After moving into our home we discovered there were some flooring issues. The existing flooring was no longer available even though the home is only 3 years old. We ended up replacing all the flooring in the house except the bathrooms. Working with Lyle at Bigfoot Flooring made it easier given their fair pricing and product availability. The had a nice selection across product types. We were thrilled with the installers as they did a beautiful job putting the floors together and they even corrected the sub-flooring issues!!! We highly recommend them and will continue to use them when we redo our bathrooms.

I wish I could give the company 0 stars.I went with Big Foot Floors because the manager promised he would have the job done by a set date, which was 9/4/20. They job was not done as promised - it took an additional 3 weeks to finish. The sub contractor he hired had a big job in Madras that was a priority IN THE MIDDLE of our job and had to come back to finish once time allowed. When the sub contractor left our house to start the other job, he did not clean up after himself. I expect a contractor to prep a house and clean up after himself. The installed wood floors were filthy. I understand that doors need to be open for working, but come on. The amount of dirt and ash left behind was ridiculous and left for me to clean up as we were moving in the following week (9/7/20). The job was to be done on 9/4/20 but not completed until 9/22/20. The manager thinks that it is appropriate for a homeowner to clean up after his guy finishes the work on a $7,427.00 job. The vents that were already cleaned were not covered and had to be cleaned again - a tape measurer and pocket knife were found in the extra bathrooms vent in addition to a ton of flooring demo trash and debris. The vents in the master bedroom were not cut, but the line to the refrigerator was accidentally cut and he could not fix it, but rather than find someone to do it, the contractor just let me know because his back was bad and unable to go under the house. He said he would take the fee off the job. I contacted the manager when the plumber from Roto-Rooter was at my house and the manager said to have the plumber do what was needed to fix the mistake of his sub contractor. I have the receipt for $330 is was a simple line repair.Don’t get me wrong, the floors, once cleaned do look nice. But it is wrong to promise someone a job will be done and not have the man power to complete it. At least be honest about it. A single man came out to tear out old hardwood and lay wood laminate/carpet in a 1,720 sq ft home - with the expectation for it to be done in 4 days. The manager did not inform me that he is a contractor, and sub contracts to get jobs done. It makes no difference to a sub contractor when the job is done because the manager is the one who makes the promises and does not deliver.BUT... that is not the real problem. I have the contract from Big Foot Floors that the manager gave me. We owe a balance of $2,527, but he is saying that we owe him $1,051 more than what he quoted and wrote on the receipt. We agreed to pay him the balance of $2,197 ($2,527 minus the $330 plumbers fee to fix the water line) but he refuses and says I am ripping him off. He refuses to talk on the phone in a polite manner and is harassing us to pay his extra fees. Unfortunately, we should have looked at the google reviews prior to hiring the company. We are not the only ones who were given a price, had the work done and then was demanded a larger amount than agreed upon by the same manager!

We have a Chalet in Eagle Crest Resort and needed to get it ready to place on the Market. We live in AZ and our time at the Chalet was limited. Lyle was extremely helpful in helping us. Most of the transaction was performed over the phone and email. The Chalet needed new carpet, paint and some new furniture. Lyle helped us choose a carpet and pad by sending us samples and making a recommendation. The tricky part was coordinating the painting, carpet removal and installation etc. Lyle was very flexible and once the painting was completed his crew was there to start removing the old carpet and install the new. Since we were not present his crew moved all the existing furniture upstairs and down and replace it. Once everything was completed we were able to make a quick trip up to see the finished product. I had a very good experience with Lyle and Big Foot Floors. We laid the new CoreTec vinyl plank flooring in our entire house (every square inch!). During our initial quote, Lyle brought the installer which gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. The installation company that Lyle contracted to lay our flooring was outstanding. Darrel and his team did meticulous quality work and completed this large job in the time frame he initially laid out. Lyle ordered the correct amount of product and stayed true to the original quote. I would recommend both companies and am open to giving a recommendation to anyone interested in more information.

Replaced all the carpet in the second story of my house. I was able to find the perfect color to match my decor. Really nice quality, and looks beautiful! I was going to go to Lowes but Big Foot saved us a lot of money on the same carpet. I was really happy they scheduled it for me so quickly. I would use them again.

Not only were BigFoot Floors prices the best we found, but Lyle knew his products and he followed through. When we needed a couple of additional pieces to complete the project, Lyle located them. Great service.

Overall really liked Lyle. He is a straight shooter and tries to get you the best price. We had some issues because of the contractor I was working with, but all in all I would go back to this place. The only thing I didnt like about this is his sub contractor took longer then should and even though did a ok job kind cut corners where he thought I wouldnt look

We were looking to replace carpet for a vacation rental in Eagle Crest. A local contractor recommended Lyle @ Big Foot Floors. He easily matched bids we had from Home Depot and Lowes, suggested a durable, renter-friendly carpet he had in stock (Stainmaster Phenix), and sent a fantastic installer (Karl) to put it in the very next day. Floors look fabulous. Highly recommended!

I really tried to give Lyle many chance to make my issue right and he failed. We bought stain master carpet which has a warranty (10 year I think) which the install was ok they left a bad mess which wasnt cool but I got over it. The real problem is Lyle refused to give us a receipt that I have been asking about for 6 months now. With no receipt my warranty is invalid because they have no way of knowing when said carpet was installed. When I call and ask for a receipt he blames it on being buried in work well my job was never completed and I feel scammed by this shady person Lyle. I would not ever suggest anyone use this persons business for any reason. Horrible service, Lyle needs to retire.

Ordered and paid for nearly $3,000 worth of flooring after much consideration and three trips from La Pine. Later the manager Lyle called to inform me that he had made a mistake on the price and I would have to pay considerably more because he had to make his profit. He mailed my check back to me and explained that he made a mistake, he is sorry but is old and is entitled to make a mistake. I do agree, anyone can make a mistake but apparently at Big foot, unlike other businesses if they make an honest mistake, you, the customer are going to pay for it. I would be afraid to have them instal my floor. mistakes can happen and it could get expensive. Be careful, try another.
