Excellent customer service! Honest, explains not just the what, but the why. For what could have been a very costly event (1-4 tires, on top model Panamera)…all was said and done for $17 and in the time it took to have lunch. Highly recommend Redmond Goodyear
Store manager Mike Fischer is great. Patient, attentive, knowledgeable. Yes, I bought $1300 worth of tires from his shop, however I watched him deal with 4 other customers with minor service requests with equal equanimity.

Got an oil change here. They claimed to be out of 5W20 oil and tried to upcharge me for synthetic. I dont believe them. Shady business practices.

I brought my daughters’ 2016 Kia Forte in to be checked May 29th after she had a bad experience the day before with another mechanic in Tacoma.Mike was wonderful and very honest.My mom always said a good mechanic will bring out to show the customer the problem part or what the problem might be etc.. and that is exactly what Mike did with a few items that were needing replacement. I felt comfortable and trusted his word.My family is new to the area and I had absolutely no clue on where to go. I am happy I found Mike and Goodyear!

I brought my vehicle in as it had a shimmy in the front end that you could feel through the steering wheel when driving down the road. The Redmond Goodyear store correctly diagnosed it as the tires were just worn. Tires were replaced and the vehicle was smooth again. No other issues apart from us just not rotating the tires appropriately. Thank you good year.
Over the past two months, Ive needed to get an oil change, have my tires rotated, the wheels aligned, and Ive needed a complete brake job. Through all of this Jasper has not only been professional, but extremely understanding, patient, and reassuring. He has helped keep my vehicle in tip top shape, but more importantly he cares for the safety of me and my family. Im so glad I found this Goodyear shop and that they hired such a competent and caring manager like Jasper!

Looks like Goodyear is still using age old systems to check in for services. It take 30 minutes of paper work for a simple oil change. Not recommended if you value time.
I had them replace the exhaust manifold on my Mini Cooper JCW. I was expecting them to have the car at least two days, but it was done the same day! They checked to make sure nothing was popping up on the computer, and now the car drives like new! Vroom, vroom!

Made an appointment to have a new set of tires put on.. Never again! I have litterally been here 3 hours waiting. I cant even comprehend how it takes 3 hours to put on a set of tires.. with a fricken appointment! Never again will i come here or recommend this place. This is unacceptable.

Absolutely great place to take your car. April is always friendly and helpful with everything. They dont try to upsell me on anything and will actually tell you if a service is not needed (saves you money). I take all my cars there now. :)

Very rude people. Staff at front desk doesnt seem to know how to talk to customers. I felt embarrassed. I thought I was doing business and paying for the service I get. These guys behaved like they were doing a free service.
I had a flat tire and needed to fix it urgently, so the guys not only fixed it fast but also did not charged me for this!
The help and reassurance they gave me and my family was amazing. They were able to get a battery and alternator delivered from NAPA and installed the same day. Theyre super friendly life savers and worth every penny.

I live up the street a ways and my tire was blown out with no other way to get to Goodyear. So I rolled my two front tires down the road in August heat and showed up at the shop covered in sweat. The staff didnt treat me as odd because of that, in fact, they respected me and offered me refreshments and a seat.After I got the tires replaced I was intending to roll them uphill to my house but I was exhausted. The Goodyear employee, John, asked my intention for getting them home then offered and insisted to drive me and my tires. It was exceptional service and completely made my week.
These guys are great. I dropped a wheel off and they had a new tire on in a few hours. Friendly staff, too.The ONLY thing I was a little sad about was they only sold new tires, and they had nothing under $100 a tire.If you guys start offering cheaper options I have no reason not to rate this place 5 stars.

The best customer service in town when it comes to purchasing tires or repire service. I have my work done a good portion of the time at Goodyear. I have on many occasions purchased my own parts such as Rancho shocks and KN cold air intake. Goodyear installed all at a reasonable price. Goodyear is much more than tires and brakes. Its about service!
We are from out of town (South Dakota) and we got a flat tire visiting family in Carnation. The tire was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. We drive a Honda and was told the tires, which we bought from a Honda dealership in SD, were under warranty as they were only two weeks old. We called every Honda within 50 miles of us and no one had that specific tire. And come to find out they were not under warranty. We were at a dead end until I spoke with Steven at Goodyear. He had the exact tire in stock and was able to get the tires under warranty because they were so new. He saved us on this vacation and we can not be more thankful for him. Thank you to the people at Goodyear and especially Steven.
Been here a couple times for routine oil changes. They often run specials that are as low as you’ll find anywhere in the area.Staff has been friendly & courteous on both my visits. Sure, they do the usual free inspection & may find something, but feel they were very low pressure on pushing the sale of their suggestions. I asked about air filter & when he saw I had one replaced about 9,000 miles ago, he said I didn’t need one now.I suggest caution with any care serving shop, as horror stories abound, but have found this place to be reasonable, and with good prices at least on certain services.Just know your auto needs & do a little research beforehand & you’ll fare better, which applies to most anything!

Got all 4 tires replaced here on my Honda Civic with 4 factory new tires. A little over 5 weeks later, my front passenger tire blew on the 520, causing a very dangerous situation. The cause of the blown tire was not a puncture or cut, but a defective weakening of the rubber on one spot in the inner sidewall to the point that it was paper thin. Took it back to this service center, and they refused to refund or replace the tire, and sadly, didnt seem to care that the tire was defective (and that others in this batch lot may be as well). Do yourself a favor for your own safety, and go somewhere else. Ive rethought my 15+ year relationship with Goodyear because of this.
Scott the service manager needs to respect his team members ... just bought a car, dealership sent me here with a PO for an alignment. Had the pleasure of watching scott yell at the wonderful lady at the front desk for 30 min. Grow up dude, im sure service is fine but questioned by lack of professionalism.

So I buzzed over and they got my suburban on the rack with10 minutes of driving in. And had my services done within 90 minutes and i wasback on the road. New plugs and ignition wires and oil change. BEWARE!! Shady place..The team is just bunch of con artists scheming to get your money!On Sept 7th, I had been to this location for a simple oil change (Check engine light came on). I just wanted a quick in & out appointment.Store Manager April Callahan, told me that I needed tire change, and all 4 tires have to be replaced.She said she will knock down $200 from the price and give it to me for $500. I was a FOOL to accept her offer.I said, I needed some time to evaluate, when I returned, i decided to take the offerThe Technician and Store manager, acted out a routine - Oh your battery is not strong and they fleeced another $150 from me.I was not happy parting with 800$ for a simple $19 service, but given the fact that we are in a new location, I decided to make this as an investment.Within 1 week, as I am driving my car - I notice the At Oil Temp, VDC light and Brake lights are all flashing.I took the car back to them and pointed out that my car was in perfect shape before the Oil/Battery and Tire changes and that they have done something horrible to my car and they need to fix it immediately.They held my car for 3 hours today to run diagnostics and had the nerve to give me an estimate of $7001. Fixing Brake Switch2. Changing Spark Plugs3. Changing Coolant oilWhen I got mad at Salesman, Ms April shares her intellect and says #2 and #3 are suggested based on mileage. That #1 fixing Brake switch will solve the problem.Schemers! I am sure to report this business to BBB and file a complaint against them.I have the 60K maintenance report from Subaru and my car was in perfect order. Battery were of good health, brakes were of good health.This place has schemed and done something to my car and are now recommending things I do not need.Im completely irritated with this service and I demand my money back!#nevergoodyear
Came in as first-time customer for Oil Change and had the worst customer service experience ever. The store broke the cap on the radiator and instead of apologizing and offering replacement, told me that the cap was old and wanted to charge me for replacement, until objected. I looked at the cap and started inquiring but was met with an arrogant and incredibly condescending attitude from the Store Manager (Kevin) himself. He even started laughing and said that judging from the tires etc..that I did not appear to be a person that takes good care of his car and that probably caused it. The extremely disrespectful and rude attitude continued until I said I will be writing a complaint. What a nightmare experience !! Based on my unbelievably unpleasant personal experience I hope that no other customers ever have to endure such an experience.
Good oil change and price, but had my privacy touched. I had my glove compartment revised in search of something. Luckily nothing was taken from it. It is a shame.

Never again! So i am just going to describe my experience and you can make a judgement yourself. I took my car for a regular oil change service here about 2 weeks ago. After sometime, they told me that they have found a nail stuck on one of the tires. I was surprised because when i drove in there wasnt any TPMS indication on my dash. Anyway, i gave them a benefit of doubt thinking that it might have happened on the way, and it might be a slow leek. I asked to examine it and sure enough there it was! More bad news was coming though. It was apparently on the side wall, which means they are not allowed to patch it. So i have to buy a new tire. And since my car is a 4 wheel drive, guess what, i have to buy all 4 tires! The lady at the reception sounded less sympathetic, but more eager to find and sell me those 4 tires. She even offered me a discount of over $200 which will bring down the cost of 4 tires to ONLY $800!! So the $50 oil change suddenly became $1000 affair! Thankfully, i didnt panick, because again, my TPMS light had not kicked in. So i declined all those offers and took my car and went to another tire shop for a second opinion. TPMS light still wasnt there. They couldnt find the nail!! It mysteriously VANISHED!! So the guy asked me not to worry and trust the TPMS system. I waited this long to write this review, because its been over 2 weeks and the TPMS has still not kicked in! Not sure if there really was a nail or not, but i am not going to this place again!

I went to StingRay auto with an issue that sometimes when my car heated up the steering wheel was shaking visibly. They root caused it to a transmission issue and told me I had to replace the transmission. I paid 5Gs and got it replaced. Came back and within 3 weeks saw the same problem again. Went and talked to them and they said they could not reproduce the issue and this is when they started being defensive, and made statements like “this has nothing to do with the transmission we changed” - huh? Did I not come to you for this issue.. so why did we replace the transmission? They told me the transmission anyway needing replacement. I’m an idiot to have trusted them instead of getting a second opinion. Second time they kept the car, did a free oil change and told me the issue could have been because of low oil. Very next day I was driving on 520 and saw the issue. I took a video and called them from the car. They were now in the stage of washing hands off. “This does not seem like a structural problem - it should be with the tires - wheel balancing etc…” I got frustrated and took it to Goodyear in Redmond.I showed them the same video. Their mechanic Omed looked at it, drove the car, reproduced the issue and diagnosed it to the Left caliper seizing and unable to turn the tires once it heats up. This is what caused the issue. They fixed the issue in 4 hours and I was happy. Awesome service.

The worst place to change oil ever. Plz ask how long will it takes for oil change. They are so lazy & super slow, I had appointment at 12:00, so it took me almost 3 hours for oil change. They are sucks. I will never come back again
Gentlemen there was very nice when I arrived there are other store in another city changed my bulging Tire with my spare and the store had the tire I need it so I came over here, it took a little over two hours to get the work done new tire put on, I did have a Goodyear tire with a bulge on the sidewall they said it was more likely from road damage I would suggest to get road hazard protection on any tires you buy anywhere and keep the paper with you
