Doug Kinsey was a breathe of fresh air after shopping at far too many mattress stores in Bend. We had indifferent help, no help, or cheesy pushy salesman help other places. Doug took the questions out which mattress might be right with their computer system that tells you what you need. He then showed us the beds that work for us both, was honest and open about the details and we ended up buying 2 mattresses, box springs, a frame a cover and sheets while shopping for 1 because of the knowledge, great prices, comfort, and help he offered. He was incredible. As a customer service professional myself, I highly recommend you go in and ask for Doug if you are in the market for a mattress.

I tend to do a great deal of research for our large purchases. I want to make sure we are going to get the best quality for price. With that said, mattresses are rather difficult to research and compare due to the wide variety of materials and options in todays market. Springs, latex, memory foam and now the Bed in a Box concept. The options are baffling and opinions vary widely when you try to dig deeper online.We ended up visiting multiple mattress stores over the course of several weeks, and while the location/storefront of the Redmond Bedmart, is a bit underwhelming compared to other stores/locations, the staff we worked with; Adam and Doug, were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and gave us the space to lay on beds long enough to make an informed decision. It felt more like just hanging out with helpful people instead of pressure to finish a sale.I was also pleased with the selection of mattresses at Bedmart. They have the major brands, as well as several local brands made in Oregon. We ended up with a hybrid mattress and our son is certain it is the most comfortable bed he has ever slept on.

He was gracious and easy to work with which made it easy for my husband and I to become Bedmart customers for the first time. Adam has a background in physical health making him a little more qualified than most to help with folks who have had injuries like i have had. Never felt pressured or uncomfortable at all.
