This is the place to get your eye exams done. Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and patient as you work through your exam. She helps to make sure every option you want with your eye care is taking care of. For the gals and guys on the floor helping finding you your best pair of glasses or contacts, Julie, Denise, and Ed got you. They keep an environment friendly and comfortable. Dr. Kim was wonderful. Felt very comfortable during exam, thorough with explanations. Staff, Denise in particular was so helpful! Would definitely return.

Dr. Michael Tran was friendly and accommodating. He answered all of my questions and made clear recommendations according to my exam results. Jordan was also friendly and helped me choose frames. It was a bit expensive without vision insurance, but I expected that. I had a really positive experience and would recommend Target Optical.

Julie was fun and efficient and we were in and out in no time. Definitely will return and recommend to others!

Denise and Ed are absolutely wonderful.There was a delivery error with my contacts, to no fault of theres, and when I went in to get some help they went above and beyond! They even remembered details I mentioned from the last time I was there! Everyone from Doctor Kim to every sales associate, has been wonderful and a joy to work with.

Ive been coming to Target Optical for years and have always had great service. This past weekend, I worked with Denise to get myself a new pair of frames and she made the experience so uplifting and enjoyable. She is professional, friendly, and engaging. I highly recommend Target Optical not only for Dr. Trans exemplary care, but also for the associates fantastic service.

Great easy experience here getting an eye exam from Dr Kim and 3 pairs of glasses from Denise. Dr Kim was fast and informative. Denise was extremely kind and funny and helped me get the beat deals possible.

Customer service is very bad and rude.. I don’t have any problems with ED but the lady seems to be very rude whenever I spoke to her. Tried reaching to know the status of my order(glasses)as the 2 week time frame is completed but she is only interested in walk-in customers but not about the other customers. Arrogant and Ridiculous! Only positive for this location - ED is best with the customers. Zero Stars 👎🏻

I must say, Denise, Ed, and Dr.Tran are an awesome team. Their customer service is outstanding. Because of them I have chosen to make this my optical home. They are great at what they do, as well as, how they do it. In the trying times we are in, I personally think they deserve either a pay raise and/or an amazing bonus.

I was in need to get my contact lens supply and worry about if I need to come in person during the COVID time. The lady helped me to get my supply just on a phone call and it is done! She is really nice :)!

After my earlier review,Target Support Lead did reached out to me and cleared the situation.As a goodwill they did order a back up glass free of charge as a compenstation for the delay which is really appreciated.***********I ordered a prescription glass for my kid from Target Optical,Redmond WA.The order was suppose to be delivered on 02/02/2021 and was delayed.

Dr. Tran is amazing. She was so patient with my daughter. She was only at about half of her energy level. She really took the time to make sure we both got the prescription we needed. The service staff were so friendly. They really went above and beyond for us both. Thank you for the great experience. I was skeptical since this is the one place my vision insurance would cover. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised.

Worst experience ever. I bought glasses here last year and had a decent time so I scheduled my eye exam through them this time. Bad choice. The office called me at 745 pm the night before and said they need to verify my insurance information by 8pm which I did not see the call until after 8pm. Upon entering I gave them my insurance information and explained I found then through the preferred network on eyemed but the dr insisted that since the reps were busy and couldnt find my information in time (even though I arrived early) that she would have to charge me $99 for the exam. I explained my information is in your system from ordering glasses here the year previous and the rep bumbled around on the computer checking random medicaid and other plans I did not belong to. The dr said if they couldnt find it in time they would have to reschedule me or charge me the $99 to begin because hr could have messed something up and not gotten me in the system. That is a quote from the eye Dr. I will never be back here again and recommend everyone stay far away as I was not the only disgruntled customer in that store. Not one person out of 4 in the store was happy with the service. Target this is a blemish on your name and even though they are independent, management needs to come in to make sure the Target name isnt smeared by this location.

This was my first visit to Target Optical as my insurance does not cover very many places and Target took my insurance, so I really had no choice. Turns out, Im happy about that!Dr. Tran was out on maternity leave so I saw Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee was very nice and funny. Additionally, the lady who helped us up front (wish I could remember her name) was so nice and pleasant. She helped pick out glasses, was very attentive and friendly and worked it so I was able to get the best deal possible between my insurance plan and the current sale they had going.I had two of my kids with me, and all 3 of us had consecutive appointments. Weve done this before at other optical places and it was a long and grueling process every time... but NOT here. At Target Optical Redmond, we experienced our best visit ever to get our eyes checked and get glasses & contacts.It really was a very satisfactory experience altogether.I highly recommend Target Optical in Redmond.

Went there to have our check up and glasses from Dr. Tran, she is ok...was not super impressed by her but the talking point is the rude male associate at the counter of the optical department. He really needs some good training before he faces customers again (he might have had a bad day )but he just cannot spill out his frustration on innocent customers. His name was Eric??? not sure?? but we were very offended by the way he talks without being courteous and rude to customers. I am sure no customer at Target expects to be treated like this, very bad experience.

Dr. Tran was great! Ive moved around a lot the last few years so Ive been to many different eye doctors -and Id have to say that Dr. Tran is my favorite of all of them! She was very sincere, friendly and also very professional.

Optician was great. Salesman on the other hand, was extremely high pressure and kept contradicting what the optometrist said. Removed any confidence in them being able to help. Took my rx to Lenscrafters at Redmond Town Center.

The optician here was great. The service people were frustrating. They really dont care and surely dont help. They have a very poor communication and they provide careless information.

When in for an eye exam and it all felt pretty rushed. I stuck around and picked out some frames and ended up deciding on their most expensive lenses which where the polycarbonate. Fast forward to when they arrived. I go and pick them up and everything feels off. So I take them home and give them some time. I cant help but notice that the left lense is blurry. When I take it back to the eye doctor she tells me that she reduced the prescription in the left eye a bit because she felt it would be to strong for me. When I asked if she could show me without the reduction she was hesitant. After practically begging I got to try on the lense. And everything felt normal. I asked her if she could redo my glasses with this lense change and she told me she couldnt. Before leaving she said she could take out the astigmatism adjustments from my lenses but not fix my left lense by .25...TLDR; the job was rushed and they are very condescending. You will be shoehorned into their cookie cutter one size fits all method and wont leave satisfied. Please do yourself a favor and go down to Redmond Vison. They are more profession, listen, and its cheaper with and without insurance.

After bouncing around a few places, I decided to try Target Optical because they carry Oakley frames, which is what I was looking for. Ive now gotten 2 pairs of glasses, my wife has gotten 1 pair, and my kids each got a pair there as well... and EVERY time, the service at Target Optical is top-notch!The eye doctors are very friendly (Ive had appointments with 2 different doctors), the selection is great, and the staff are spectacular. ESPECIALLY DENISE!!!!!! She is an absolute gem and is a large reason I will be returning to this location for any future prescription eyewear.Do yourself a favor and just go here when you need an eye exam or new glasses/contacts. :)
