Always a great experience shopping for my family at this store. I drive past 3 other locations to shop here. The shelves are always stocked, the state is always clean and the staff are courteous and professional. My go to store and every time I’m there this store is busy. However today the clerk/manager that helped me today Anthony was very helpful, patient and provided great customer service. Thank you Anthony Stater Bros needs to hire more employees like you. Because of your great customer service I continue to shop at this store.

Busy on weekends but plenty of friendly workers to compensate for the slew of humans shopping. Always well stocked and friendly staff. Parking is never an issue. Great alcohol selection and great prices. There is another Stater Bros about two miles west from this one on Barton Rd. (in case you dont find what you want at this one).

Always have what I need. Love the Digital Deals. Everything is kept so clean. Staff, Employees are all so nice and Friendly.

I get beer i have a problem

My trip was fine but the store had signs to alert the customer some items may be at the time unavailable. No diet Coca Cola in the store. Due to COVID -19. Im a dedicated shopper to Stater Brothers. They provide most polite service. Otherwise Id rate it 5 stars.

Im an avid Stater Brothers Shopper until my experience at your Redlands store today I went there with my friend we purchased a couple of sandwiches and while she was waiting for them at the deli I went and paid for them afterwards I went and put the other groceries in the car while she continued to wait for the sandwiches at the deli when she got the sandwiches she went to leave the store and she almost got pounced by three of your workers accusing her of theft until the Deli lady worker came and let them know it was paid for but my friend and I I have had the worst experience of our life at your Stater Brothers today Im going to try and not let this incident deter me from shopping there but no promises

The place where the veggies are kept is always so clean, well stocked, and fresh! Keep up the good work! I love their cut fruit too.

Super expensive store in every way possible.On an average I spend 15 dollars more here as compared to other grocery stores for my weekly groceries.Compare before putting anything in your cart guys, a dollar saved is a dollar earned particularly.

Its been, other than the role of pulling the main cart in food supply to the I.E., a central meeting place without tables & coffee, to give Redlands shoppers a break from the claustrophobia of quarantine and social-distancing. Within more proximity than the 99¢ stores.

I am a Stater Brotheren. I go to this store whereever I am. Always live up to my expectation great store great people. I went for fresh spinach today.

Everyone was in full compliance with face mask policy, I found everything I came in for. And was out the door pretty fast.

This is a nice market. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because I didnt feel they are cleaning the carts very well.

Stater bros is a good supermarket the prices are good they have a good selection, there stores are always clean, just a few little things, for some reason eggs are very expensive here, and most of there stores the aisle are too small, but i have noticed that the newer stores have wider aisles, so it looks like there making an effort to improve which can only make this a better place to shop

This is one of the best Stater Bros Markets Ive been in. Its always very clean and the employees are ALWAYS very polite and helpful. They have a great variety of international food items as well.

Honestly the staff is very courteous and warm. Always welcome anyone especially the staff by where the hot foods are. Its not run down like others Ive been to. I recommend it.

I remember going to Stater Brothers with my mother almost 70 years ago on Yucaipa Blvd near California street, at almost 78 I still go to Stater Brothers just in Redlands instead

Sometimes they get short handed w/ cashiers or quick close there lanes because they must take there breaks. Slows & truly irritates customers considering must keep distance. Making them go to another lane.

Newly completed remodel of this store is really nice. This Stater Bros has needed that for years.

As a senior citizen my husband and I were disappointed with Staters COVID preparations. The aisles are narrow yet theyre not marked with one -way arrows. Also, there are no social- distancing markers at the checkstands. We like Staters prices but wont be back .

Been coming here for a few years now and to see all the changes/remodel of the store is really a good feeling knowing our community has contributed towards all this

Have questions about different ways to grill your steak, handled. Need a little comic relief at the end of a long day at checkout, look no further.Im trying to think of any negative things to add, and I just cant.If you live in the area surrounding this location, there simply is no reason to shop anywhere else for your groceries...

Im not sure which Stater Bros locations this is. Some store locations are better than other store locations. My current personal favorite locations are the Calimesa store and the Bryant St store in Yucaipa. My preference almost always depends on the customer service

My mask became clogged from the stench and fog of narcissism and pretentiousness being emitted from the entitled women in there.Rude is too kind of a word.It’s worse than Gelson’s in Palm Springs and that’s saying a lot.

Batch manager Aug 12, 2020 at 5pm ish. Wouldnt return disgusting deli sandwiches that made us sick. Turkey meat is lowest grade possible. You Wouldnt feed it to your pigs!
