We had a great buying experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find the best deals available. I’m happy with my purchases. Especially impressed they allowed the local Kiwanis to set up thier Christmas fundraiser in the store. I like local businesses who support the community, they are the ones I prefer to support with my dollars.

Had a really good experience in the store, the people were very helpful and nice. However, we had scheduled a delivery date for the day after our washer and dryer were suppose to arrive at the store and we first: never got a call saying it was in and second: we called the day it was supposed to be delivered and they couldnt give us a time and seemed frustrated we were calling and said they would call back in an hour or two (it has now been over four hours and still nothing). Very poor customer service.

Communication could be better between associates and customers with delivery. Overall, they are working with us and we got a great deal

Good buying experience. Our dishwasher broke and John was very creative in trying to help us out with a different model and faster repair options.

We purchased a Samsung washer cost 900.00 it was reburbished from Prineville Sears oulet...Never worked from day 1.Owner sent out repairman out 4 times..still doesnt work..Owner is very unprofessional & rude to say the least.BOTTOM LINE...WE GOT SCREWED!WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM HER AGAIN..SHE ALSO OWNS THE SEARS OUTLET IN BEND..MARK & SHERRIE
