Class A Motorhome wouldn’t start. Had to vacate site. Referred to Dale. He said he would diagnose right away, recommended tow company that showed up fast! His computer diagnosed a seized engine! He decided to look further, found that it wasn’t engine but air-conditioning compressor that was seized. Ordered part which would take a week. We had a tow car to drive home (only 5 hours from home). Finished on schedule. Prices reasonable. Honest, personable, all staff pleasant! Highly recommend!

I was quoted by the Volvo dealership a quote of over $5000, I called Dale and he was able to look at the car the same day I called. He cut my quote down by sooo much. He is a very honest guy. You wont regret it. I was able to get financing with him, he got my car in within 3 days of my quote and I got it back the same day. He is wonderful to work with and his team is great!

Although they did their due diligence with diagnostics and repaired the vehicle within a reasonable time frame, they are not forthright concerning all costs that you could potentially face. I was surprised by some labor based costs after the fact, the most petty being charges for test driving the vehicle after the work was completed. I was informed of these costs after the test drive.Even in a conversation with Dale, he stated they charge $150.00 for a pre-certification check on a vehicle you might be buying, but it will probably be more like $160 or so.I genuinely believe they will fix your vehicle but their estimates are to be taken with a grain of salt...Update to Dales placard comment. They need to be prominently displayed. Im sure youll say they are but theyre not and they say there might be a charge but not what that charge would be. I just mentioned his comments about the pre-certification charge to illustrate a point but it almost appears as though he indicates that was one of our transactions...it was not.

When I called for a quote the guy who answered the phone was trying to talk to me while he was talking to 2 or 3 other people, he attempted to have the receptionist talk with me to schedule an appointment, she took my information and said that she would send me a quote via email and she stated that someone would show up on Friday (9/25/20. But nobody ever showed up!! Thats to bad!!

Our diesel Winnebago broke down on a multi-day golf trip and Dales was able to replace a hose and get me back on the road in 24 hrs. Very happy.

Well overall the price was pretty highStarted with pulling a broken bolt the went to new timing chain and then I had a bad radiatorAnd the bill went to almost 1700 and after an argument where dale himself started to cuss me for explaining that any real business owner would have better business practicesThe job was done but I will never let that shop work on anything elseWell heres more to the story here it is 1500 miles down the road and now I have to do all the gaskets in the timing chain and water pump againAt least I know this time the job will get done correctly and it wont cost an arm and leg to get it done by some half rate business

We were on a road trip from California to Oregon and back in a camper van and ran into some problems with the belt fan. We wasted an entire day in another shop who said they would be able to fix it by the end of the day, instead did not even look at it on the lift until about 3pm (we watched from a distance). They also tried to finesse us with parts and say the only available parts were 2 days away (even though we were in the 2nd biggest city in Oregon? Weird...). The next morning we moved the van from that lot and Dale was over to help us fix our problem before 8am when all other shops start to open! He also managed to find us new parts in literally 15 minutes. The entire process took about an hour (including getting the parts), compared to a full 24 hours wasted at the other shop. Dale is extremely knowledgeable and personable, wouldn’t have wanted to use anyone else! IF YOU ARE ON A ROAD TRIP MAKE SURE DALE IS THE FIRST PERSON YOU CALL TO FIX YOUR VEHICLE. Other local shops will try to screw you over. We appreciate Dale’s hard work and honesty.

Absolutely phenomenal service and on-spot estimations. I originally needed an on-site mechanic to work on my car as I was afraid towing it would damage it further, but I had no choice once my landlord slapped a tow sticker on my car after a day - but Dale was super understanding despite the sudden change. After getting it to them that evening after-hours, I had my car back and ready to go by that evening so I was only out of a car for two days vs the usual hassle it can be! The dryer for my air tank blew off of my truck coming down a mountain pass. Dave made it out in a reasonable amount of time, and found the problem almost instantly. He knew that I had not eaten all day either, so had the tow truck driver that HE found for me bring me some food, and even paid for the meal. Words cannot express how deeply appreciative I am of Dale. He drove to ME when my car door was “broken” and fixed it in literally two seconds. Of course, I am a dum dum in the first place, but the fact that a human would do that for another human purely out of the kindness of their heart, is truly exceptional. I met dale when I first started hearing my exhaust pipe rattle. I brought it in and he was so understanding of my money situation and offered help regardless. I will definitely keep supporting Dale as a mechanic 1. Because he is truly an angel and 2. Because the guy knows his stuff and is very fair. Dale is a legit professional. My clutch pedal was making noise & he was the only mechanic in town who said he could take a look. When he heard the problem he just told me how easy it was to fix, it just needed some PB Blaster. Super honest of him. I will definitely bring my vehicles to him when they need some real work done. In my opinion he already proved his integrity. Also, we listen to the same radio station.

They got me out of a jam when I was trying to deliver far from my home base. As soon as I entered the office, we were joking together and I felt very comfortable leaving my truck in their hands. The repair took only a few minutes and I was back on the road!

Dale managed to make it out to diagnose and work on my car the same day that I called, despite being slammed all day and dealing with terrible road conditions due to a winter storm. Within an hour he had my car heater (which had stopped working at the very start of the storm, go figure) back to blowing out blissfully warm air. Would definitely recommend his services!

Dale quoted me a price on replacing my serpentine belt on my vehicle, he discovered that my tension pulley was in very bad condition and showed it to me. I overheard Dale talking to the auto parts store explaining he needed to replace the pulley the least inexpensive way, Dale fixed my vehicle did not charge me any extra for labor and since it took him longer to remove my bad tension bar I offered to pay extra for labor he refused to charge more then quoted. Dale also noticed that I was missing snap buttons on my radiator and hood cover fixed it at no extra charge. It was my first visit awesome experience, I truly recommend him. Thanks Dale.

Ive had two positive experiences with Dale so far. The first time I needed an emergency radiator repair and Dale ft me in the very next day. Then a few months later my girlfriend needed her radiator replaced and he replaced it for her the same day.Dale sources quality parts at wholesale prices and doesnt make much on the parts like some shops do. He also charges a reasonable $65/hr. rate and is accurate with his estimates.Overall, I highly recommend you give him a try if you need solid mechanical work done at a reasonable price.

I got a repair done back in October and my engine light started flashing i was panicking to find a place to get it fixed, they were very helpful, quick, found the problem and got it fixed within two days. I couldnt have been more thankful for their help.

After spending 2 nights in wallmart parking lot we found Dale. He towed our trailer with the toys to his shop while a big motorhome wrecker hauled the motorhome. He serched several places finding the proper fule pump for our unit. That night he ran a power cord out to us so we could have electricity. The price even came under what we figured. Thanks to the young man that did the work.

Dale helped us out with a new clutch while we were on a cross country road trip. The clutch died in a way that made it sound a LOT like transmission, but Dale was completely honest and didnt upsell or overcharge when he basically could have nailed us. And the new clutch feels great!

It seems a few mechanics say they are mobile, but they really arent prepared or dont have a mobile truck. Dale came out an looked at my Mazda, ran some tests, and it wasnt looking very good. Dead motor? Even though I had problems getting the car towed in, he got his crew right on it. The engine wasnt dead afterall, but needed some spark plug help. They got it running for faaaaar less than a motor rebuild. Dale is honest, fast, and one of the most competent mechanics Ive run into. Get to know Dale, and youll realize what a nice guy he is too. A real treasure and he will have my business for a long as he can stand me.

TRUCK DRIVERS: If you are seeing this it means you have broken down some where in REDMOND, BEND, etc... THIS IS THEE ONLY Mechanic for road side trucks that I found.... I broke down due to radiator and water pump failure.. DALE answered his phone around 10 pm and after sending him pictures and telling him exactly what happened he was spot on his over the phone assessment. The next I towed my truck to his shop. He got to work on it, took a couple of days so I stayed at a Motel 6. Found out that the new part was not at his shop so I got a rental and went home for the weekend. Came back Monday, truck almost done but not quite. He HELPED me find a place to stay, ended up working on my truck well into the night and had a huge sense of urgency in getting me back on the road. He was VERY honest about his rates and when one of the parts did not work because they sent the wrong one he did not charge me for those hours he worked on my truck. Man this guy I just cant say enough nice things about him. My experience dealing with him, his office lady and even the shop staff were nothing but 100% good. Dale is straight to the point. DRIVERS IF YOU BREAK DOWN I hope you read this..EDIT. 3 MONTHS LATER ...A SCREWING on top of the radiator was screwed in at an angle because it didnt match up with the HOLE N the item that was being replaced which was the radiatoR. As a resultTHE screw fell down between the rock guard in the radiator lodged itself in the front of the radiator and created a leak I have pictures AND VIDEO of this I have pictures the day that I took it in and had it inspected. Dale mentioned that went beyond the warranty and Freightliner, McCoy Freightliner said that it wasnt a matter of warranty it was a matter of worksmenbship. Yo apologized that he was unable to help me I personally feel that he was at fault and Im being fair with this review when I say that I personally would not go back however doesnt change the fact that broken down in the middle of the night give him a call waking him up he was decent he died those two problem in my case over the phone and aside from our dispute with the radiator and me feeling very upset about it he did a good job and everything else he went above and beyond like I said thank you for reading this review, WE WILLBE TAKING THIS TO SMALL CLAIMS.

This guy Dale is an incompetent, wreckless daft who will destroy your vehicle if you dont keep a close eye on him and his work. He often has soemone else do the work he is suppose to do. When asked about any repairs he is just clueless as to what is going on in his own shop of 2 employees!!!Needless to say I went in to get my hoses for my radiator changed and they didnt tighten them all they way letting me leave the shop with no radiator fluid in my radiator. I start to drive home on Hwy 97 and my engine over heated blowing up my whole engine. That cost me $6500 and Dale defended his shops incompentency. He had the audacity to try and sell me another engine that he so happen to have in stock . Dont waste your time and take a chance with this guy and his fake 5 star reviews.

I called this mechanic in desperate need of help with my truck. I talked to a person who gave me Dale’s cell number after I asked him if he wanted mine, he said no it’ll just get thrown out. So I called and left a message and no one ever responded. What a shame

RV lover that had a over heating problem in Medares,OR. Contacted Dale on Saturday evening and repairs were conpleted on Sunday morning saving us the cost of concellation fee and lost time on our vacation. The problem was identified parts order and installed in less than two hours. H e also spoted and repaired an electrical problem that most likely savied us from another problem down the road. The cost for the repair was more than fair since itwas completed on a Sunday. His help was greatly appriciated.
