I worked with Chris Reed at the Redmond location. He communicated with me in every step of the way to assure a smooth process. He is the main reason why we have chosen Gerber in the past and will continue into the future. He shows genuine care in helping customers in the stressful process of repairing cars. When I got my car back, not only was the damage fixed well, but the inside and outside was the cleanest Ive ever seen. A+ effort overall.

Okay I had a great experience. My car was taken care of here and then some. I loved being able to track the progress of my car online. You get phone calls along the way.I think phone skills could be better, I was confused about when to return my rental car. I was told that my car was ready at 5:30 when they close at 6. I asked about keeping the rental until the following day when I come to pick it up. I was then informed that I would likely have to pay for the day because after repairs are complete, they tell the insurance companies. Once they know, companies stop covering rentals.I woke up early the next day to return the rental before they opened and found my way to pick up my beautifully repaired carI think a little clearer communication about what action is needed from a customer is vital in a situation where I could easily cost someone $200!
Their service was wonderful! Very attentive and honest. They kept me update every few days with the progress of my car and made sure my car was detailed and warm when it was ready! Highly recommend!!
Gerber of Redmond made my truck look like new . Their attention to detail and the restoration of my vehicle to a quality better than when I took it to them, was amazing . They did not compromise their standards when dealing with the insurance company, and were transparent with me and the insurance commission when questioned about their findings . They are good people. Kevin the technician is a fine mechanic and a quality young man . Scott the GM is honest, forthcoming and stands behind his people . The beautiful young lady whom is face of Gerber for your inquiries and greetings, is the BEST . I am so sorry I have forgotten your name . You can bet before I YELP I am going to remember it.
I dont normally take the time to write reviews, however, I am compelled to do so about Gerber Collision & Glass. I recently had work done on my new Grand Jeep Cherokee due to an accident. What a stressful situation. Connor, Sergio and the entire team at Gerber took excellent care of me and my car. Their customer service is outstanding along with the craftsmen in the body shop. Everything from dropping off my car to getting my rental was handled so beautifully by Gerber. They are speedy and extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. I am giving five stars because they truly deserve the accolades and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone taking the time to research and read these reviews. Thanks so much Gerber!

Ive had to bring my car in to this location twice now, and each time they have been awesome. Theyve dealt with the other drivers insurance for me, assured me my car would look brand new when they were done, helped with rental cars and got the job done fairly quickly and very well. All employees have been awesome on every visit.
Very professionals assessment and helpful staff. They offered to clean up other small scratches in my vehicle as well. However the estimate and actual payment was off by 100$ more. Although not outrageously costly, I feel they could have done a better job in estimating as close to the actual. Overall good place for repairs.
Gerber Collision did a great job repairing damage from an accident. The paint on my vehicle is no longer used or manufactured, so they had to do a lot of blending to get it right; they did an incredible job matching it. When a few aspects of the repair werent quite to my liking, they addressed them quickly. The overall repair was quick. The folks I interacted with were super friendly and helpful.
If I could give no stars I would. I have an appointment for 11 AM today, Saturday. The office states their hours are 8 to noon and no one is here. Why waste my time making an appointment to be stood up and when you call it is to a national number that no one answers. Great way to start my weekend.
These guys do amazing work. They keep you informed through the whole thing. If you have any concerns they address them and take care of them right away. I would definitely bring my car here if I need it in the future.
I had a minor incident with my Lexus *cough wasnt my fault* and Shawn was able to fix my baby up in no time. He was professional, cordial, and honest when he gave me his evaluation and opinion about my car.He was patient with my questions and I believe he provides genuine service. He broke down the price, gave me an estimate, and told me when it would be done. I got in and I got out quick. He even called me during the repair process to update me on my car on when it would be finished. Overall, this body shop offers great services. This place is convenient to get to and I am a very satisfied customer. :)
I recommend Gerber for good quality work. I have had a serious collision damage to my cars hood and front fender. I went to Gerber and they took care of everything. It took more than a month for the repair and I can imagine how ordering parts can be a long process. The repair and paint job were mind blowing that I cant even say that it was involved in a bad accident. Thanks to Jill and State Farm for taking care of my car.
Had a very frustrating and confusing conversation on the phone trying too get my windshield replaced for my 86 300zx which ended in them being unable to perform the job. Poor experience two times in a row now.Edit: I don’t understand what they wish to accomplish by trying to contact me. I’ve already gotten the necessary work done by a shop that respected my time
I am not happy with the appointment scheduling and the notifications from redmond branch. I have been called by one of the agent to book an appointment for estimate and when I reached the shop early morning (as per schedule) I was told that there is no appointment for me. There is no way to track who called me and why it happened. However as there was no rush, I was able to get the estimate after waiting for 15 mins.(I was lucky that day).Another instance, when my vehicle was ready to pick up, I was called at 4 pm to pick up the vehicle by 5pm otherwise I will have to pay the renter car for extra day. On top of that I was told that they sent the notification about car being ready much before. I had the latest message of the car repair in progress and no notification for it being ready. It was not good experience for me to leave office in unplanned way as I have to collect my vehicle in an hour.As far as notification/appointment scheduling and tracking is concerned, I would rate my experience poor with Gerber collision redmond location so far. However, I am happy with the time taken for actual repair. They told me a week but it was done in few days.
Fast service. Gerber repaired our vehicle after a hit and run. Very friendly. Deducting one star as they forgot to look into my check engine light.
Recently had some minor collision damage repaired by Gerber Collision in Redmond WA because my insurance company had approved them as a provider. I would NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. A quick explanation to give you an idea of the extent of damage. Front end damage was from driving at 5mph underneath the rear end of a raised up truck. Truck had no damage, but my car sustained damage from the downward forces of the truck bed which buckled the hood, bent the radiator and tie bar, cracked one head light and front bumper. Air bags did not deploy and there was no fluid leakage. We were able to continue to drive the car. Left the car overnight at Gerber for preliminary evaluation of work and parts needed. Estimate was 25 hours labor. We continued to use the car until the parts were in stock and then we brought the car to the shop so they could begin work. I received very little communication from the company, phone calls were not returned, and finally after 8 business days (64hrs shop time) and a call to the District Manager, I was able to pick up the car. Car was not finished when I arrived so I had to return later in the evening to pick it up (after they had closed). When I arrived I noticed the front bumper and plastic parts in the undercarriage and wheel wells were barely attached, and flopping all over the place. I was able to drive the car home and decided rather than take it in again, I would finish up the work myself. I put in no less than 8 screws that were left out, attaching the bumper and grill, as well as the plastic undercarriage. I also had to finish attaching airbag sensor. I have some mechanical skills, and this was the worst work Ive ever seen. Car is not completely perfect even at this point, but its a Carrolla, not a BMW, so Im not going to worry about the parts that dont completely line up because Im never going back to that shop again. BTW - should you choose to go, you will need the District Managers contact information because youll receive very little contact from the shop itself. I would credit him with helping get my car out of the shop, but unfortunately, not all put together.
I wish we could give them 0 stars. We were told to bring our car for a 9-12 appointment for a windshield estimate and repair. At 12 we called to find out about pickup. We were told that the glass people hadnt looked at it yet. At 4:00 we called for an update. Nothing done. We picked the car up at 5:00 with no estimate or repair. They told us theyd call during the day and never did. We called several times during the day and no one really seemed to care that it was a 9-12 appointment and nothing got done. Stay away!
I cant express enough gratitude for how well this shop took care of me and my carIt was restored to new condition in very little time. Highly recommend!!
The 1 star reviews are REAL (and yes even the bad reviews on YELP, DO YOUR RESEARCH). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I never write reviews for any company, but the lack of customer service and respect that this company has for its customers gave me to courage to write a bad review. I think its only fair for other people to know how horrible this place is. I cant believe they call themselves a business and dare to operate till this day. If you could give them a negative star rating, that is what they deserve. AVOID THIS PLACE TO AVOID ANY MORE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CAR.
This has been a nightmare. I am not review person, and I never do this, but I am beyond frustrated right now.Its been 13 emails, 5 phone calls (sometimes 5 minutes on hold, sometimes 35), and a visit from the technician to replace my windshield, and it still hasnt actually been replaced.When they came out to replace it, he was missing a part he needed to do it, and said he had to order it. Its been exactly a week, no email or phone call. So I am on the phone with them right now asking when I can expect my replacement to happen and apparently they have NO RECORD OF ME OR MY CAR and are acting like I have never contacted them before.I have been on the phone with them for 30 minutes (writing this while on the phone), and they are now asking me for my phone number (again) to call me back after they can figure out who I am and where my $1,200 OEM windshield is.Its now been 3 weeks with a damaged windshield. Avoid this company.
This shop is filled with honest people who will go out of their way to make sure youre pleased with their service. If you need collision work, this is a good shop to go to.
The biggest mistake I have done is going to them, first of all they repair your car partially without confirming with you what they are doing.Then they will close your file while you are working with insurance for additional damage, you need call them daily to reopen and reschedule for repairing your original damage, you get standard response, manger yet to open the file, estimator is bzy call tomorrow or may be day after, this is the story I am going through, god knows when I get my repaired completely, once advise stay away from them especially Redmond location, worst service even worst response

Worst auto shop ever.They told me my car can be repaired in 1 week but I waited a whole month. During the last two weeks they keep told me it will be fixed tomorrow. Big liar.When I saw my car after their repair, I noticed there is a gap on the front pillar. They told me that is what it was before I sent them the car. Still liar because the front pillar was gone during my car accident so it is not possible to be what it is.After I drove my car back, I noticed my window cant auto scroll up. Have to send the car back for another repair.And there is a warning show up saying a bulb didnt work. They cant fix it at all.If you love yourself, dont send yourself to there. seriously.
This is the worst car repair place I ever been. They dont know what they are doing. They gave me an estimate of 7 days and required 14 days to fix the driver side doors. And after I came back with the car I realized the controls of the door and windows are not working and then cam back the next day to find out they forgot to connect the controls to the power source! And then it failed again after I came back home. Manager Sean either doesnt know about whats going on with your repair or he doesnt care. Then I went to another shop and they fixed the control thing in 15 mins for free and told me Gerber was so careless they didnt even try to find the issue that the cables were disconnecting every time I was opening the door . They never connected the power source correctly after their repair. So if they are so busy not to take care of your car, will you really care to take your car there just to give away your money for more troubles?

Service department is very slow and hard to get status from. I’ve been hearing the same story about a missing part for days now... and everyday the arrival date is tomorrow. Fix your car somewhere else.
