the San Bernardino and Yucaipa stores because they are so poorly placed and not always a pleasant experience. This store has already won me as a regular.

Over the past year or so they have made shopping easier and you get more for your dollar then any supprrmarket - I really like the shopping experience

It has good prices but the cashiers way of attending to the worst weather by Rosalia reluctantly charges the products and is still upset and arrogant is a bad presentation for the store
