Fantastic experience here. The guy is super nice and did an outstanding job. Clean and highly detailed work.

We needed our car detailed last minute and I called EVERY detailer in a 30 minute vicinity. Acme got us in the same day and did an awesome job. We were pretty impressed. They managed to get super glue (I wish I could tell you why I had super glue in the door pocket but I can’t) that had been stuck there for a solid year or so we never could get off, off and clean!

This was my first time at Acme. They were professional and made my 2019 Terrain look like a brand new car. Theyll have my return business!

I scheduled this appointment a few weeks ago and was confirmed for an 8am apt on a Saturday. I was received verification via text an email, even on the day of the appointment. When I arrived, no one was there. When I called, I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. Within a minute they called me back saying that they do not open on Saturdays until 930. The only consolation was to put my key in the box. Unfortunately, we scheduled for 8am as we have other obligations, and the car wash was already 2hrs. I expressed my frustration, but no apology received. It seemed to be presented that it was my fault as they do not open until 930. I do not recommend this place.UPDATE- RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY-Please stop lying. I have attached the documents of the email confirming the initial reservation on 9/13/20. I did receive a phone call, but she confirmed for 8am. Never was 9:30am mentioned, as I would have noted this and clarified it with the caller. Regardless of your web site saying your hours of operation, the scheduling system that you quote clearly state hours of operation is incorrect. I received two text messages, plus the emails attached, all saying 8:00am. It is incorrect to assume that a customer, who received various communications for 8am, will think that the single source (the web site) saying the hours of operation is the correct information for the appointment.

They cleaned the car nicely. Both interior and exterior looked almost new.

My car was clean but not sure exactly what they did as it was off menu.he made it sound like he was doing a special job for me but the more I think about it the more I think I might have been misled. He also said it was $200 out the door but the charged me tax and threw in another $20. Which isnt really tax since it was a round number. Not sure I will be returning here.

This is my second time having my car detailed and Acme did a wonderful job at providing a fair quote, cleaned my car beyond my expectations and even organized my items and put everything in a bin (they) provided. Will be returning!

One good experience one bad. First time work was done beautifully. Second time.... not so much. Picked up my second vehicle and there was waxed not removed, swirls in the buffing, rims were dull, plastics where only partially detailed. When I pointed out the issues I was told it was because I did not take care of my vehicle and it was permanent damage... Weird, because as I watched him take the time to actual touch up the areas that were missed or improperly buffed the issues cleaned up just fine. They charge high end prices but do not always do a high end job.

I called Mario this morning and he was able to take in my car with very short notice, and turn it around the same day (within 3 hours). He did a good job at a good price. He is very knowledgeable about different issues, and he gives you several options in terms of detailing packages (he also didnt try to pressure me into taking a higher package). I would definitely do business with him again.

Not happy about not adhering to whatever was agreed over the phone. Otherwise did the nice & clean job. Also, took more time than guaranteed. So, they didnt call after the car was ready.

I’m not recommend this shop the main problem I need is the smell out of my car since we talked they asking for $750 and Guarantee they kept my car for three days to work on it when I pick up the car we pay cash and then I forget to ask for the receipt drop out next day I called them can I have the receipt they say the system is down they cannot print me the receipt and I asked them to just email me I have to have an argument with them first before I get the receipt but when I got the receipt they flip the word on the receipt and say I only $15 I have all the conversation.After my review posted they said bring the car back we will dry the carpet out for you I’m so happy and appreciate they a lot they keep my car for a whole week I barely have money because I don’t have my car ( Instacart) Monday morning I call and asked how my car carpet?can I get my car back today? The wife said don’t come till 5pm. But I show up at noon I can’t believe they took my carpet out to hanging by the sun but park my car by the sun with all windows closed when i took my car back the smell more worst the carpet not clean I drove home with odors smell and trying to get the smell out I’m disappointed it a lot

This place is the best! Mario was my hero when I needed some detailing done quickly. Found time for me to come in at the last minute on the morning after a holiday weekend. Did the job thoroughly and in a timely manner. Very friendly and helpful!

I was super impressed with the price, quality, and speed of work that Acme did on my vehicle. I did the special package- $90 dollars for interior/exterior clean and wax, and I wish I had done it sooner! My car smells and looks good as new! Even for this smaller package, all the nooks in the dashboard and console were vacuumed and wiped clean. Thank you Acme! I’ll be returning!

I called at 4pm on a Saturday (they close at 5pm) and they were able to get my car in. I picked it up at 7:30pm, a long time after they closed and I even got a courtesy shampoo and conditioner added into the detailing package I bought which was very generous! Love this place my car is spotless!!

Excellent service. Called that morning for emergency service as my dog had vomited in the fabric back seats and I had guests over. Initially chose the managers special not knowing how detailed the cleaning would need. Went over the car estimate with (?? forgot name so sorry!), advised that it would take more effort, but gave me an estimate. Several hours later, I picked up an almost brand new car, very clean, no stains, even buffed out a scratch I was sure needed body work! I did not have a fancy car - Subaru Crosstrek. I was treated respectfully and given a accurate estimate on charges before work was performed. Thank you!

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the quality work Acme Auto Detailing did with our 2016 Ford Edge. The vehicle looked better than showroom condition when we picked it up. We would highly recommend Acme Auto Detailing to anyone. Antonio and Mario were very easy to deal with, know what they are doing and deliver quality work at a very, very reasonable price.

At first I was hesitant to spend money on a detail but decided to go for it because of the shape my car was in. I had to evacuate the huge fire in Texas in September 2011 with all my pets in the car and let me just say, it wasnt pretty. I finally decided to do something about the shape my car was in or sell it and I decided to do something. I went down there and they were very professional and courteous and I decided to just go for it, albeit, a little grudgingly. (in my own head, nothing to do with them personally). When I went back to pick it up, I thought they had the wrong car!!!! I swear you could have eaten off of any surface on this car!!! It felt like a babies behind and smelled like heaven! The polish on the outside was amazing and the inside was breathtaking!!! 4 dogs, 7 cats and nothing! No smell, no hair! Fantastic! It was fresher than off the showroom floor! I obviously cannot say enough good things about these folks and will be going back on a regular basis! Not only was I THRILLED to pay for the service I tipped them an extra 50 dollars it was SO nice! Thanks you guys!

Snooty. Only does luxury cars. Dont go here unless you enjoy being looked down upon for not having a luxury car. I took my SUV here and he quoted some ridiculous prices (multiple hundreds for a no frills clean). He clearly did not want my business. Looks like he has regular clientele and treats everybody else like garbage. Well, Im perfectly happy taking my business elsewhere.

I have taken many cars to Acme over the years. They do the best job with my vehicles! I am constantly amazed by the attention to detail that they have. (I know its called a detail but a lot of detailers miss the details!)I am a big believer in a once a year (spring) full detail to keep your car new.Go see them, you will be so happy.

Nice people and great work. I got to sit in my car while it was being done and they off loaded my electric scooter so it wouldn’t get wet. The job has lasted and still looks great.

Cheap, thorough, friendly. I got the managers special which is a wash, wax, and quick interior. They did much more than I expected because my car was really dirty, but didnt charge extra and didnt complain.

I took my Subaru in to get detailed, high performance inside and out. The best package they offered. I found some significant staining/discolorations on the plastic around the shifter and radio when I picked it up. It looks to be some sort of plastic damage from the cleaners they used. Bear in mind it had no such discoloration beforeI brought it up with the employees there and they told me it wont come out, theres nothing they can do.The rest of the work was pretty good. Not perfect, but good. However the stained plastic on my console really ruined the experience for me. The guys there didnt offer me any solution for the damage they caused, didnt offer a refund or reduced price for the service. Just a sorry we cant do anything.Not only am I out $440 for the price of a detail, but now I need to go to Subaru and buy replacement parts. Id think these guys would have a better knowledge of what chemicals to use, especially given the prices.I wont be coming here again.

Terrific experience. My Jetta was in dire need of interior detailing after three seasons of rain/mud with my dog and toddler. My car had not been detailed for over 2 years. I opted for the high performance detail and Im glad I did. When I got the car back the next day, it was 100% clean, which I didnt even think was possible, especially as the interior is entirely black. Every crevice cleaned, every spot on the carpets gone, no dust to be found, and it smelled great.

Its all about expectations. When I know Pink Elephant is down the street (Bel-Red), and they will do a pretty thorough vacuum and wipe down for $20, I expect a little more from a place with the word detail in their name. After all, thats the only reason why one would pay 9 times the price of a good car wash.I was curious about this place since it had so many good reviews both here and on Yelp. I traded my car with my friends standard car and gave them a shot with my friends car to see what they would do with it.I posted a couple of pictures to show how much effort they actually put in. Keep in mind, those pictures were taken AFTER I got it back from them, not before. Also, know that I have never seen that car before or have any experience detailing that car. So, it was just my untrained eye doing a spot check (Im sure if I really looked, I would have more photos).My issue here is that he decided to charge me $50 more for pet hair when I read it as a disclaimer if it was excessive. The car seemed pretty standard to me and I have seen a car wash take care of what it looked like when I took it in without issues. In fact, there is an exceptional car wash in Puyallup that went through the rug of an Accord I turned in with a brush to get more hair out. I understand thats amazing but back to these guys.As you can see by one of the pictures, if they were to charge me an extra $50, would I have expected to easily see the pet hair on the passenger seat? I went home and took a sticky roller to clean that up with one roll so I knew that no one touched that area...yes, that was an example area of excessive pet hair btw.What really bothered me was that I dropped off the car, told him the owner had a pet, and he didnt tell me anything. Also, he didnt tell me that the Mazda 3 was not a small car. If thats the case, then I am surely not going to take in my Genesis. He kept quiet (and yes, I speak Spanish so there were no language barriers to reason on). It felt a bit hidden fee but I trusted the reviews and left.When I came back, I asked him why no one had called me for an estimate or even the extra cost before doing the work and he said he called me twice and left me messages. Really? Its difficult in todays tech world to lie so directly about messages and calling. He even tried to show me on his phone which had no history of calling me for some reason. Maybe that broke too?Conclusion: I ended up paying 12 times more than if I took it to pink elephant which they would have done exactly what I expected from them and then more. . . 12 times! I could have gone there once a month for a year.* Not detailed work* Hidden fees (amount not advertised on website, disclosed in person, or authorized over the phone)* Over priced for what you get, its about value, go elsewhere!Note: google has difficult to post pictures with captions. . . no captions so I removed them

I recently had two vehicles completely detailed. The job on both exceeded my expectations. They look like new, which really seemed impossible when I dropped them off. They were finished in one day.
