Shopping here was a great experience, and some of the best customer service Ive received since recently moving to the area. The store is well-lit, well-organized, and notably very clean, as well as having convenient product displays.The customer service was, in a word, impressive. Anya is very knowledgeable and well-versed; she helped me choose from a variety of shoes that met my requirements, and I will definitely remember Market Street Shoes for my future shoe purchases.Its always awesome to see this level of expertise, combined with a high-quality selection of products, when making such an important purchase as your next pair of shoes; I highly recommend this store.

Super kind, knowledgeable and professional people, with a wide range of styles of ortho and comfort shoes that are not entirely ugly. I came to see them limping and walked away with 2 pairs one of which changed the trajectory of my recovery. I was also able to exchange a pair of Hokas that did not work for me for something else, and they were very gracious to allow me that return after having worn the shoes outside. Thanks Kelsey!

I love their quality and stylish shoes but also the customer service is outta this world. Maggie spent time finding the right style and size for me as I have an odd size to find and small calfs making it difficult to get the right boots but she found what I needed and even spent time talking to my kids while they were bored outta their mind!

I had heard about this store from a friend and then before I knew it a boy friend bought 2 pairs. I bought my pair after the Corona pandemic started from their web site. At first I didnt see my size online so I contacted them and they actually had more styles in the shop. After talking to me about what I liked they showed me a few on Face Time in my size. I decided to try two of them. They brought them to my door and I had a couple days to decide. Then they picked them up! How cool is that? I love my choice. Very feminine, they zip on side so easy on and off. They fit fabulously. Ive been walk around the block in them at 6 ft distancing!

I cannot recommend this store in any stronger terms!!! Their service, in my experience, has been nothing shy of outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable with regards to their products and are very kind and courteous in their efforts to fit you with the right pair of shoes. One of the biggest qualities that I found admirable in the service there was patience. They understand that purchasing quality shoes can be an expensive decision financially, making no effort to rush your decision or pressure you into purchases. They simply want to fit you with the right pair of shoes. Their willingness to listen to your thoughts and questions about their products makes it a very relaxed shopping experience. Honestly, I could go on and on... long story short, I am so happy to have done business with them and if I am ever in the market for a new pair of quality shoes, this is certainly where I will go. I had such awesome customer service the other day when I went in here. I dont remember the guys name who helped me (hes getting his masters degree here in Seattle) but he impressed me with his low pressure, understanding approach. I didnt feel judged about how picky and descriptive I am about how shoes feel on my foot which is rare! I have a terrible time finding shoes that fit my narrow, high arched feet. Instead he asked inquisitive questions and was informed and patient. I felt really good about my experience and the shoes I picked out. Thanks!

Extremely satisfying shoe-shopping experience. I went in to this conveniently located store with only a vague idea of what style of shoe I wanted. I was immediately helped by an extremely attentive and insightful employee named Noelle who was able to find a pair of shoes that I absolutely loved in just a few minutes. After finding the right pair, she also made sure I knew exactly how to take care of them before I left. Its almost a shame that I love the shoes I purchased as much as I do, as I wont have an excuse to come back for quite some time. I left Market Street Shoes thankful for their great variety and for the great service that Noelle provided during my time there.

I developed a case of plantar fisciitis. Id never had this problem before but knew that fixing it would include getting good shoes. Jen at Market Shoes was amazing in helping me. She spent over an hour cycling through options, always with a cheerful demeanor, to help me find shoes that felt good and looked great. I am sure this type of store is not the cheapest way to buy shoes but I strongly appreciate the dedicated service and would recommend this store to anyone who would like informed and honest service in finding a good fit.

Bought a pair of waterproofed Blundstones from James yesterday! I have never experienced such great service from such a knowledgable sales person! I had been in once before w/. questions about waterproofed shoes and James was there to answer them, so of course when I returned I asked for Jamess help. He is so helpful, kind, and definitely helped me make the right decision on my shoes! He was also nice enough to tell me how to continue to care for my shoes so I will be able to get the most wear out of them possible. Ask for James next time you go in!

Really nice shoe store with higher end shoes and very competent sales personnel. It’s been decades since I’ve bought shoes where the salesperson actually knew what would be comfortable. She brought out various models for me to try and I ended up with a super comfortable pair that I would have never thought about trying on.
