Pharmacy was very helpful in assisting us with some prescriptions trapped at a different local pharmacy (one which has been recently inundated with another pharmacys prescription load and has been shorthanded). Service had been rough at our prior pharmacy and we were pleasantly surprised with this switch. Highly recommend if youre currently struggling with your pharmacy. They were fast, kind, and thorough. They also answer their phone AND any questions that you may have. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came in to rerun coulpe items. The customer service desk was closed half an hour before the store actually closes and because of virus they close 3 hours earlier than usual...And of course no cashier can do the return!!! I live 20 miles away (one way). I now have to come back, seriously. I’m not happy with this. All the employees/cashiers are nice but not trained to do returns, really...? Maybe Walmart should pay their employees more money or train more.

I am not going back to Walmart Redmond ever again. I go in there today. I spend 84.00. I did the self checkout. My debit card wasnt accepted or given the chance to put my pin number in. This has happened before so I use my credit card like I have and pay it later. It denies my credit card as soon as it was in the machine. So I ask the cashier to suspend my order so I can pay at a different one. Her machine does the same thing. I tell her I can show you my cards information. She says it doesnt matter how much you have in your account. These machines are old. I feel like this could have been handled in a different way. Customer service sucks because they arent trained in what good customer service is anymore. I know my piddling amount of 84.00 is nothing to Walmart. They dont care about customer service anymore . I will from now on shop anywhere else that I can. There is nothing I need in Walmart ever again.

Horrible customer service in photo section. First there was no indication and no sign that photo booths were closed. Was in the middle of a project when The ladies working instead of coming over discreetly they decided to announce that they were closed they were rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to speakand didnt offer any help to resolve situation. My daughter and I went late because it’s so nice to just be with just a few people. The Walmart in Redmond is one of the top three largest Walmart stores. It’s a lot of walking but I’ve never had trouble. It’s a small town and everyone is kind and we know a lot of people. Central Oregon is the place to retire if you can afford it.

This store is the cleanest Walmart I have EVER been too and they have everything in stock...I would HIGHLY recommend this Walmart way way way before EVER recommending the Bend Oregon Walmart..

Air quality sucked for an asthmatic. Lilley they need to get their ducts cleaned. Bathrooms were repulsive, if I could have waited I would have went elsewhere to utilize a cleaner restroom!

Terrible. I forgot my mask so, no entry. Perfectly fine, I completely understand. Only Walmart Ive ever been to that didnt have disposable ones at the door, however, still ok I guess. But, when my boyfriend went in to buy masks for me and my daughter he was told they only had one option, an expensive flight pack with sanitizer, gloves, etc. Upon entering, we found they had SEVERAL cheaper mask options. Nice customer service. My boyfriend checked out with a pair of pricey shoes, no bag, and walked out the door, zero issue. When my NINE YEAR OLD daughter tried to take her purchased backpack outside she got stopped at the door for proof of receipt while I was still handling our other items. My boyfriend is white, my daughter and I are black.

I do most of my shopping at Walmart prices are usely fare, I got all items I needed one of the items was a hole saw set that thought was ten dollars but I was charged 20 dollars as I headed out the door I checked my recept again di recognize the item look in my bags couldnt find the went customer service explained that I was over charged and I didnt have the any I guess I left it on The check stand, anyway It was my fault for leaving it, they wouldnt help me to replace it. I spend a lot of money there nd Im disappointed that they wouldnt replace item.

I know that this review wont be helpful to everyone. But, I suspect that there will come a time when someone else will hear the call of nature while bicycling around Redmond, and try to seek refuge at wally world.And, it stands to reason, that at some point, this situation will occur to someone who is not carrying a bike lock with them.If you should find yourself in this dilemma, you need to know two things:1. Your bicycle will fit in the stall with you. So long as you occupy the wheelchair accessible one. (Make sure there is no patron with greater need of the space before proceeding).2. You will be approached by management afterwards. They will first suspect you of attempting to shoplift a bicycle. They will then dissuade you of the idea that it is appropriate to bring bicycles into the store. It may be best to use full disclosure in this confrontation. Tell the management representative that you had to relieve yourself, and did not have a bike lock with you. If you play your cards right, and sprinkle in the right amount of humor, all parties will come away having gained something from the experience.I suggest that this be done only when all other options have been exhausted.

Very thankful for online ordering!! Employees are always really nice, especially if your kind to them!! My orders are always correct and come out within ten minutes of me arriving. If there is something that is out of stock, they send you an email with things you could possibly replace those out of stock items with, usually they are pretty close to the items you ordered just the brand name changes. Thank you walmart employees for doing my shopping!!! Forever grateful!!!

If a discount was issued for doing someone elses job it would motivate me to go through the self checkout.

This is a huge Walmart. Most importantly for me, they do RV oil changes! Their bay was tall enough for my 32 long and 11 1/2 high RV - and it was only $50!

I shop there twice a month. The main fault they have is their restocking program. Often they are out of things I consider staples. Sugar free candies is a prime example. I once complained several times. I was told they had replaced the manager in charge of restocking. For months the situation did get much better, Now it is back to its former casualness. Now I automatically finish my shopping trips with a visit to General Dollar to find things Walmart does not seem able to keep in stock.

Love shopping at Walmart in Bend. But......the last couple of times that we have gone the shelves, meats, cold items were completely empty. Today we went again to Bend store and had the same issues. We had 17 items on our list and we left the store without getting anything.We ended up going to the Redmond store and got everything on our list except for coffee creamer.I understand that everyone is having problems getting enough staff but it is still very frustrating.

Clean and not super busy. We ell organized and easy to find stuff. Grocery is clean and fruit isnt all gross like some other stores. Found help when I needed it.

This walmart is huge and Ive been able to find pretty much anything here. Would be 5 star if not for their grocery pickup service. I understand its been busy but I ordered a day in advance for 3pm (I got a text that said my order was ready) showed up on time and let them know i was there multiple times, and waited over 2 hours before canceling my order. So this store did sell games that I bought that was accepted but when I purchased a roblox gift card it a 10 dollar gift card when I use.the code it was invalid at first I thought I used it already I check the balance but no credit so I enter the pin again a few more times and guess what... It was INVAILD I contacted roblox and they didnt reply after the first Reply I did buy gift card from dollar general and that one work but walmart didnt work so yeah while I bought good game consoles I wont be buying roblox gifts cards from walmart again. *Possibly got scammed or the cashier forgot to Add the value*.

Massive, plenty of options, confusing layoutMy hometown doesnt have a Walmart, the next town over does, and even that is simply long storage foods and spatterings of only the essentials for any kind of home needs.This Redmond Walmart is truly Supercenter, and when everyone is super, everything you could possibly need is widely available.If you can find it.Because like most Walmarts, the store is laid out in an undiscernable fashion and its hard to tell where you need to go to find an item.Another issue is the lack of a price check scanner (I couldnt find one if there is one). This is an issue because its a Walmart, and even in classier areas like around the retirement community of Bend, Walmart still brings in the character who drop items wherever its convenient. So an item may be put back with similar items but not really in its place. This seems like a nitpick but Ive been here 2 weeks and Ive run into this issue multiple times.Overall, though, very impressed with this Walmart. Coming from a small town with a lot of oddball people, Im used to the typical people of Walmart crowd in a typical low scale department store, but the amount of different varieties of any one items is truly impressive to me.

I placed my order around 9 pm on Thursday and scheduled it for pickup between 12-1 pm the following day. It was quite a large order as we all have COVID and live in Prineville where grocery prices are The 2nd highest in the state. I received a text message about 12 noon just as I was starting to pull out of my driveway, that they were running behind schedule, but would let me know when my order was ready. That was nice. Not even a half hour later they texted me my order was ready. Although there was an error in their network and I couldn’t respond through the app, there was a staff who came and checked in with me shortly after I pulled up. Though I had already called the # on the parking pickup sign, it was refreshing to know I would not have been waiting forever just because their system was down. My order was perfect and I am very pleased. Great job Walmart!! This might be my preferred shopping method from here on out.

Just your basic Big Walmart. This one was clean and nice. I liked how the entrances had clear markings of Auto, Garden, Home and Grocery. I was also surprised that it had a Clairs inside.It was a quick trip in and out.

Redmond walmart has terrible customer service and follows whatever return policy they feel like that day. Half the employees dont know what theyre doing and the other half stereotype you based on your looks. I guess if you like poor standards you dont see an issue with them.

Lots of products at mostly good prices. Just hard to find some items. The Walmart app should show if in stock and the location of the item your looking for.

Wal-Mart certainly provides inexpensive merchandise;however, it comes at a price. I generally speaking do not frequent Wal-Mart. However, this Wal-Mart was not as filthy as others and the checker was very very friendly.

They never have anything stocked. And when we asked about summer items like pool noodles and inflatable pools, they said they were out of season... in JUNE!

As far as Walmart goes, it was clean and somewhat organized. It was freight night and still pretty easy to get around.

Whoever cleans the bathrooms at this Walmart should get a raise. Excellent job keeping the bathrooms sparkling clean.

Just like any other Wal-Mart. Always real busy. Im not a huge fan of the grocery door at this store. It feels like there is only about two feet of pavement before youre standing in the road. With your cart in front of you and the way the side of the building comes out a little, it is difficult to see cars until they are very close.I do really like the number of check yourself lanes they have. That helps get folks out quicker.

Redmond Walmart grocery pickup is typically very efficient, and always friendly people who load up my car.Gotta say they really dropped the ball a few times as far as forgetting items. The first couple instances were only maybe 2-3 small, non essential items missing.The last trip it was pretty bad. The young lady realized a few items had been left out, and went back to grab them. However, upon returning home, I discovered about $70 worth of essential food items had been forgotten.It wouldn’t be such a big deal, except for the fact I travel approximately 30 minutes each way into town and also deal with some physical limitations which make the entire excursion quite challenging.On the bright side, calling customer service always results in a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable employee assisting me to resolve the issue by promptly refunding the amount for missing items I had purchased.Lastly, it sure would be nice if customers were able to select alternative items when substitutions are a factor, instead of the mobile app choosing them for us.

The employees were helpful and it had a Claires store inside.

I needed to return some paint that I had purchased. It was not the right color. It was very poor quality. It’s not what I needed. In the first time at Walmart, I was told that it could not be returned!!! The cashier kept saying she couldn’t do anything since it was telling her unrefundable in the computer. She never even attempted to help any further. Not even an exchange?? That’s such bs. And I go online and it clearly says paint CAN be returned within 90 days. Wrong color, too much, or just don’t like it. Whatever the reason, it says they take it back. Open or not!! It’s a shame they have so much business because they’re little customer service is our goal motto is a joke!

Horrible. Closed the self scan area east end of store at 6 pm and, one 20 item or less cashier lane open and one person working the west end self scan area and all lights blinking red. Lots of empty shelves and workers wandering through the store lackadaisically.
