Menu choices were great. Service was great. They do automatically add 20%v service fee. 15% goes to the server and 5% to the establishment. A little confusing. But we did give her an extra 5%. We shared these donuts that were amazing. Ordered tomato soup, breakfast sandwich and shrimp and grits. We also got several cookies to go. I loved the donuts. Soup was very hot and tart. My breakfast sandwich was huge, tasty but I had to add arugula and that made it better. Shrimp and grits werent hot enough so we sent it back to be heated up for a quick minute. But they make a whole new dish. I thought that was very nice. Definitely would come back.

Plenty of easy parking. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. Currently, masks are required when not eating or drinking, and the tables are spread out, so it felt safe to be there. The food was delicious! Theres also a sort of bakery case on the right as you walk in. I picked up some treats there on the way out, and those were also amazing.

We had brunch here this weekend. I had the Grapefruit-Aperol Spritz and my friends had the Pomeritas. The Aperol Spritz wasn’t very strong and could have used some more champagne and the Pomeritas were too sweet for me. I ate the Breakfast Sopes, which were mostly okay but the base was pretty dry. My friends had the Breakfast Flatbread, Giant Cinnamon Roll, Pom Breakfast Plate and Lisa’s Southern Fried Chicken and Waffles with Honey-butter, Red Pepper Jelly. Overall I would go back but I would order all different items. I didn’t love what I had. However the American was very good.

Wonderful! The service was superb, fast and friendly. Our server brought water and a slice of bacon for my dog. I got the house salad, which was excellent. The orange ginger dressing and beets just made it. The happy hour offered great prices too. I also got the nachos on happy hour, and they were Huge. I expected a happy hour small plate, but wow! We also got the steak fries, and this was by far, the best beef I have had in years. Aged to perfection, tender. We ordered med rare and it was surely medium, and still wonderful. It was served with fries, and they were ok, but I would ask for a substitute next time. Dessert was the lemon blueberry bar, which was delicious and only $4. I will surely return.

Food is good. However that was all. The wait time to get seated took a long time. It took quite awhile to get orders in and then almost 45 minutes to get our food! For a little cafe that seems extreme, and it wasn’t very busy. Then on top of that we realized they charge a “20% service fee” on all orders! That’s asinine. I do think they should just charge the prices they want to charge, but even so I’ve never seen one so high. 20% is supposed to be a generous tip, not a forceful charity. And to go along with it our service wasn’t very good at all. So when they force it they have no reason to be a good host to earn it. We won’t be returning.

Pomegranate is a Redmond favorite and you often see families and businesses groups there. The food is west coast with some Southern dishes sneaking on menu, thanks to the owners Southern roots. On the other side of a big window you can see Lisa Dupar caterings kitchen, which can be entertaining when the staff is busy. Thanks to the catering operation, Pomegranate also has a small, but tasty, selection of baked goods, cake slices and pastries. The brunch menu is not my favorite (but many people seem to disagree!), but the lunch, dinner and all day menus always have something that tempts me. Hint: If your group doesnt have kids, check out the attached bar if the restaurant is busy - same kitchen and menu.

Service is great, food quality is top class, the food presentation is extremely cool and quantity is optimal. Although tipping policy is very weird.and confusing. 20% gratuity is added by default, but I was given the impression that those 20% dont go to the servers. So you just end up paying a lot more on top of your actual cost. Hence i took away a star.

Interesting place inside. My wife and I went a few nights ago, and will probably not go back. The food was good and the drinks were delicious (albeit a bit expensive even for the area). We had planned to have dinner there (appetizers and entrees) along with a few drinks. We asked to sit at the bar and the host said he had never had anyone request to sit there. Weird, but ok. A nice lady greeted us and took our drink and appetizer order then disappeared. I guess she wasnt the bartender, no problem. The other lady behind the bar, Bonnie(?), made our drinks and brought them over. She didnt want to chat at all, but thats fine I guess. I tend bar at a craft place, too. We were literally the only people sitting at the bartop, but I get that you dont want to be chatty every shift. When the appetizer arrived and it was delicious, we immediately ordered another app because we wanted to keep trying things on the menu. We managed to finish both apps and our drinks, and Bonnie had not even stopped by a single time to check on us. My wife even said to me This drink was good, I would order another one if she ever came back to us. After waiting too long, I finally pulled out my wallet to pay. That is when she decided to come by. She asked if we wanted anything else, but I just wanted to pay and go somewhere else. We moved on to another place to continue our dinner.Either way, the food and drinks were tasty. I just wish the service reflected the same quality, especially when I am forced to tip 20%.

I will not be going back. Today, you lost a long time customer. Best intentions, gone bad. A work colleague and I decided on a work lunch. We each ordered an item from the menu. And a soft drink. Good service. Good food. But, we get our bill. There is a 20% service fee and I assume it is a tip. So, I ask. The server explains that the restaurant has added a 20% fee to support their workers. Huh? Im all for supporting workers, but this is a price increase without letting the customer know up front. Tell me before I order what to expect. Dont surprise me when I get my check. Dont make a work lunch awkward. And dont make your servers, whom you are trying to help, be the ones to explain it. Plus, I bet about 50% of the time people dont ask and believe it is the tip, and then they dont add the real tip. Guys, you are hurting the ones you are trying to help. To add insult to injury, after talking for about 10 minutes after we paid our check, with most of the tables open in the restaurant and nobody waiting to be seated, the manager (or somebody who was not our server) told us that we can only stay in our seats for 10 mins after our meal and that it was time to leave. Mind you, I did not make an issue about the fee and I tipped the server very well (25%). Wow. I just spent $80 for two people on a small lunch that included a 20% upcharge, and you are clearing the table? Poor form, guys. Very poor form. For these reasons, Ill take my business elsewhere. Im done with you, after years and years. So is my work colleague.

One word. Puffs. You must get them. If you come here only once, please come for brunch and get the Savannah Hot Puffs. I would come here just for those. My wife and I were BLOWN away at how delicious, delicate, crispy, soft, and hot these amazing cinnamon-sugar morsels are. Theyre like a cinnamon-sugar scone but far more delicate. I dont know what kind of dough it is, but the texture as you take that first crisp bite and taste that warm chewy yumminess just makes your mouth go to heaven. We also tried the eggs benedict with their Im house smoked Canadian bacon. Yummy. The Canadian bacon is really great. Most of the time when you get Canadian bacon, its okay. This time impressed me. Also those English muffins were toasted so perfectly. We had two cocktails which were both good as well. We also tried the meat lovers fired flatbread, basically a pizza without the tomato sauce and with eggs on top. It was good. Not bad. But I dont know that I would personally get it again. Last word I will leave you with. PUFFS.

Their Artisan Firebread flat bread pizzas are the menu focus. However youre not going to find pepperoni and sausage, or Hawaiian on the menu. Theyre more subtle and complex than that. The bartenders can pour a mean cocktail, and their wine selection seems strong, which seems more a focus than their beer list. However Im a beer guy, so I gotta say something! :) Their taps were all local, which is GREAT! But the varieties were all the most common offerings from those local breweries. Id had literally every single beer on draft or in bottle. Maybe a part time Cicerone (beer Sommolier) could consult on beers that match the menu, or make recommendations on what a good rotational tap list might look like? The restaurant is oddly located in an office park that takes some planning to get into because of an odd intersection its at the corner of.Dont let that frustrate your efforts, its worth exploring this quaint, lightly upscale eatery/bakery/bar. The interior is... Winery Chateau Casual, with warm wood tones, representations of large wine barrels on the bar wall, and an open view (behind glass) of their production bakery from the dining room, and a full service barista right inside the door.Ive come here a few times over several years, and the service and quality are consistent. That says a lot since this visit was during Covid, and standards couldve easily slipped if it werent well run.No dress code, though the environment may feel a tiny bit stuffy if youre the Crocks n Cutoffs sort.Recommended. They just need a more adventurous beer list for this nerd.

Just be mindful that you cant be seated until your entire party arrives. They also offer a little cafe in the waiting area with pick me ups like freshly baked goodies, cake, coffee and more. We were seated at the bar area to the right which is a lot bigger with plush seating and 21+ only and quiet too. Our waiter greeted us right away and handed us menus. They offered a brunch menu with tons of breakfast and lunch options. I decided to go with the Flatbread with Arugula, Truffle oil and replaced the ham with fried eggs. The dough for the flatbread was so soft, delcious and flavorful. The cheese and truffle oil only added to the flavor. They also give you a big enough amount that it can essily be shared as an appetizer and a big serving of arugula on top. Pure deliciousness! My friend got the waffles with a side of scrambled eggs and orange juice and enjoyed her dish as well. Everything was freshly made and you could tell from the quality of food. The entrees are a bit on the pricer side from around $16-20 a dish but the quality of ingredients and portion sizes are worth it.Plenty of parking in their outside parking lot but it does get busy during lunch time here.

Came here at the suggestion of a friend. I was vaguely aware this place was here having driven past it for years, but I had never actually gone in. I am glad we tried it. Prices are a bit above casual lunch prices but the quality and preparation of the food appears worth it if youre looking for an elevated experience.Had the Cobb salad with chicken, which at (I believe) $18 is maybe a couple bucks above average price, but the salad was above average. All the individual parts stood well on their own, and the result was a very tasty and filling lunch. The story I was told is this space used to serve as the kitchen for a very skilled caterer who eventually opened the restaurant, and it has expanded from there. I would absolutely love to go to a party catered by these folks! All in all, I will certainly come back. Next time I will probably try the taco Tuesday special. We have enjoyed this dish through the years and are glad its still on the menu, however there were only four or five artichokes on the plate so more would be great. My wife ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and enjoyed them very much. However, she ordered a side of the mac and cheese and did not think it was great. There were a lot of mac and very little sauce and cheese flavor, it was rather bland. Surprising, since it was advertised as using Beechers cheese. It was taco night there so I tried one beef & one pork taco (see attached picture of the taco special). They are soft tacos double wrapped in tortillas. The pork taco was fantastic. They must make the tortillas here as they were delicious. Then had the beef taco - holy cow! It had WAY hotter spices in it, my mouth was burning and my eyes were watering. You can see from the menu insert the only difference should have been the meat, so be warned if you dont want really hot sauce dont order the beef tacos! Good waiter was nice enough to bring me another pork taco instead. So he saved the day.Great healthy food and dont forget their delicious desserts.
