Brought my car in very last minute to have the mechanic repair the underbody protection shield that I tore off going over a parking curb. They got it on a lift and reattached it without charging me anything. Very nice and attentive staff! Highly recommend this place.

I came into alignment plus from a referral from discount tire. I was thinking there was going to be a long wait for my car, etc. going in. I would say all within an hour, discount tire took 1/2 hour to put new tires on then went to alignment plus and was help by Carlos (who is totally awesome) and they fit me right in. Alignment took not even a 1/2 hour to do. They were able to make some slight corrections to my subaru BRZ and bring it back to where it needed to be. Carlos was super friendly and very accomodating to my schedule. Also, spoke with Josh on the phone and he was very good to deal with. Good team here!

This is a worst car repair store I have been to ever. Do not go to there!!! One of their tech named Ben or something is in very very bad attitude! Every time when he talked with me is like everyone own him thousands of dollars. Super Super rude!And they are not take responsibility of their work. My car has AC problem, the first time came there, they confirmed with me no leaking issue only need to refill AC fluid. But guess what? The AC issue came back after only 4 weeks. Now I need to came to their store again to check, and now they confirmed there is a leaking issue and I need to pay them twice to check with same issue.In sum, Do not go to their store!

Discount Tire in Redmond stripped a lug nut off my car, sent me here to get it fixed. No drop off slips in the box when I got there but luckily I had an envelope. Left my car on Sunday night, was fixed by 10:00 am Monday.You might have to BYOE (Bring your own envelope) but they got the job done & accepted the Discount Tire invoice.

Id take my car here any day over less schwab. No offense to them, but from my experience, they dont have many truly skilled technicians, or maybe thats wrong. They dont have what I would call an auto mechanic. Their technicians follow instructions, hook up the sensors for the computer, and parrot what the computers tell them. They dont have the trained eyes to spot various issues that cars are prone to have. My girlfriend took her car there to diagnose a sound that was being worse. They thought it was her steering column. Just took me a glance to see that her inner wheel well was coming detached and rubbing against the front of the tire. Obvious to me. But this isnt a review of less schwab. So . Alignments plus isnt like that at all. They are actual mechanics. And good. Near as I could tell. They werent any more expensive, they were quick, they were informative. If I have the need, I will go there again.

The service technician, Carlos, decided it was a good idea to rev my engine in the parking lot, and redline my car on a test drive. Twice. Before and after the service. Instead of owning it and apologizing he just mentioned that my seat was too far back, which is just a lame excuse to try and get out of something.I doubt his actions represent what Glen stands for, but nonetheless it happened, and has to be mentioned.If you care about your car or any personal property for that matter, be careful who you give your keys to. Id rather put a tape measure to my wheels than let somebody abuse something that Ive worked for.The service itself was fine, they could only adjust my toe, because my car was cambered from lowering. I wish they had told me about adjustable control arms to remedy the issue, instead they gave me a dismissive answer along the lines of we cant fix that.

Customer service via telephone was horrible, I was really treated by the customer service agent on the phone when I simply called asking for a bid. I was not even able to fully explain the issue before he was telling me what was wrong with the car and that he would have to look at it to see what was wrong when I just asked for a simple alignment bid. After treating me rudely and disregarding my comments he then hung up on me after telling me to call another company. This was an example of customer service at its worst in a time when customer service is very much needed in society. I am very disappointed in my experience with this company and I advise you to look elsewhere for your suspension needs. This was a prime example of a failure in human communication and the problem with society today. Usually I do not take the time to write reviews like this but that should explain to you how poorly treated and severely upset I am.

God bless Carlos for fitting me in when I had an alignment and axel and transmission leak and it had to be done before work! Price was just as expected. Would recommend.

Very untrustworthy! Had my truck at this shop and they parked it offsite without telling me in an unlocked lot. My catalytic converter was stolen from my truck while in their care and wont take any sort of responsibility. No security cameras, and no protection for your vehicle when its in their care. Very shady business practices. My last review was flagged and taken down!

Quick and efficient, would use again

Just spent A thousand dollars in this shop for rear breaks an e break cable and a new radiator. Within hours of leaving the shop my back wheel is grinding. I bring it back in and they say theyll call me back after they look. I get a call only to pick up my vehicle. I was told what it was and that it was fixed.Nobody told me I was charged 300 extra dollars for them to fix there own mistake. Glen the owner personally operated in this manner, he is who I deal with directly. Nobody called to even say they were charging me, and ask if I agree. I have been driving my vehicle with a bad e break cable since January. No issues, no springs popping. I personally just dont believe its a coincidence that within hours of them replacing my e break cable and rear breaks this spring and kit just popped because my car is a 2003 as he put it.You really get a feel for someone when you hear them talk while they think they are alone. I had the pleasure of sitting in the unattended lobby for 20 minutes while listening to the owner have personal phone conversations and Im disgusted. I got exactly what I expected to get after hearing him while I wait.To charge me without even asking before hand is BS. To charge me to fix YOUR mistake is also BS. I work so hard for my families money. I wont be coming back. I came here for free work from discount tire snapping my e break and decided to add on 1000 dollars more of work and business for them and they do this to me.They didnt even seem like a cut throat place at first impression. But after the first time I came in I had a bad feeling. The guy at the front, Ben, is telling me cheaper prices on the phone than what I was charged in person to pick up. He said he knew he quoted me lower but the owner changed it in the computer. Thanks glen. He said next time just ask for Ben and hell make sure the cost is down if I pay cash and hell make it up to me. Thats special, thanks. I truly feel so cheated now. I should have stuck with my shop.Now Im sitting here reading other peoples similar stories of scandalous situations where this shop does not accept any responsibility for their bad work and bad business practices. They get constant new customers from discount tire needing to fix mistakes. If enough people share their experiences getting ripped off then LEGAL ACTION can be taken.

Just left Alignment Plus without any service. Wasnt even acknowledged while I wait patiently inside the office. There were 3 people in the garage who saw me and I even called to see if anyone would pick up the phone but, no answer. All I needed was to check the tires and put some air in it, as I was told by my employer this company would be happy to do it if I take the company vehicle by. Well, that was an incorrect statement.First and last time Ill even consider even stopping by Alignments Plus.

Diagnosed and Fixed A/C problem quick,very friendly

I was told this place would help me with my alignment, and that they did. Carlos worked on my car, he was so excited to let me know what was wrong and what I needed to have a safer ride. He ordered the parts and I left him to work on it and it was done in 2.5 hours. Emily in the front was so helpful and knowledgeable. Nick was the person who I made the appointment with and he could get me in 2 days after I called during my lunch hour. I was very happy with the service here!

Awesome customer service and consistent quality, dont go anywhere else!

Shop did ok work, but when I was waiting to get picked up after dropping off my car for an alignment, I watched them drive my car out of the parking lot and speed down the street. After my car had been at the shop a while I had to run an errand for my job and drove by and saw my car sitting in the parking lot. And finally when I picked up my car the guy said “that’s a fun car you got there” implying that they drove it around and had some fun in it. I was also quoted two different prices and charged a completely different price. I would not recommend this shop if you don’t want the employees to take your cars on joyrides.

Awesome Work.I have taken my BMW 325i with Sports Pkg for wheel alignment, after changing my fresh set of new Michelin Pilot Spot AS Plus tires. Discount Tires suggested me this place over my BMW Dealer. I was little skeptical before going to this place, Since they quoted only 70$ (after 20% Discount), which is 65% less than my dealer, I thought of give a shot. I scheduled early morning appointment and I went to Alignment plus. The technicians were very friendly. They checked my car and called me inside and showed me on the computer screen that one of my rear wheel was off on the alignment. He fixed in front of me and given me the completed log sheet, which indicated the before and after readings.Also, He explained me how did he fixed the alignment. Its pretty cool to learn.I was really pleased with their service and honesty.I would definitely recommend this place for any alignment issues. You can save lot of money and would give you peace of mind. Its not really a complicated task and you dont need the dealer to do this simple task.I have recommended this place to my friends as well.

Charge very high and problem is not solved at all

I had my Corvette wheels aligned. Few weeks later, I had a chance to take it up to higher speed. Thats when I found out the handling did not feel right and felt very unsafe around the corner. With my busy schedule, I did not have a chance to take it back to check it until few months later. They wanted to charge me again to check their work. I did not want to spend more at a place that could not get it right first time. I took my car to alignment specialist in Kirkland, which informed me that alignment was way off!!! Alignment did not even match the numbers on Alignment Plus print out!!! Other place in Kirkland did the work right and my Corvette now feels rock solid around the corner at high speed. I will not waste my time and money here again.

Had gotten a refferal from a friend who suggested I ask for Ron. Im glad I did. He knows how to take care of a customer with his pleasant personality and knowledge of vehicles, I was able to get my car fixed for less than I had thought. Thanks Ron!

Great prompt service. The technician allowed me to watch the alignment procedure and explained what adjustments needed to be made. It was very interesting and informative. As a home mechanic I am always impressed with a shop that will show me what they are doing. Most importantly my car drives like a song.

The guys at Alignment plus did a great job. When I used them for an alignment they pointed out my rear brake pads were low. This was a surprise as my Landrover dealer service the vehicle 4 weeks earlier and hadn’t mentioned it. I called landrover deal to ask for a price and they quoted $1400! Alignment did it for $450. Great service, friendly staff and awesome pricing.

I did not actually have any work performed by this shop, because when I came for my appointment with my 2005 Chevy Silverado back in 2009, the owner seemed like he was trying to sell me on all kinds of unnecessary work. I didnt know enough about alignments back then, but fast-forward 6 years, my understanding of how alignments are done on my specific truck is light years deeper. I didnt want to write any reviews without truly understanding the subject matter, but now I know for sure that either Mr. Conner doesnt know how to align my specific and very popular vehicle or he is a crook. I was told by this guy that he will need to use shims and remove knock outs to set the caster / camber. This is simply not necessary as my truck has cams specifically for that adjustment.In either case, Im grateful that these people did not get to touch my truck.

I really like this place. I brought my car in for and issue with my wheel that needed to be fixed and they took care of it very efficiently. On top of that I had some concerns about some other repairs I might need to have done to my car. To my surprise they not only were knowlegable with wheels, they are also knowledegable about any work needed for the engine, brakes, and other parts of the car. They gave me confidence and peace of mind of how to know when i would need any work done on my car. I was very impressed with their knowledge, honesty, and their prices. I have found my new go to shop for auto repair.

WARNING - Avoid the hell out of this place! They might have been a decent shop in years past, but whatever quality it used to possess has long since funneled out of the door. We brought one of our cars here and were not only met rudely, we were overcharged, they missed parts on reassembly, and joy rided the car up the street.The level of unprofessionalism was astounding and it starts with the shop owner, whose name I will spare in this review...

Terrible. Inconsistent outcomes and pitiful lack of customer service make this one of the dogs of the Bellevue maintenance scene. Keep moving, there are better options out there (Exotics is right down the road).
