I bought an adjustable mattress base. It worked less than one year. The store did absolutely NOTHING to stand behind their product. They looked up a phone number for me to call. They have NO referrals for a repair company. They put the incorrect item on the receipt. So now, Im not sure my warranty will be valid. It is ridiculous how much they would NOT do to rectify this situation.I called Mattress Firm in Lynnwood, who looked up a repairman for me and called me back more than once to make sure I was taken care of. This is the customer service I am truly grateful for. The repairman recommended I speak to the owner. I do not know how to reach him.How do I contact the owner as the manager and salesperson would do nothing other than give me (the wrong one) phone number and wrong item on my recept. I was told I had to wait 3 days to speak with the Redmond manager.

We had a great experience at their store. Super helpful, nice, knowledgeable, patient (we had a hard time making up our minds!), and they were super sweet to my 1 yr old who was running all over! They even gave me a little stuffed sleep number lamb! I would highly recommend them! Good selection of mattresses and good prices and we found just what we were looking for!

Got a latex mattress at the Issaquah store when it was still there. The mattress is excellent quality. The experience in the store was great. I went in with my guard up, because I know most mattress stores run an aggressive sales racket and I was surprised with a straightforward and helpful owner. I highly recommend this business.

We wanted to buy a split king adjustable bed for our new home and tried several shops and booths at the various home shows and fairs while doing our research. I bought a mattress for a senior adult here and they totally ripped me off. I paid 700 cash for the bottom of the line single - they aid they could give me one outside for that. Later everyone told me I was ripped off. The guy new I wasn’t shopping just doing a good deed and he took me. I wonder if he sleeps at night. As I drove away I saw signs on the window advertising better deals.

I was looking for comfort and longevity and found a 20 year guarantee Queen size mattress, Two stores with selections to choose from.Issaquah and Redmond. I compared my choices and found this store to have great selection, better pricing. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family..

I came to Bob about six months ago, looking for a mattress. I found one, wrote down the name and price and then left to await my next paycheck. A trip to the ER however, put that on hold. When i finally made it back, he no longer had that mattress, but he worked with his dealer and managed to get me one anyway for the original price no less.
