Chris was a delight to work with. The mechanic relayed recommendations to Chris, who relayed them to me, but I didnt feel taken advantage of as I have in the past at many other auto service centers. I have taken my SUV to AA Auto Service for maintenance and repair several times in the past three years and have always been extremely satisfied with the high level of customer service, reasonable pricing for parts and labor, and overall respect and consideration offered to me by the staff and mechanics. During my most recent visit, I was offered the use of a courtesy vehicle and scheduled quickly before a roadtrip. I have grown to trust AA Auto Service because they have never overcharged me or performed unnecessary work. I feel I am a valued customer and will continue to recommend and patronize this company.

Great customer service! My truck was broken into early in the morning. I called around and nobody could get me in for repairs until the afternoon. Called and the owner had my truck in and out with my window replaced in a very timely manner! Thank you.

I always have had good service. Cliff and Chris are very good at their jobs and are customer friendly. Always a pleasure to deal with them. Only down side is when I used the rest room it could have used a cleaning.

Communication with AA Auto is always tops. Chris called a couple of times to give me updates and verification of service. The car is now running much smoother after the tune up.I was however disappointed when I got into the car and not have it vacuumed, it is a service that I have always looked forward to from AA Auto. We had our 2000 Ford Focus in for a tune up a few weeks ago when it was running rough. They replaced the coil pack and all seemed fine until it starting running even worse than before. We dropped in at 8:00 AM without calling ahead and the promised to figure out the problem and fix it as soon as possible. By late morning they had determined it was a defective coil pack and replaced it on warranty and free of any service charge. They were very apologetic about the problem and as always they stood behind their service. We would never take any of our cars anywhere else.

I schedule an appointment on Monday 8am for the free brake inspection, left the car with them. They didnt get a chance to look at it the whole day! Next day when I finally got a call from them, they had a list of repair suggestions with a quote of $1500+. When I didnt want to do it, they had me signed acknowledging its a safety issue not to get the repairs done!!Later with some other auto repair company, they didnt find such severe safety issue and returned my car within one hour.

The guys here are reliable, honest, do great repair work, & always top it off with a complimentary car wash.
