Twice now I have purchased a bed from this location, one high-end bed and one basic twin bed. Both times the sales person was perfectly helpful in finding a sleep solutions for me. It is great to be able to lay down on the beds to test them out before purchasing...gives peace of mind. Their delivery services are great and timely and easy. They make the whole experience pleasant.

The salesman was very courteous & knowledgeable.. He spent a great deal of time helping me find exactly what I wanted. The mattress chosen will arrive in a week. Hopefully it will be just what I need.

I went in desperate for a new mattress. The last couple months have been a struggle for my daughter and i. We have been sleeping on a air mattress while i did everything in my power to get our new life together. I called and told the sweet man on the phone what i needed and my price range and decided to go in to see my options. Immediately i was greeted by two gentlemen with nothing but smiling eyes! (They were wearing masks!) The man i wish i knew his name for this review, i think was a lead salesman, pulled out mattress after mattress. They were all nice, but not right. Then he says try this one.. It was perfect! I felt like Cinderella because that bed fit just right! The tag was almost out of my price range and i hesitated. He excused himself only to return to let me know he could price match the online sale! My heart almost stopped! This bed is more than a bed to me, it is a stone of passage if you will. The whole time he was funny and both of them made me feel comfortable even with my toddler daughter running through the store! She had a blast! She honestly fought when I said we had to leave. I will always reccomend people to shop here first! Thank you all for everything you did for us!

I am so appreciative of Steven who helped me find the right pillow. After weeks of restless sleep I finally had a good nights sleep. The minute i walked into the store I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. I told him about my neck pains and my sleeping positions. My wife and I came in with only information we had seen recently in commercials. Chase was our salesmen, he took us to the mattress we saw recently on TV, but then from our feedback of the mattress let us try several more, each with a purpose in mind, our comfort and happiness.He was so thorough, and made us feel so comfortable in the store and the buying process. We let him know that we were not very knowledgeable, but he never took advantage of that, it did not even feel like a sales experience, but more like a friend walking us through mattresses.This was a fantastic experience overall!

Let me preface this review by saying that I hate to waste time shopping. I decided to try Sleep Train because it was the closest store to my home and had good reviews from customers. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Steven who asked if he could help me. I advised I needed an inexpensive mattress for my son who had outgrown his. Steven asked me several direct questions in relation to the needs of my son, recommended a mattress and accessories, rang up the transaction, told me when I could pick it up and I was out of there in less than ten minutes. Best shopping experience ever!! My son loves the mattress - it fit perfectly in his bedroom and is the exact firmness and size that he needed. Thank you Steven and Sleep Train of Redmond. I paid 1400 for a mattress 2 years ago and the mattress has severe indentations on both sides of mattress. Beyond normal sleep, and they said I would have to pay another 1400 for a new mattress if I want to fix it. There is no warranty on these products and 0 hep from store managers. I guess I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next mattress purchase. I don’t recommend giving your money away to them.

We have purchased 2 beds here with adjustable frames we love them and the service was excellent !!
