Cozy coffee house. Coffee was good, staff was friendly, and the place was clean. The only downside is that they only have 5 or 6 tables only a couple of feet apart, so it gets loud very easily.

Delicious coffee, the employees were very kind and when I requested a non-pumpkin fall drink they whipped up a delicious cinnamon toast one that was perfect and not too sweet! Will definitely be returning.

The coffee was good, and I especially like the Italian soda. They forgot to give me my donut, but that didnt bother me that much. I was a little annoyed by the fact that they didnt ask for the size for my latte and defaulted to the miniscule smallest size, but I had a good time otherwise so it didnt run the experience.

Really cool coffee shop!The interior is fun, with clouds on the ceiling, and bright furniture. There are tables in the middle, some higher tables/seating towards the back and a bar top as well.Ordered a macchiato which came served in the most adorable polish pottery. I collect polish pottery, so that alone would give me cause to come back. The espresso was velvet and smooth and not bitter as it shouldn’t be.Parking is pretty plentiful and shared with only a few other businesses. There were probably 10+ other customers while I was there and it was still fairly quiet/comfortable. I got a lot of work done!Overall, I would absolutely recommend down pour for a nice caffeine boost in a lovely space.

Wanted to stay here to drink coffee and do some studying. Arrived and the entrance was blocked off - very few tables you could sit inside at after you bought something. Service was very unfriendly. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t really want their customers there. With all the other coffee shops in the area - I would go elsewhere.

It will be sad to have an empty shop here if they dont make it through the shutdowns. But it will be well deserved. They refused to outdoor serve anyone without a Down Pour approved mask. Medical Exemptions are told its not possible. It must be nice to be perfect with no health issues. Not Inclusive.

My daughter had been bugging me since 6th grade to stop in here before school. Well, now shes in 10th, we did. Really great mochas, thick and creamy and not too sweet. Chi was good and I heard the xoxo was excellent as well! May have to come back before school sometime.

Best drip coffee in town! Family owned, small business, local roasters. Cute and comfy indoor cafe space, always friendly to us and our little kids, who love to stop for a steamer and muffin as a treat. Love this place!

First time customer. Who doesnt enjoy supporting a local coffee shop. Conveniently located near the Bridal Trails Park. This was during covid so walkup ordering: good set up. I didnt see a list of syrups so I asked the person attending to me and he listed off a few but then stopped and said they had a lot. Well no list, and I am socially distanced from the coffee bar it would have been helpful to have been told a more complete list.

When I arrived, my friend and I decided to wait on the coffee because we were there for a knitting lesson. I like that it wasn’t extremely loud like more popular coffee places are. The main reason I gave it a three is because I ordered a latte with coconut milk, and it tasted like they just poured coffee with milk in my cup. The barista wasn’t very good at explaining some of the things I was asking her about, but I will give this place another chance sometime soon.

Down pour is close to my house and I frequent it weekly. The coffee is decent but the service is not very friendly. Today for instance I ordered a triple shot latte and I think they by mistake made a regular. When I asked them about it, mentioning that the coffee is weak they suggested I buy another shot.

Cute vibe at downpour. Coffee is good. Bustling with patrons throughout the week. Decor has a lot of character, baristas are always cheerful. Food is limited - I wouldnt have lunch here, but a quick coffee meeting or laptop session would work. Doggie water bowl is stationed outside. I think they still offer mugs and pasta stirrers. I feel like Im not killing the planet when I come here. Like most coffee places, loyalty scheme offered.

They have breakfast sandwiches again and they are delicious. Stop by and grab one they are open til 2pm, daily

The atmosphere is great. The windows let in the perfect amount of light and its never too crowded. The seating is nice and pleasantly spacious. Good number of outlets too, and the fireplace, though small, its a cozy touch. On top of that, the coffee is great. Love the morning people, haha! They give you energy if you have none yourself :-P

Super friendly and laid back service. I come here any time Im in the Kirkland area. The coffee is so smooth, not too sweet, but not too bitter. You can tell they dont skimp on the quality of their ingredients either. My lattes are perfect every time. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Staff are very nice and clearly enjoy their job. They arent robots that say the same junk over and over. Best of all, the coffee is good here and so is the selection of cookies and sandwiches. In addition to that, they get their sandwiches, pastries and coffee from other local businesses.

My husband and I were regulars at Down Pour, and we have recently moved out of state. There is hardly a day goes by that we dont talk about how much we miss Down Pour and all of the lovely people who work there. Best coffee on the east side, probably in all of Western Washington. Found this place when taking my daughter to her tennis class. Very good latte! Located comfortably at the street corner and not very crowded. Love it so far.

Prices are fair. Coffee is outstanding. I got a white chocolate mocha the first time I came here. I came back, several days in a row afterwards. Couldnt get enough! The staff tend to remember you and your order fair well. My 2nd or 3rd day there they knew what I wanted, and knew that I usually bought coffee for a friend. This place definitely stood out. Worth a try at the very least!

A coffee shop that asks what size of cortado or capuccino you want, is not a coffee shop. I ordered a double espresso, no crema and bitter as if they have not back flushed the machine in a week.

The workers are friendly. One way I personally measure coffee shops are by their cold brews & Americanos. The flavor of the roast was pleasant & its a product of Oregon. A member who I was with had an Americano & stated it was good how it was & didnt need to add anything to it. The cold brew provided nice sampling of the roast flavor.The atmosphere was friendly & quiet.

Terrible service, Folgers grade coffee, poor atmosphere. Cashier was blatantly uninterested in serving a well-dressed young man, but beyond eager to serve the unkempt older gentleman who was next in line. Cup sizes are smaller than the industry standard, but the prices are not. Try brewing Folgers Black Silk coffee at home for a better tasting coffee at a fraction of the price. Young coffee enthusiasts and all coffee connoissuers should avoid this establishment. It is only good for serving tasteless seniors.
