I took my car to an oil change and check a noise in the back wheel, ( this was the main reason)every time I hit a pathhole or a speed bump,sounds like something is lose or broken. Still the same problem. It didnt get fix or explanation about what was the problem.Why is it really hard to find a good honest mechanic? I tried Goodyear and other places.Now I have to go somewhere else.

I went here this morning for a tire rotation, balance and alignment as it had great reviews. I got there just after they opened at 7am and was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours so I went to get a bagel. I came back after an hour and they hadnt looked at it yet but said it was next and to come back in 30 mins. I came back about 45 mins later and was told it was next after one other job at that time and they could look at it in maybe another hour or so. Sorry, but I dont want to spend 3 hours or more before they can maybe even look at it. I asked if there was a better time to come in and was told right around opening, like I did this morning. I had high hopes given the ratings here, very disappointed!

I came all the way across town to get my new tires from Redmond Tire Pros because the energy and vibe of the environment felt good and safe! Excellent customer service! I had an appointment for new tires for today (purchased online). It took less than a week to get my tires in & get scheduled. Wow! I arrived a few minutes early for my (afternoon no less) but was checked in immediately. I waited less than :10 before I was directed into the garage for my new tires. The either process took less than :45 from check in until my service was complete. ALL of the staff were friendly, courteous & very efficient. Due to Covid I was even given the option to remain in my vehicle during the service which I much appreciated. I never disappoint. So efficient, friendly & easy!Will Recommend

I had a low pressure tire wasnt sure whats going on. They told me in a very short time that the valve has to be replaced and they did not charge me a penny!! Really nice people ! They dont overcharge when they dont need to.

Considering my first time here, Joe was very accommodating. Got there and told Joe what I needed and what he suggested for better service. He took the time to explain each level of oil and lube services and everything from there on was smooth. 20 minutes and I was out the door! Friendly and courteous. A very professional gentleman made me feel at ease when I took a flat tire in to have it evaluated and repaired, if possible. I did have to wait, but he did let me know up front that they were very busy, and I dont ever set any rigid expectations when dealing with car problems. The flat was repaired and I was charged $21.00 and some change. Seemed perfectly reasonable, as I had not purchased my tires from them. I probably will in the future, however.

The ONLY place I will go to for tires. I was able to get better performance tires than leschwab for a significantly lower price. The customer service was great and they finished in a timely manner. I LOVE my tires. The car drives so much smoother. This is the only shop where I genuinely felt cared about. Not just looking for ways to get more money out of me.

Joe and the team at Redmond tire are excellent. I have purchased several oil changes there. Each time the work was done quickly and for a nice low price. They did not pressure me to get additional repairs done, as you can expect at Jiffy Lube or Firestone, and they were always friendly and respectful.

We have bought all of our replacement tires here. They recommended great tires that were noticeably better them the originals and the price was reasonable. They just repaired road hazard punctures in two of the tires at no charge. An example of the excellent service.

I have recently moved out to the Seattle area and when I was having a problem with one of my newer tires I called around to find out who dealt with my brand because they were still under warranty and I found Redmond Tire Pros. They told me to come right over when I called and they looked and found a Hole that my dealership had missed when I had brought the car in to them that morning. They got it patched right away for me! My car’s tire pressure alert was on multiple times constantly after almost every engine oil replacement. Despite having to come back after replacement, all the staff said was that the tire pressure sign is on due to cold weather - everytime - and that the alert would go away after driving for a few miles. It did not, so we went back multiple times having to wait approx 30 mins per visit only to receive the same old answer. We finally decided to visit Costco Tires to inspect the tires alone, and guess what? The engineers at Costco found some work that tried to cover for the non-repairable damage to the tires on both the front and back of the vehicle’s right wheels. Staff at Costco said it’s unsafe to drive with the front one immediately replacing it with our spare tire, and advised us immediately to order new tires and get them replaced. Some work that tried to hide non-repairable damages to two of our tires were done to our vehicle, which could have proved dangerous, yet the only answers we got from the staff was that the tire pressure alert was on due to ‘cold weather’. Thank goodness we found this out early enough and never betting my family’s life here again.

Brought my own tires in. Went to Discount Tire first... They quoted $40 to mount and balance 1 tire! Times 4, thats $160. My tires were 60.00 each... Highway robbery.I called Redmond Tire Pros from the lot of Discount tire and drove right over. They got me in immediately and I was out the door faster than I have ever been at Discount.

I needed my brakes replaced, and this was the cheapest place to get it done by far!! They did a really great job, they were friendly, and fast. The only reason this isnt a five star is because they didnt call me to tell me I also needed my rotors replaced. I would have liked to see if I actually needed them. But, even with the rotors it was cheaper than Les Schwab!

Got some quick service here and already thinking of coming back to replace our tires. The techs were helpful and straightforward, and I never felt like I was getting nickle and dimed for any reason.

Joe is running an excellent operation to say the least. I was in need of two tires, a wheel and a front end alignment. He took my vehicle in right away and completed the service in minutes not hours. My car now drives straight at any speed versus pulling to the right for many years. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants outstanding service at a good price.

Redmond Tire Factory service manager Joe was very helpful in helping me choose the right tires for my 2008 Cadillac DTS .The chrome wheels were rusted inside and they did a good job removing it. Their work was efficient in good time. Would recommend again.

I’ve been coming here for tires and repairs for 8 plus years. The name has changed a few times, but the great service Joe and his team provide has stayed constant. They never sell you anything you don’t need and the customer service is top notch. It’s the best tire shop in the Northwest.

I called to ask if I needed an appointment to mount some tires I had purchased online. They told me to just come in and they got right to my car. Yes, they charge more than Costco right up the street ($24.99 vs. $14.99/tire) but the service was fast and friendly. I have always been happy with their service and attitude even though they are bit more expensive than the alternatives.

This place rocks. I was on my way home from work and was pulling a trailer and started to have break issues. I stopped in and explain and they looked at my truck and notice the problem. They order parts and went and got them and stayed hour and half after closing time to fix my truck so I could get home . I highly recommend joe and chris. Thank you both.

Seems as though the Redmond Tire Factory can always get you in the day you call. Often I have driven up and theyve got me in as well. The best thing is that they are fast. Today I had a tire going flat they got me in right away and I was out the door in 35 minutes, flat fixed tires rotated.

I had very good experience with the shop in the last ten years. The owner Joe is an honest man. I think his leadership has shaped the shop into a reliable resource for car maintenance.

Service was friendly and SO quick! I had my winter tires changed out and do this every November and April. I have always waited at least 1.5h for this service (typically 2 hours) and Redmond Tire Pro did it in about 35minutes. With exception of Sears who changed them out once for $60 (b/c i bought a set of tires from them), I have always paid between $120-$150 for this service, Redmond Tire Pros beat them all! I have used Costco, Sears, Firestone, Big-O, Goodyear and my nborhood garage. NO one has come close to value and service of these guys! They were a true blessing to me this morning!

Had a flat tire. Came in, they told me 35min and it was done or in about that time. I asked them to rotate the rules while at it. It cost me $20 for the flat tire repair and $20 for rotation and inflation check, they even have me the brake pads status as part of it. Great service and price!

My dad is a mechanic, and because of that I often dont trust other mechanics to look at my car. However, I went to Redmond tires and they were so amazing! They were very honest about all the options and took good care of me and my car, in the end they ended up fixing it without the need for major repairs and thus did the labor free of charge! As if that werent enough! I was 30 min late to picking my car up AFTER they closed and two employees waited for me and told me it was no problem at all! Genuine, honest service, with an understanding for its customers! They definitely deserve your buisness!!!

Tires were decently priced, but the service was absolutely terrible. I called for an estimate for tires and an alignment, told that my tires would be in shop the same afternoon. I made an appointment to get them installed the next morning. When I dropped my car off at 7:30, the man at the front desk told me that my tires wouldnt be in until 11. No big deal, brought my car in later in the day.When I picked up my car, the alignment was $30 more than they had originally quoted me. They had given me the price for a 2-wheel alignment on the phone but sold me a 4-wheel alignment. I protested the price, but the man wouldnt budge on the price despite the fact that they had never told me that there was a difference in price or a difference in what they had quoted me vs. what they actually did until AFTER the fact.My friends car also needed an alignment and a control arm. I took him to the shop for the alignment, and they told him that the control arm would be ready and in shop the next morning by 11. So we left and went back in the morning (this morning). They just told us that the control arm wont be in until at least 5pm tonight. So, two cases of missed time promises in two days. Not good business at all.
