John was on time and professional. Diagnosed my Denali fast and accurately. Ordered the parts fast and had it fixed within 2 hours. Haven’t had a problem since. The only mechanic I trust to work on my vehicles. He’s very kind and reasonable with price. If your vehicle won’t start, he will go to you.

John had my alternator replaced within hours and charged much less than I expected. He even drove to my house after the repair to drop off my keys. I will use his service for now on. Highly recommend

Tried to get John to come look at my car as it scares me to drive( something weird happens lately when driving) but he never showed up. Everywhere else I’ve called is booked for the next month or so I thought this would be a good option especially since he said he was available..

John got us in quick, he was on time and got the brakes changed pretty quickly and gave us a very competitive price. He did a great job. We would call him again.

He was very professional. Got my rig started, though it was a challenge to access the starter, he did a great job letting me know of the progress and it didnt take very long. Cost of his services are competitvely priced and below what a shop would normally charge. He stands by his workmanship and also warranties the part. Overall, great experience and will call for his services more often for car repair items.

John extracted a broken bolt from my alternator on an ‘05 Honda Accord and installed a new alternator...In the snow! He came from Redmond to my place in Bend. Good guy, Great service, and decent pricing. I’ll recommend and use him in the future.

Dan was in the middle of moving his shop when the water pump went out in our main service car. He agreed to take it, since he was the only one open on a Saturday. He assured me that he would be able to have it fixed by 8pm. Once that time came and went I began to get concerned. He called just a few minutes later letting me know that he had not been able to get the lift reassembled in time to get the car done. I assured him it was fine and that I appreciated the phone call. 2 hours later, I received another unexpected call from him indicating that he had in fact gotten the lift finished and the car was completed! I was so thrilled that he kept his original word. He went above and beyond my expectations from the very beginning. His customer service is outstanding and he really did great work on the Camry.
