Cye and his assistant are rock-stars!! He got the drivers window from his distributor the next day and called me to drop off the car. I came at 5:30pm to drop off so he can do the install the following morning. To my surprise Cye decided to stay after hours and do the install while I waited. It was the end of the day and I know he was tired, but out of the goodness of his heart he stayed and banged it out. What a rare experience. Very Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with Novus Glass of Redmond. Cye was the guy I worked with. Both side windows had been broken out from a smash and grab when parked at a Mariners game. I tried calling a number of places to get it repaired quickly because I didnt have a garage to park my car at night. He got it in to the shop same day, and was able to park it inside there and spent extra time getting it done quickly. Very happy with the work. He had a reference to a rental car company that was covered by my insurance while my car was being worked on. He also helped me navigate the insurance part of it. Super helpful.

Had to get a windshield replaced on my 2020 Ram 1500. This being a new truck I was very particular and wanted everything to be done to the perfect OEM level. Cyrus did not disappoint! He was very professional and extremely easy to deal with. When the truck was finished, it was perfect as if just rolled off the assembly line! Will definitely come back for any and all future automotive glass needs.

Friendly, helpful and caring employees made the process of replacing a car window only painful in the pocketbook. They were substantially lower in price than their competition. He is a very exceptional and motivated person who has always done his best to accommodate in anyway he can, including saving you money when he is able to! Because of this outstanding service and because that is just the kind of person he is. I will always recommend Cye to anyone and everyone to get your car windows fixed or replaced by him at Redmond Novus. While I am sure none of us enjoy getting a window or windshield replaced lol, When you have to, it does not get any better than this.Side note to help others. We know not to pour warm or hot water on or windshields to remove ice on cold days, right? Well, on hot days when washing your car. Cold water on a hot day and the glass is hot can have the same effect... Thus why I am visiting Cye lol.

Driving home from work one evening a rock hit the edge of my windshield and immediately started cracking. I called Cye the next day to see if he could repair it or if it was time for a replacement. It needed to be replaced but he told me who to contact to claim it through insurance. Once the claim was filed Cye was able to find a windshield. He kept me posted on the timeline and when he could fit the work in. Cye even stayed late to finish so I could have my car back the same day. Thanks Cye! (And sorry I didnt bring you a plate of dinner.)

As far as the actual windshield replacement, this would be a five star. Job was done very well and he even went as far as to clean off some residue that was stuck to my driver’s side window which was not part of the job.The customer service aspect is what brings this review down a bit. Quoted an hour and a half to three hours, after about 5 hours I called and texted and he mentioned he was surprisingly busy but wouldn’t leave until it was finished. I texted back that I had a dinner to be at and asked if I could pick it up in the morning. He never responded until I called him in the morning. Communication the whole time was underwhelming and the job took significantly longer than expected.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for your glass repair or replacement. My Range Rover door window was broken out by car prowlers😡 Other glass shops in the area told me it would be nearly 2 weeks before they were able to fix my window!. Not only was novus glass in Redmond more reasonably priced but, they were empathetic to my situation and graciously fit me in the next day. He worked efficiently and was very knowledgeable and respectful. 🤗🙂 Thanks agian for your help.

Got a small crack on the windshield of my car recently. Decided to get it repaired right away before it starts spreading across. Googled and found the Novus Shop in Redmond on Avondale Rd. The owner of the shop took a very good care of me. He has worked around my schedule very well to find me a suitable time which was very important to me. He has explained the whole process to me and took care of the business very quickly when i got there. Very professional and great customer service. Hopefully, my car wont get windshield damages again, but if it does....I know where to go now.

I took my truck to another major name glass company and was told the entire window needed to be replaced when the drivers side window got separated from the motor.Novus was able to repair it quickly and easily for 1/2 hour of labor.Super happy for quick and honest work.

Cye was great!We had a rock chip in an unusual location that we were trying to get filled before it started to spread. After being turned away from 2 other glass repair shops and the Tesla dealership offering to replace the entire window, we found Cye. He was cautiously optimistic about what could be done, but the end result looks much better.

A great place to have to car Windows fixed. Cyrus (sp) was really helpful, and did a great job replacing my windows. Being in sales, I drive a lot, and get a lot of stones cracking my windshield. Ive had 3 replaced here to date, and always good work.

I was driving my Toyota Camry on 520 when a loud pop gave me a jolt. A truck drove by me, kicked up a rock with its tires, and made a crack on my windshield. I stopped by Novus Glass Redmond without an appointment asking if they could repair my windshield. They got me in right away and made my windshield look like new again. I was very impressed with the job they did. The location is convenient - its right next door to AA Auto Service Center and Championship Motors. They told me they could even come out to my location to repair windshields - something to keep in mind for the future. Good prices and five-star service!

I had my windshield replaced on a Tuesday. A week and a half later I had two side windows replaced after a beak-in. On both occasions Cye got me in on short notice and provided exceptional service. He goes the extra mile for customers, and while I hope I don’t need auto glass services for a very long time, if I do, I won’t hesitate to go back.

Took a rock to my windshield driving to work in the morning, called in an hour later to request a service and was able to get in same day. Cye was accommodating, helpful and took extreme care repairing the ding on my front windshield and was careful not to create a more sever crack, which would have resulted in far more expensive fix... Earlier today, I accidentally backed out of a tight garage and my side mirror nudged up against the interior wall. The mirrors frame was fine, however, the mirror itself became loose which made it difficult to drive safely. I was unable to tighten the mirror myself and the super glue I purchased did not work. Desperate, I stopped by Novus Glass to see if there was anything their team could do to help to get my side mirror in place. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by owner Cye Kashani. He took a look at my side mirror, and within two minutes, had it fixed. I am not insinuating that whatever your vehicle problem(s) may be - he can fix it within that time frame; however, what I can tell you is that the guy is friendly and knows what he is doing. There is a reason Novus Glass has 5-Star reviews across the board. Moving forward, any vehicle issues myself or people in my network may have - I am recommending Cye and the Novus Glass team. Novus replaced the windshield on my Lexus GX460 and did an exceptional job. And the GX460 has a pretty complex windshield installation. Cye, the owner, is a true professional and an excellent technician who cares about his work.

Cye does excellent work. Great pricing. He replaced the windshield in my 86 bronco and you wouldnt know it had ever been done. Looks perfect, just like it did when it rolled off the line. Im taking in another vehicle in a couple weeks. I wouldnt get a windshield anywhere else and you shouldnt either.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! If I could give 10 stars I would! Google maps accidentally took me to their (old) Kirkland location. My appt was at 4:30, but with the mixup I wasn’t going to get there until 5:10 (10 min after the service center closed). The guy told me to come in anyways and that he would stay late. He apologized for the mixup even though it wasn’t his fault, talked to me about my new car, and even gave me a discount for my troubles (even though I said a bunch of times that it wasn’t his fault). Even better, my windshield looks fantastic. Class act people!!

I recently moved to Redmond from Montana. Right before the move I needed my windshield replaced on my FJ Cruiser. The shop did a terrible job and i was left to move with an incomplete job. From what Im told, FJ windsheilds are the worst to deal with due to moldings and windshields that easily crack. I called around to find someone with experience and knowledge with them. Cye and his company seemed to know the most about them. Through the whole process Cye was flexible and helped get it done correctly and quickly! He really went above and beyond to help me out!

Cye was extremely responsive to emailed questions (even over the weekend). He educated us that glass supplier, Pilkington Inc., is one of the main (if not the top) windshield providers to the auto makers (web research shows that the auto makers simply slap their own name on the supplier glass). Install looks and, so far (only hours into it), performs great.Though job quality is the main want Cyes a great guy as well; easy to speak with. I always go to the business to have the work done there but he also comes to you. Vehicle was ready to be picked up at time & cost that he estimated.
