We pulled into the shop Tuesday morning having hit a deer the night before on the way to Salt Lake City. They determined with some work and some Gorilla Tape they could make the car able to get us back home. They squeezed us into the schedule and got us on the road. They were fantastic and awesome!

Looked at three different car service places before I was directed here, had a coolant leak and needed to get in fixed same day. I was greeted by the front desk personnel who went out of his way to step outside and give the car a quick look over and made sure I was pouring the coolant in properly (to make sure it wasn’t an issue I could resolve myself). He suggested a couple of tests to run and said I could come back in a couple of hours even though their schedule was crammed. After an hour my car was ready and it was so cheap! I’m was so pleasantly surprised by how caring and helpful the staff was, and how they wanted the best for me, not to make money off of me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, they are here to help their customers in any way they can!

Very nice place. Ive always gone here when I need work done on my truck. These guys are very honest, and dont rip you off. They are busy, but theres a reason for that. Couldnt recommend highly enough.

Merry Christmas! Brandon was kind enough to see me on very short notice and do a code read on my cars check engine light. He provided a probable solution for me to pursue, free of charge, and if this does not fix it, I will be scheduling any necessary repairs with him moving forward! I was almost in tears about one more thing to deal with this week and he may have resolved it with about 5 minutes and some basic kindness. Thank you!!

Recently moved to Redmond around 4 years ago after moving from the North. Had a mechanic Ive used for years and had to leave him behind when I moved. Finding a reliable mechanic is tough. I went to a place in North Bend and they practically ruined our Cherokee and Wrangler. Found B&B through word of mouth and have to say Im in heaven with their service. Were a Jeep family, owned 5 wranglers and first Cherokee. B&B knows Jeeps and they fixed issues that no one else could. I completely trust them with my cars and the prices are very good and competitive. Highly recommend if you live in Redmond, cant go wrong with these guys.

Brandon and all of the mechanics are awesome. The only reason why I don’t want to post a 5 star review is because I want them all to myself. But I trust them more than any shop in Central Oregon and I’m willing to share.

Honest business. After the dealership quoted me 1500$ for an oil leak in my wife’s car, i took it to B and B. I told them what had happened and before rushing to fix it, they wanted to take a look. They found an alternative fix for a fraction of the price and i haven’t had an issue since.

Brandon is fantastic, hes nice, honest and his shop does a great job. If you need a mechanic hes the one to get!!

I had an issue with the factory suspension on my Toyota, the dealership wanted a FORTUNE to repair it, B&B saved me a ton of money, plus, their suspension guy knows how to really shake down a vehicle and align it correctly.Clean facility, fair prices, friendly service, experienced technicians. Ill be back!

Great customer service, very helpful, always explain where my money is going and break down what they do! Have friends who have gone to serval mechanic’s and spent tons of money gone to b&b and still less then what other places cost them.

While driving south from Seattle I had a brake problem and needed an emergency repair. They got me in immediately to make the adjustment, had me back on the road in 20 minutes...NO CHARGE. Thats service!
